Everything about Spokane Comfort is top notch from the owner to the receptionist to the technician (Jason...who is absolutely amazing!!)They have been servicing our furnace (since purchased in 2012) and additionally our AC and gas fireplace and stove. Always personable and caring in all they do....tremendous attention to detail.

Wayne and his install team were on time, professional and courteous. The mini split units went in quickly and without any issues. The office crew was very attentive and addressed any and all of my needs. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

I am very, very pleased with the service I received from Spokane Comfort Systems, from my initial call to the completion of the installation of my AC. Eric, the owner, came to give me a bid. He was very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. My units were installed within 2 weeks by the best team led by Wayne who has had years of experience, along with Bob, Nate and Coy. Two great electricians were also integral to the team. My house has been transformed with my Mitsubishi mini splits, making it so comfortable on these hot summer days. I was very happy with the work the service technician, Jason, did on my furnace. I watched some of his work because Im curious and I like to see how things work. He took great detail and concern when taking out the blower and cleaning the different parts of the furnace. I can tell he really cared about doing a good job. Jason is Awesome he came on the same day I called after my furnace stopped working. I had a different company come yesterday for maintenance they were running a special so I made an appointment and then my furnace wouldn’t kick in the next day. I called the original company and left two messages and did not receive a call back. I called Spokane Comfort Systems and Jason came right over and fixed everything up. Come to find out most of the maintenance stuff that should have been done wasn’t even done. I am getting a refund from them! Thanks Jason I will be calling him next time!

I strongly recommend Spokane Comfort Systems to anyone looking for a reputable company with great service. Last year, I needed to replace my heating system and did so with a high efficiency furnace from Spokane Comfort Systems. After interviewing several companies, including Spokane Comfort Systems, I was so pleased with the knowledgeable technician that it was a no-brainer to go with them.Today, my central A/C went out. I did not consider calling anyone else but Spokane Comfort Systems. The receptionist told me that they were booked solid ( today was a 90 degree day in July), she scheduled me for the next morning (would have been tomorrow). To my great surprise, the same technician that came out last year, was at my front door within a couple of hours of my call. I thought that the unit would need replacement, as it is 18 yrs. old, but he immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it, saving me several thousand dollars. Very honest and wonderful technician, company and service. They are really good at what they do and very honest. I highly recommend this company and their technicians. We just had a Mitsubishi mini split system (heat/air conditioning) installed in our home. Spokane Comfort Systems were very refreshing to work with. The salesman and installers were honest, and upfront about the costs, and installation timeline. It was a huge project, but they were able to complete everything in a day and a half. I give them a HUGE thumbs up. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in adding a mini split system to your home.

Scheduling through Marty, whos always chipper and friendly, is easy; and my experience with the technicians is that theyre knowledge, courteous, and, most importantly, honest. Ive used this company for years and have no complaints. Theyre probably not the cheapest in town, but I feel like Im getting the best service in town.

Our AC was not working. They came out the day I called, spent over two hours working on it to determine that it had reached the end. They laid out the facts and we bought a new one. It was installed the next day and the cost from the day before was refunded! Splendid customer service!

These guys do good work. I had them upgrade my heating system and water heater (to a thankless) in Feb. They showed up when they said they would. They charged what they said they would. After research and estimates from several companies, I chose Spokane Comfort Systems, Inc., and Im so glad I did. From their sales rep, Daren, to the installers, and to the office staff, all were very professional and knowledgeable. Oh......and the most economical!!

Superb service! Right before my wife and I were about to have our second daughter, the circuit board on our central A/C went out, leaving the house extremely hot. The cost to replace it wouldve ordinarily been around $750; replacing the system entirely wouldve been more practical, but we lacked the finances to carry it out at the time. But Eric, expressing concern for us having a newborn in a sweltering house, discounted our total price to just $500, AND credited us with a $300 discount toward the purchase and installation of a brand new HVAC system! Whats more is that when the technician, Jeff, installed the new circuit board into the old system, he noticed a potentially hazardous electrical problem with the blower motor. Jeff and Eric then volunteered to replace the blower motor FREE OF CHARGE, just because they were so concerned about my familys comfort and safety. These guys have gone so far above and beyond, expressing a level of care and professionalism that is unmatched in any other company Ive ever dealt with. Im a lifetime customer now, and I would recommend Spokane Comfort Systems to anyone in a heartbeat. My deepest, most sincere thanks to Eric, Darren, Jeff and the whole crew!

Bought a furnace and humidifier from SCS in 2012, and was very satisfied with their products and service. What prompted this review is the maintenance service by SCS technician Jason M. He was efficient, polite, and very willing to explain in detail not just the need for us to perform a few basic maintenance routines, but the reasons why. His van was fully stocked with every part needed to complete maintenance, and the price was very reasonable.

We met with 5 HVAC companies and Eric with Spokane Comfort Systems hands down gave us the best education on HVAC equipment as well as understanding our needs and old home. Install went without a hitch and we have now been able to use both the AC and furnace. Compared to our 20 year old equipment we couldnt be more pleased and surprised how quiet it is. Their prices are competitive but their knowledge and professionalism far exceeded others.

We purchased an older home whose A/C was shot and whose heat pump furnace was very inefficient and also not working appropriately. We got bids from several contractors, but Eric was the only one who bid out on the conversion to natural gas. With the rebates he showed us Avista was offering, it was cheaper to do that (and get a better, more efficient system) than to stay with the heat pump! The process was smooth and easy, and we have been 100% satisfied with our new system. The technicians were friendly and worked quickly, and just did an amazing job. Several months later they came and out an readjusted us for winter, no charge since they offer a 1 year all inclusive warranty on what we purchased. I would highly recommend their services to friends and family alike.

After a lot of comparison shopping between vendors in early 2016, we bought a new furnace and AC unit from Spokane Comfort System and had their crew install it. Very good value and a professional experience. Eric (the company owner) offered great service and diligence to make sure all my questions got answered, before good follow-up when a couple of unexpected (but fair and reasonable) technical problems came up during the install. So naturally, in May2017, we brought Comfort Systems back. Jason, SCS staff, inspected and maintain the equipment. Again, a very professional and informed individual. Thank you again, SCSystems. We’ve had 3 different HVAC companies work on our furnace over the years. Wasn’t very happy with any of them. We have a humidifier in the mix that hasn’t worked since shortly after it was installed years ago. None of the companies have been able to fix it. Our furnace stopped working over the weekend. These guys quickly figured out that issue...and found the problem with the humidifier! Saved some money with their website’s coupons too!

We told them where we lived and said they need a 4 wheel drive and they sent a guy out in a front wheel drive. Then said he turned around,we cant help you

While Spokane Comfort Systems came highly recommended I did know why that was so when I first contacted them. Daren, their Sales Technician, was well experienced and able to clearly explain the benefits of purchasing any of the available Lennox systems for my home. He also explained the value of purchasing a higher end system.. I was greatly tempted to simply replace my 25 year old High Efficiency system with an adequate and very similar package and save a good deal of money. Daren explained that the SPL 98 had a very cost efficient fan operation and I calculated that the fan alone would pay for itself in a few years. So I purchased their premium unit and thermostat. Daren had mentioned numerous times (sorry sir) that the SLP 98 added a great deal of comfort to a home, but I couldnt well relate to what he was saying as my home had been fairly comfortable already. As it turns out added comfort is a huge benefit to the purchase of a new furnace system and the thermostat is a simple pleasure to use. A home that remains exactly at the temperature you choose is really something to behold.
