Specifically the property manager Rhonda as well as other staff members are professional as well as polite. Very satisfied with moving in! Raylene was a pleasure and very attentive to my needs, I needed to store a trailer unfortunately the doors were not wide enough to back it in. I Still rented a unit for storage as well as her giving me a great deal to also rent a RV space.

I was stoked to be able to rent a unit near my workplace. Raylene showed me a few units to ensure I got the best fit for me. She was kind and got me moved in in no time. The isles are wide which is very convenient for towing my trailer back and forth, Happy to rent here.

Back in August, I was looking for a space to stow my car outside and this place has the best rates. Felicia was attentive to my needs and got me signed up quickly. I went back in today because I needed a unit big enough to stow my SUV and household goods and Raylene, the manager was very happy to assist me and get me transitioned without hiccup. It is nice to deal with people that want to help and are always in a good mood. The units are clean and the hours are better than most. The facility is monitored and in a great location. If you are looking for a unit, try this place first.

Won a storage locker auction for this facility, first time here. Raylene was a great help coordinating the purchase! Best thing, this facility allows 72 hrs for clean out. Most places give you a day less. Super helpful for us people with day jobs! Thanks for the great help and great locker!

I was looking for indoor storage for my sailboat/trailer. I wasn’t sure it was going to fit in the 10’x24’ unit. Raelene patiently assisted me with multiple attempts at backing the boat in and it was close, but...Success! She very professionally reviewed the details of the contract and general rules of the facility. Great communication is the key to customer satisfaction and I’m looking forward to being a long-term tenant.

Great storage units. The unit was clean and easily accessible. The security provided gave me a great feeling knowing my possessions were safe. The staff was always welcoming. Location was just off the freeway, couldnt ask for a better location. Highly recommended.

We have been storing our camper at Security Storage on Greg Street for a year now and we love it. Heather is so nice and helpful. We recently hooked up our camper in our new vehicle that she did not recognize and we were so pleased when she pulled up to confirm it was us. Very impressive.

This place is definitely on point and the units are huge for the price. Theyre dry and dont leak which is perfect for storing important items. Ive had problems in the past with storage units in the rural area that I rented from but this one stands out. Its in a easy to get to location and plenty of room for big trucks like U-Haul the staff is amazing as well and very friendly. I recommend speaking to Heather if you are looking to rent a storage. This place definitely deserves an extra star=)

Raylene the manager was friendly and prompt on getting me moved in when I needed a space in a hurry. She was able to get me in at a good rate and ensured this was the best place to secure my belongings.

Very nice and efficient staff. You get nickel and dimed by the fees (initial rental fee, mandatory insurance), and they don’t offer a discount for enrolling in auto pay like most businesses do. Other than that it’s a nice place

The on-site manager Raylene was VERY helpful and patient. She showed me multiple units which enabled me to make sure the the storage unit was the correct size and location I required.

I got moved in with no hassle was able to pay on the phone and the manager in the office Ray called me within a few minutes. We came down to the office that afternoon she showed us the unit and got everything squared away.

Wonderful storage units! And the staff is amazing and attentive. Melissa was especially helpful when my key snapped my in lock. She made sure I had whatever I needed to get the old lock off and a new one on! Definitely recommend this storage.

Raylene was super cool, I was moving and last minute needed a storage room and she set everything up for me so I could keep moving stuff and got me in to my storage so quick and it took no effort from my side. She said she would take care of everything and show me the terms so I could sign once I brought my next load.

My camp for Burning Man stores its infrastructure. With the chaos of unloading and the intervening months, we unsurprising lost the key to our lock. Heather was extremely helpful - she cut off the existing lock and gave me a loaner to use until I was able to replace it. I wasnt sure I could get back before Sunday (her day off), so she gave me her personal mobile number to make sure everything was resolved as I needed. A real pleasure to work with!

We rented a Storage unit when we moved to Sparks 4 years ago. The current manager, Jeanette, takes good care of us. She is well organized and efficient, and an excellent communicator. We are seniors, and she patiently takes time to explain technical things like online billing. She keeps the facility safe and watches who comes and goes. Her office is clean and inviting, and she makes us feel like family. I highly recommend Security Self Storage in Sparks.

We rented two storage units after we sold our home in order to find a new home. The units were clean and security was terrific. I would recommend placing some mouse traps. We has some visitors but they really did not do any damage.

Ive been a customer of Security Storage in Sparks for about 15 years. I currently have 3 units rented.Security has had only 4 office managers during that whole time, all of them quite good. The previous 3 managers left after many years because they retired and moved to other states to be with their younger relatives. The loyalty and enthusiasm that these office managers showed in their jobs was reflected in their treatment of the customers. They were always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating.
