Ive been here since 2009. Was in Vegas for 8 yrs. Not a problem when I finally checked on it. Everything was safe. Rosemary is the best Mgr ever! She is accommodating, understands if you run late or just an oversite. I know theyre all good in the Emigrant chain, but I prefer the Howard St by the Marina. Its the safest most honest storage in the Reno Sparks area,👍👏

People that work there are really helpful and nice.

They have predatory fees. They make it almost impossible to pay your bill. If you ever have to call to update your card, they will charge you fees every month because they didnt save your card on file and its your fault because they dont check the voicemail messages. I will never use their services again.

Access to RV & Boats was closed on July 4th. Its completely unreasonable to deny access to recreational vehicles on the biggest Summer Holiday of the year!

Great price and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Only downfall is you cannot access your unit 24/7.

Checked out five different storage facilities in the Sparks/ Reno area. The facility is clean and very well-maintained and I like the 24 hour access with gated code. All of the staff was very nice and professional, they actually made me feel like they wanted my business. Competitive prices and great location. The office manager, Candy, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.I highly recommend this facility.

Had a Cabover camper there in 2010 someone broke into it and was sleeping in it. Forward to 2020 I had a motorhome there parked on the marina side and it was broken into by smashing in back window and vandalized. Owner will not put barb wire on the fence that is across from the marina for reasons I can’t comprehend. Office staff is very friendly and rates are good but not a secure place at all

If I could rate a 0 stars I would. I called them about their 24hr access. They stated that they offer 24/7 access guaranteed. I show up there and they tell me they dont and wont offer the 24hr. They denied ever telling me that, even though it had been less than 10 minutes since talking to them. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They do not deserve to be I business if they are going to have such unprofessional people working and representing their company

Good place to store your stuff. Rented there for 2+ years, they were always helpful and took care of any issues. They were even surprisingly nice through the process of me leaving. Would use them again.

This storage facility is 24 hours, very secure, gated, good lighting, lots of surveillance. Ive trusted them with my personal property for years with no complaints.

DO NOT USE, CONSISTENT THEFT. We had $5000 of things stolen from here and when we went to file a police report the police department was uncomfortably familiar with many similar crimes that have happened here. They advertise close circuit surveillance yet refused to review the recordings until the report was filed. Once the report was filed they police informed us that this happens a lot at this facility and the management consistently refuses to release the security footage which only leads us to believe that something is extremely sketchy with the facility and the management. Why would a place that advertises a safe place to store your things refuse to cooperate when it comes to any type of recovery effort. The only way in is if you have a personalized gate code which means our stuff was stolen by a tenant or an employee of this facility. DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE AND IF YOU DO GET IT OUT ASAP.

Lady halping at front desk was extremely rude- appeared annoyed that I was there.....behaved as though it hurt to converse even to an overly pleasant potential client. Not good👎

Was here with my ex Rob. Met his mom at her unit. After he beat me. I got smart and left lol. The units there are nice and I felt it was secure. Its gated and opened by PIN number and under 24 hour video surveillance.

Good for the time we needed it, but started to get to expensive for the junk we had stored here! Nice and friendly people, just not needed anymore for the price!

If I could give no stars for security l would. My Travel Trailer was vandalised and damaged The people working in the office were very nice. But the security need improving. I have moved out with no plains to return.

Rented from here since May 2016. Have now been told im a nuisance. And evicted. Do not rent from these people. Staff is rude. Been trapped 2 in my unit. They will not help you. They will evict for no cause. Nuisance is best they could come up with.
