I first reserved a unit online, it was quick, easy and we didn’t even need to put a deposit down. When my husband and I arrived at Stor Quest we got top notch customer service. Taylor was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We got two 10x20 units and they were clean and big, so far we have managed to put a 3bedroom house in them, plus garage stuff. Every time we have gone over there the grounds have been very clean and nice. There is a really nice kept bathroom behind the office that I have definitely appreciated. There is also RV storage and a pump station if you need it. There are tons of cameras around the units so I feel my stuff is secure and safe. The last few times we have been there we have seen Taylor out and about taking care of the grounds and I just got to say what a delight she is to talk to!! Stor Quest is a great company with great staff!!

Its the STAFF that make my experience with StorQuest so positive! They were helpful when I was exploring possibilities, and more helpful as I zeroed in on their facility. When I called to hold a place, they were responsive to my needs--and even offered a Senior Discount! The FREE dump station is also a big plus, although I understand it is not free at some locations. Glad to be storing my RV at StorQuest!

I’ve had quite a few storages at this location. The prices here are more reasonable than the local competition. Also, all the storages are drive up type, no dreaded elevators and carting your belongings up and down to and from upper levels. Management Taylor and Angela are the best!! They keep things clean and are very helpful!!!

The call center was fabulous. They secured a unit for me until i could get down there. Once there, Angela was amazing. Paperwork was easy. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Units were clean and conveniently located.

The staff has always been friendly. The property is always clean and secure. My only issue is with pricing. $238 per month for a storage unit borders on insanity!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Worked hard to find an RV space for my 41 toy hauler.

I highly recommend a different storage facility. They lack in customer service, which means if you are late on your payment they will tack on a lot of extra fees. The employees are rude and do not know how to take payment properly over the phone so you may be overcharged by mistake. Theyre also overpriced, so buyer beware.

Later access hours are really helpful to night owls such as myself, so I wish they always had them. Other than that, it’s good rates and decent size spaces.

I never write reviews but this time I had to share an experience I had today. I’ve been shopping around for a storage unit online and visited a few different companies in town in person. Store quest had a special on the size unit I was in the market for online. I made the reservation online which was painless and fast. The website is easy to navigate with the right amount of information. Upon arriving I was greetEd by two ladies inside, Angela and Taylor. Something was different at this location, they were actually polite and friendly and wanted my business. I don’t expect much from a storage facility but these two ladies went above and beyond the job. They answered all of my questions and we got a laugh or two in between. You don’t expect this level or service anywhere but they provide it. You can tell that whatever training/customer service program is provided by Storequest is working at this place. All the other storage facilities I visited in my search for a perfect unit failed at service, except this one. This is the first online review I’ve ever written but people need to know about great customer service because it doesn’t exist anymore wherever I go. Another customer in there with me had the same experience. I’m also referring a few friends here with RVs that need a safe place to store them over the winter and they have a dump station which is a bonus. Thank you Angela and Taylor for making me feel welcome today... not sure if they’ll ever see the review but I appreciate their “Southern Hospitality”.

Went there today for a painless start to my storage experience. Everything was easy, the place was clean, and the attendant was very helpful. Within 30 minutes I had my storage checked out, contract signed, and everything unloaded.

We are in the process of moving and needed to store our household possessions until our new house closes. We found StorQuest by doing a search of places near our new home. Very nice nice people who showed us a space we needed and signed us up. Very nice facility which is close to our new home but pretty far out from town. No issues with anything but we gave them 4 stars as they are a bit pricier than competitors closer to town.

My family and I go to Pyramid lake often and we stumbled upon the dump station at StorQuest Self Storage. The dump station is incredibly convenient considering it is the closest station to Spanish Springs. The staff at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Great location bubbly staff and the property is clean and well looked out for easy access to the units and gate gate urs are reasonable between 9am and 6pm or you can get their extended hrs 7am to 9pm. Felicia was a great help with our move will highly recommend to everyone in sparks to come here for your storage needs

Love this place! The staff is always super friendly and the facility is extremely clean. The location is very convenient for neighborhoods from Pyramid Highway to Wingfield Springs.Hidden spot in Spanish Springs to dump your RV’s waste holding tanks coming back from Moonrocks or Pyramid Lake. There station accommodates any size RV from a small travel trailer to the largest 5th-wheels.

We needed some temporary storage and used this place when it was under the previous name. Renting a unit was easy and quick. The grounds are clean. Our only complaint was that the managers park near the entrance to the units so you cant turn left to get to them. This makes it very inconvenient it you have a large vehicle. There are other places that the managers could park, like on the street. Customer access to their units should be most important, not easy parking for the managers. Also, there should be longer access hours without having to pay for them. It doesnt cost them any more to come in before or after their hours. And one more thing, we watched other customers who were not using their gate codes to either enter or exit the facility, they tailgated behind the person entering or leaving. This is a security issue.

We used StorQuest for a little over a year. We had moved from a larger house to a smaller house and had some excess furniture and other items. The storage unit was easy to access since the unit was on one floor, The people who run the operation were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location for storage.

StorQuest on Ingenuity has been awesome to rent from. Felicia was very helpful during the rental process; when we inspected my unit prior to renting it, she noticed a minor maintenance issue and assured me itd be taken care of before I moved my stuff into it. She gave me a call the next day to let me know it was resolved and remembered me by name when I swung by to pick up the key Id left for them.The location is convenient for most anyone in Spanish Springs or Sparks, and you can drive right up to any unit. The units themselves are very well-kept; no dust inside, no signs of rodents or other pests. Theyre also quite tall - Im fairly certain my unit is 5x10x12. Ive got enough room to stack boxes that Id need a ladder to get them to the ceiling.The rates are in-line with what Ive paid for other units, but this is probably the best mini storage Ive rented from! Id recommend them any day.

Our rent was just increased and it seems like ever since that the security gate has been broken. Its been at least two months now. Its a bit of a drive from our home in Sparks but we chose this storage because of the affordable rates, nice gate and yard security. Now it has none of those things. Were about to take our business elsewhere if that gate doesnt get fixed, like, yesterday.
