My mother had a storage unit here for almost 20 years I finally talked her into just getting rid of it, and sorting through her stuff. And when I showed up our key didnt fit in the lock, and when I went into the office and asked them why they changed the lock, they told me no we never change locks and if it has a sticker on it that means its super safe and its been the same lock the whole time. I told them it was a different brand lock than the one we put on there. Needless to say they told me that their regional manager is the only person that could cut locks and they were out of town and I had to call a locksmith or cut it myself because the lady behind the desk could not be torn away from her chocolate chip cookie and air conditioner. So I had to go to home depot get bolt cutters, buy a new lock, come back, cut it open it, and as soon as I opened the door our old lock was sitting on the floor right in front of the door. It was cut open and tossed on the ground. And when I went back inside the office, I told the lady that they messed with it and she was like coh its not in our records but Ill take a note and give it to my manager.

I started to move into the place because my current storages prices have gone sky high. And i just wasnt thrilled about the setup. So after paying rent for two months to store very little, i did a move out date of the first of the month a month before and i have to figure somebody knew when i was going to move out but nobody bothered to give me a courtesy call to tell me that if i moved out on the first i was going to have to pay for a whole month for that one day.But they sure didnt mind giving me a call to tell me they wanted a months rent for that one day.Greedy, gouging, people. Im pretty sure ill never rent there again. No, Im positive Ill never rent at any public storage again.Thats the second bad experience Ive had at a public storage. They can have it. I dont need it. They got one star because i couldnt give them 0 stars.

Great prices, easy location, and efficiently accessible for a good duration of time using the gate code. Kelly in the office was fabulous to work with, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience and was straightforward with info. Only thing that would be a nice addition is more lights on the property, but overall highly recommend.

I was tolled from most renter that rent went up without telling anyone I thing I should move to fallon before rent goes up again

Kelly was great with helping us get a storage unit. We have rented from there before and everyone is nice but kelly was really nice and we had a lovely conversation with her. She was helpful with getting us a unit in the area of the complex that we wanted and fit our needs.

If i could give negative stars I would.I had won a storage through storage treasures and went to clear the storage out. I had left for a couple days and when I went back I found out that Stacey one of the employees had took it upon herself to go into the storage and start destroying all the furniture.She had claimed that she thought I abandoned it. When I asked her about it she had the worst customer service I have ever seen. Then her boss Devon was reluctant to give me a refund because I had already took some stuff out. Horrible people and the way they conduct business. What are the cameras even for if the employees are the ones to do the damage.

This company raises rates based on housing market and property tax rates; then passes the increases over to the renters. Ex: Over a 3 yr period, a storage unit went from $170 per month to $294 per month.

We did not have a reservation and just stopped by. Diana helped us with the right size, pricing and customer service. It was fast, in and out. My only complaint was she didnt have access to a golf cart to show me the unit. All I kept thinking was how far I was going to walk to the middle of the complex. Thankfully it wasnt raining or snowing or 100 degrees!

This location has exceptional customer service. I and others I know have been renting from them for quite some time now. The grounds are always up-kept. Security cameras are everywhere. Diana and Ester are always professional and prompt with information when needed.I would recommend this location to anyone.

Ester was fabulous. She got us a bigger unit than the biggest available on line at a good price. She was very pleasant and competent.

Esther was very helpful with getting our unit set up. Convenient location and easy to access the units once inside. The unit was clean and in good repair when we moved our things in. The price seems competitive and fair. I wish they were individually alarmed but thats not a huge deal breaker for us. The area was all warehouse businesses and seemed safe. Good experience so far.

The folks at Public Storage, Sparks have been great helping me with payments and getting in and out of my space. Esther in particular has helped me with a clean easy to access unit. I would recommend this as a safe clean place to rent.

Diana and Ester were great to work with at this location. This was my first time in 25 years, I put my name on the waiting list and in a week they called me and said they had a unit ready for me. When I came in the next day to purchase the unit they took me to look at the unit and it seemed smaller than I needed she said they had a 10x30 just come available and took me to see the other unit. I ended up going with the bigger unit after I explained how much I needed to store. The ladies were up beat and great personalities so Great customer service from the time I first walked in to the time I left.

Renting a storage unit here was very easy. Esther and Diana was friendly and quick with the paperwork. The unit was clean and the property was really clean .

I came in required about a unit and the beautiful lady named Diana helped me with all my questions and concerns.

Beware! I had a unit at a reasonable rate, then they started continually RAISING THE RATES! This last rate change is $16.00 per month more. I understand specials to get you in, but they have gone well beyond raising rates above the special rate. They up the rates every couple months (I guess they think you wont notice if you are on automatic payment). I have never written a bad review but I couldnt let someone else be taken advantage of.

Diana did a great job helping us find the right storage for us. Definitely recommend!

The only reason Im giving it more than one star is because of the staff. They arent in charge of the prices. But wow $200.00 a month for a unit? Come on now. Started at $60.00. No climate control or indoor storage. Just a room you cant live in. There comes a point you have to question your business ethics.

Long story short, Esther was on it, made the phone calls needed to help me out and got back to me within an hour! This was not an easy problem to tackle.
