We have had McKenzie (Today), Gus and Charles a few months ago come out and they have all been great! Even with the old models that most companies will tell you just to replace they don’t try and sell you on just that. They look at everything before saying it’s done for! For a company to do that and fix things effectively that says a lot! I will suggest this company to anyone.

My A/C and furnace were having issues. Our technician Luke was stellar.My wife was stuck dealing with our problem solo as I was out of town. He was straight forward and honest with her. Not to mention he followed up with me on the phone after.I now understand more about how central air works thanks to his ability to explain outside of the technical speak that I expected.He told me things to look for in the future to help avoid breakdowns. We purchased a new furnace and AC system from Triple T in May and we are amazed at how well it has worked and how even the temperature is throughout our home. We have had several questions about how the thermostat works and they have promptly sent a technician to check things out and answer our questions. We have used them exclusively for over 10 years and have always been happy with all they have done. We recommend Triple T very highly!!!!!

Absolutely loved their service. Called and got an appointment scheduled very quick. Charlie let us know when he was on his way. He was on time and very efficient. Luke texted and called to let us know when he would be at our home. He was very professional, clean and knowledgeable. He worked on a unit that he wasnt familiar with. He researched and spent extra time cleaning and making sure the unit worked. He suggested some ideas to make the unit more efficient. We will welcome him into our home again.

Charles “Lyle” .. did a great job! It was an not an easy one with a stubborn sink… he also installed a new garbage disposal & toilet. He cleaned up so well & even added the small touches. He put toilet paper in the on the holder (in the right direction) AND put a new valve for the cold water under the sink which was just an extra. Cody came to help us this morning and he was awesome! Were having a string of 100 + degree days right now and our house was roasting yesterday. We have a 2 week old baby and have been just doing what we can to keep him cool. Cody came and figured out that our ac was filthy and not getting enough air flow. The fix was WAY cheaper than we thought it would be. Were very satisfied.

Triple T has been servicing my HVAC needs for many years in multiple locations. They are always professional, well trained, and competent. Last week I had the pleasure of having Luke work on my AC which was having a hard time keeping up. He quickly found the issue and performed a tune up service while he was at it. Great service!

Ive used Triple-T for years now and have always been impressed with there service. I recently had a unit stop working proper that was installed about 2 years ago. They promptly came out and found the problem behind the unit in the wall, fixed it, charged the unit, and I have ice cold air again. They didnt charge me a thing. They are great!

Our A/C went out last night, I called them at 8:00 this morning, Gus was at our house by 10:00 and he had our A/C back up and running ice cold by 11:00. Triple-T replaced our furnace and AC the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They did a great job, both in going over our choices in prior visits and then throughout the installation both days. We also had a duct cleaning, and an ionizing purifier added at the same time. Their sales representative, Lance, is a real professional. He took extra time to walk us through our existing system and the ductwork and intakes/vents as they currently were, and suggested some modifications to open up restricted airflow and several repairs. The 3-man install crew was excellent as well. Overall, the new system is exactly what we hoped for, and the attention to detail and openness to questions during the process was really remarkable. They do excellent work, and we will continue to use Triple-T for maintenance needs and recommend them as well.

Triple T has been fabulous for our family. We moved to Utah 15 years ago. The first summer was a scorcher, so we knew we needed to replace the swamp cooler with an air conditioner. We replaced the gas furnace as well. A technician from TTT has come to our home every 6 months to service the units. Potential problems have been caught before irreparable damage. We love TTT. So a week before Christmas, my furnace goes out. The cost to fix it versus replacing it was such that I decided to replace it. Of course, being in the depths of winter, they are busy and it took a week to get the furnace installed. That is going to happen when your furnace goes out in the middle of winter. For some reason, everyones furnace goes out at the same time. They loaned a small electric heater to help with the house. Install day came and they were here bright and early. They had the heater installed and warming the house before 2 PM.

Mack Hansen was very professional and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly, and explained what each component did. I would recommend him for any future repairs.

We had Triple-T install a new furnace and heat pump. Lance was terrific in providing a bid and coordinating the installation. Payton, the tech who actually did the installation went above and beyond the call of duty in fabricating new duct connections and getting everything installed and working. They were all very polite, extremely knowledgeable and skilled in doing the work. The cost of installing a new furnace and heat pump is not for the faint of heart. It cost a small fortune, but these guys helped assuage the pain with their superb work and attitudes. I would definitely recommend them to others, including my family.

These jokers came to my daughters home to repair her furnace. I was particularly interested because I had just sold the home to my daughter after living there for 33 years. The technician came and without performing a pressure test for cO2 leakage turned the furnace off and the gas to it and slapped a sticker on it seeming it unsafe! All this in freezing temperatures with 3 kids! I told her to call Gunthers which had installed the furnace. They performed the pressure test, found no leakage and found a ignition sensor needed to be replaced and another part just cleaned. Triple-T was very anxious to install a new expensive system and continued to call the next day wanting to know why my daughter had cancelled an install from them . If she had waited for them she would have been without heat until they returned. Gunthers were prompt and did the minor repair so that my daughter had heat for her little family! Triple T shame on you for probably just not knowing how to fix this model. And shame on you for turning off the gas without performing a necessary pressure test to deem it unsafe. BUYER BEWARE of these guys for repairs, they just want to sell you a new unit and they’ll leave you without heat to manipulate you to buy!

Our AC broke. We called on monday afternoon and they were able to come early Tuesday morning. Luke and Derek came a few minutes earlier than scheduled. Luke was very knowledgeable and organized. They were very professional and even put shoe covers on before coming in the house. They were able to get our ac up and running in less than an hour! Amazing! We had a quote from a different company and they wanted us to replace our entire unit for $5-6,000.Luke was honest and explained this wasnt a long term fix, but it would give us a little more time to budget for a future unit. We are so happy with their service and will be using them again in the future! Would 100% recommend!
