Franco came to diagnose and repair an air conditioning issue we were experiencing. He told us what the problem was and replaced the non-functioning part. After the repair, the air conditioner still didn’t work properly so he gave us a few options.He was extremely honest and straightforward with us about what needed to be done. We ended up needing a new air conditioner and also had him add replacement of the furnace, which was 27 years old.I am a home inspector by trade and knew that Franco wasn’t just trying to sell me things I didn’t need.He showed up a few days later at our appointment time with his Father who assists him in the HVAC work (an awesome family business!). They got to work right away.My wife asked me how many days I thought it would take them to finish. I said “they will be done today” and she didn’t believe me.They installed a new furnace (the old one was 80% efficient; the new one was a 96% efficient unit), re-located the return air from an ugly ceiling grill to the hallway wall, ran the high-efficiency PVC exhaust and combustion air outside through the brick exterior, and installed the new air conditioner.They finished in time for us to enjoy the new air conditioning just as we were going to bed. No more 78-degree heat in the house.Their work was clean, correctly done, and high quality. They worked from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm (with only a couple breaks) so that they could get the job done.My wife said it was refreshing to have a contractor who showed up and worked late to get the job done.I now have a reliable and honest “HVAC Guy” ;) who I trust. We will be using them again when we replace our other air conditioner and furnace in the near future and for all yearly maintenance and tuneups from here out. Thank you Franco!

Nico and Franco produced absolutely AMAZING service to my in-laws who are both in their eighties. There furnace is 24 years old. After completing a diagnostic review they provided my in-laws with the recommended repairs. As well as presenting them the cost of a completely new furnace which they will need at some point. Based on my in-laws decision they decided to replace the burner and the motor. Nico and Franco were kind and courteous and explained to them in detail everything that was done during the repair. My in-laws were very happy. .They both commented on how kind and courteous both Nico and Franco were. Had the AC die ...had another local hvac company take a look and were told that we needed to get a new AC unit and that it would cost $3-4K. Called the HVAC Guys for a 2nd opinion they can out out same day. They were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it for a fair price. Couldnt be happier with the results. I would highly recommend the HVAC Guys! Our AC went out and Franco came out that same day to check it out. After figuring out the problem, he left, got the part, and came back in the evening when his work day was already over to fix it for us. When we ran into problems again a few days later, Franco again worked overtime to fit us in and fixed the issues. We got home from a trip and out house was about 90° inside. Thermostat wouldn’t turn on and I found the 3 amp fuse had blown on the board in my furnace, so the blower wasn’t working. Being a DIY kind of guy I went and bought a pack of fuses, swapped it out and it blew almost immediately. I called up Franco with HVAC guys and he tried to help me diagnose over the phone. We found two issues, one being the thermostat wires outside were bare and copper was making contact and causing the short but also the contractors in the AC unit itself had gone bad. Franco was able to get it fixed by the next day (I called him later at night than I care to admit) and also charged a very reasonable price. He didn’t try and upsell me or take my lack of HVAC knowledge for granted. Couldn’t have asked for a more honest and fair person to help us out. My furnace is pretty old and now I know that when it finally goes out, I’ll be calling the HVAC guys in a heartbeat.

We’re selling our house and needed vents and a cold air return installed in our basement. The buyers wanted a credit of an enormous amount to do this so we said we’d do it ourselves. I contacted the HVAC guys on a Friday and they were able to come out the very next Tuesday and get everything done. Everything was clean, I was given a few options and price quotes, it was done quickly and for a quarter of what the buyers wanted us to give them as a “credit”. Will absolutely recommend to anyone that asks.

I called the HVAC Guys on recommendation of a friend, and they had an appointment to come out the next day. The sales guy that came out was knowledgeable and professional and I felt like I was presented with very informative options. Already having had a few other companies come out to give us a quote on a new AC installation I had an idea of pricing so I knew I was getting a great deal. I honestly decided to go with them because they felt genuine and I felt comfortable with our interaction. He made sure our heater is ready to go for the winter after the install and I finally got a smart thermostat which is amazing!! I always forget to change the temperature before bedtime or when I leave for work and now I can check it anywhere! Or just ask Alexa to change it for me! Winning!

We got an inspection of both our AC and furnace. I was impressed that we received a reminder and he showed up on time (unlike many contractors). He was very good at explaining how both units looked (including showing me a visual with the actual camera he had used to inspect them). He went the extra mile to fix a small insulation problem that was causing a leak. Despite very old units that may give out soon, he told us at this point, none of the parts are currently broken and did not try to push me to buy a new unit. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend this company!

The HVAC Guys offered a great deal on a AC tune-up, so I decided to take advantage. I was worried, however, that it was just an opportunity for them to get in and try to charge me more money for a lot of other things they would claim I needed. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL! They were extremely professional, gave us great information and good advice, but never tried to sell us anything extra. In fact, the guy that came out told us that our air conditioner was in good shape and should last another 6 or 7 years. They won my business now and in the future. Highly recommend!

We had been getting a notification on our Nest thermostat for awhile telling us that our furnace keeps shutting off soon after turning on. The HVAC guys were very responsive in setting up an appointment, very respectful of our wishes for masks to be worn inside, even being the ones to bring up the topic, and were overall very professional. They were able to quickly identify what the problem was, fix it, and tuned up our furnace at a VERY reasonable cost. I already plan on having them come out this spring to tune up my A/C!

We had The HVAC Guys come out and do a tune-up on our AC unit. Everything went great, but a week later our AC unit ended up malfunctioning. The HVAC Guys sent someone out immediately to take a look. They found the problem and fixed it. In addition, they said that even though the problem was hard to catch, they should have found it during the tune-up, so they werent going to charge me anything. I was very impressed because if they had found the problem during the tune-up I would have paid to get it fixed then anyway. Everyone was super responsive and professional. I really appreciated them bending over backwards for me when most companies would have charged for the fix. They made me a customer for life.
