Great guy and very honest. Unfortunately I wasnt able to work with Mr. Porter because my furnace unit happens to be in a small crawl space. I was sad that he couldnt get me a bid but he was still kind enough to talk to me for 20 minutes about what I should look for in a system and things to watch out for with other contractors. I would highly recommend this guy at least to bid out your system, very knowledgeable and nice.

We called Kelly Porter for a second opinion after a technician from another company added too much refrigerant and ruined the compressor. That tech quoted us over $2000 to replace our a/c. Thank goodness we called Kelly! Kelly had us up and running within 90 minutes of arriving... we woke up to a cool house again! What a relief! All for under $200. Well never trust anyone but Kelly Porter again with our HVAC needs.

Awesome guy! Kelly has serviced our A/C and our gas fireplace. When our A/C stopped working, I received bids from two other companies. Both repairmen spent five minutes looking at the A/C and quoted me thousands if dollars to replace it. Kelly came over and spent considerable time working on it and explaining to me what he was doing and why. In the end he was able to repair it for much, much less. He is very honest and he saved me thousands of dollars. Theres no question who I will call if I ever need work done in the future.

Porters did our heating and air 22 years ago for our house. We have only had to call Kelly out twice for maintenance during that time. Twice in 22 years! We just recently had him come out and replace our furnace because it finally gave up (it went 2 years longer than it was originally anticipated to). He does great and honest work.

Kelly came to the rescue in 1999, when our house caught on fire 11 days before Christmas. We had several bids on Heating and Central Air to replace it all. His bid was not just the lowest but he gave us a date it would be done, and even stayed after his usual hours to see that it was done perfect and on time. He is honest, prompt, and just very pleasant to talk to. In 20 years he has helped us more than once and always with a smile on his face.
