My AC stopped working so I called one company that couldnt make the appointment until the next day (100 degree temperatures outside), so I decided to call HRC Climate Services and they were able to be at my home in less than 2 hours. The service tech was able to fix the problem, but by the end of the day it stopped working. We called again the next morning, the same tech came and did a thorough investigation identifying a stripped wire causing a short circuit to blow the fuse for the furnace fan. It was fixed without an additional charge. The tech was professional, and I would consider using their services again.

I had to replace my whole system this year and HRC took care of me so well. They kept me up to date and their pricing was great. The uv is a nice touch and love the whole home humidifier, will never be without one again!

HRC has a good crew. We hired them to replace 30-year old commercial rooftop units and add a ductless mini-split to our retail unit. Gosh, they were responsive. They had it done when I needed it done. I felt like I was waiting on all my other contractors but I was never waiting on HRC. Your tech Kaelen Loveless did a great job for my AC unit. High level overview he was prompt, I got a call and text he was going to be earlier then originally scheduled and he told me the problem (capacitor) and told me how much it was going to cost. I asked him about additional services He could offer, he explained them and I declined. He didn’t have the part I needed in his truck but was back within the hour and finished the job. Seems straight forward but he went above and beyond and took the time to listen and address the concerns I had with an older unit. When it’s going to be 100 Degrees on August 24th in Woodland Hills the day you need your AC unit serviced you would hope it would be done soon. From first call to repair it was under 2 hours. FYI I asked my brother in law who’s a local contractor who would give me a fair price with great service and he told me HRC. Feel free to give my number out as a reference. Doug Byers

Very friendly guy, but I was quoted I believe $49 to inspect my natural gas heater in my garage and after he wasnt able to fix my heater or source the part I needed he charged me $87. He said it was because he did an extensive inspection. Not sure how that works out, but I wont be using them again.Update: The owners of the company reached out and made the situation right. I really appreciate their professionalism and fixing the issue. I will continue to use them in the future.

We had a good experience overall. Mike was great at keeping us in the loop and with every step of the way. At one point he had to go pick up a part for us and was courteous enough to call and let us know when he had the part and we that he was on his way. He found the problem quickly and had great customer service. Price seemed reasonable.

I generally dont give five star reviews, but with HRC I will make an exception. I have worked with Paul and crew for many years, and they have always been responsive and informative. I have had problems with my air conditioning that they have tried to help with within the limitations of my budget. Recently our heater began to show its age, and HRC was able to provide me a replacement - completely installed - the day after I ordered it. The folks at HRC exemplify the meaning of customer service, and their work is absolutely top notch.

HRC installed a furnace for us a couple of months ago (at a very competitive price, by the way). It had a problem where it started to leak a substantial amount of water. Mike OBrian came the same day that we called and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. I initially gave HRC 4 stars because we had an installation-related issue, but I am going to change it to 5 because their service is great.

Reading all of the great reviews I was skeptical, but I called to get a bid for my AC unit that was all but dead. I had gotten about 6 bids before Paul came out. First Id like to note that he made it out to my house fairly quickly, I think it was the next evening? He was very personal and didnt try to up-sell me. In fact he told me I would want a smaller unit than what all the other big name brand guys were telling me. When I finally decided to bite the bullet, he had his crew at my house two days later. Mind you, this is in the hot summer when Im sure they are busy. They came while my wife was home, and she said they were very respectful and quick. My house is finally cool during hot days unlike before where our old AC would run constantly all day and it would still get quite warm inside.HUGE THANK YOU TO PAUL AND HIS CREW. I live at an apartment that had air conditioning installed by HRC Climate Services. Appointment times were set when they would arrive and begin work. They were on time the 2 days it took to finish the installations of the units. ALWAYS they knocked when first entering my apartment to begin work. If they left and had to come back, like after their lunch break, they always again knocked to let me know they were continuing on with their work.They were clean in appearance and did a super job at cleaning up after themselves. There was no mess left in the apartment or anywhere around the building. They were respectful and very pleasant to talk with. Then made sure to leave institutions on the use of the new thermostat.The experience was very nice and I felt comfortable and safe as they worked. I was always kept in formed of what was going on and times they would be returning, the next day or at a later time.They came back and made sure the roof had been sealed after about a week after the completion of the installation.In this day and age, it is wonderful to see a company that is motivated to excellent work standards and cleaning up so it seemed as they were never there. Being in the construction and maintenance as my lifes choice line of work, I appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. Two prior estimates for a 1500 sq foot townhouse came in between 5500.00 and 16,000.00. Both told me my system was too old and needed replacing because of safety issues. Paul from HRC, recommended by a friend, came by and had it up and workingin less than 30 minutes because it needed to be cleaned and serviced. He even checked for cracks with a camera. For 175.00 it is up and running, no issues. Watch out for scammers they are out there and you got to get a second opinion. HRC was amazing.Thank you Paul!

At first I absolutely loved HRC they were awesome and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. However today I found out I needed a receipt for my seller disclosure in selling my home and it’s like pulling teeth. They tried to send it to me and I could not view the receipt on any electronic device so I called to ask if they could send it to me a different way. I talked to Paul who had previously been amazing and helpful but today he was short with me and told me that it was my fault I was unable to access my receipt and acted as though I was the biggest inconvenience to him and would not listen to what I was trying to say. All I needed was it sent in a different way but I was cut off by him being irritable and defensive. So in short I am happy with my furnace but I did not like that after I’ve already given them my money and a good review I am no longer an important customer and was treated so poorly.*An apology means a lot and so does being heard, HRC has since reached out to me and apologized for this instance which goes a long way in my book.

Last May we paid an HVAC company a little over $3k to come and add AC to our existing furnace. Yesterday our furnace stopped working ((NOT RELATED TO THE AC INSTALL)) but because of that relationship I reached out to them to come take a look at it. At 1:52 pm I was told I can swing by later today, I am sure its something simple at 6:52 pm I still hadnt seen or heard from them. So I reached out and got no response. 8:14 pm Are you still coming? no response. Its now 2:43 pm 24+ hours later and CRICKETS!!!This morning at 8:15 I called HRC Climate Services and Alisha answered the phone. I told her my furnace was having problems. She asked if it would be okay if someone came out in a couple of hours. I said yes of course (Id waited 18 what was 2 more) at 9:10 (less than an hour) I got a call from Mike saying they were :10 minutes away. Mike and Kaelen were here for about 2 hours. Thats not how long it took to fix it. They had that diagnosed almost immediately but I was so thankful that I went ahead and had them do a TUNE-UP as well. Now for less than $200 bucks, its 70 again in the house and my 13 year old furnace guts look brand new. Mike and Kaelen gave me a couple of other items to keep an eye on and if/when my finances allow Ill have them back again to fix those too.Now my wife (who freezes if its 80) wont be cold again tonight. Thanks Alisha, Mike, Kaelen, and HRC (which if you dont know stands for Happy Repeat Customers) which we definitely will be in the future...unless you ignore me like the last guy did...but I dont see that happening.
