Hand down THE BEST heating and air company I have worked with ever. I am a real estate agent and I use them a lot. I started with them on my own home installing an incredible a/c unit at a great price, what I didn’t know is I would be getting amazing service as well. Every client I have referred them to or unit I have had them service for my clients has been a great experience. I refer them to all of my friends and family as well. I will continue to use them forever if they let me 😉. An actual person answers every call and they are VERY responsive to every request.

I believe I got a fair price on my furnace and AC. I also received excellent financing terms. I was not impressed with the initial installation and had a lot of questions and concerns. However, my salesman jumped on it immediately and got the installation supervisor to my house within a day or two. The supervisor agreed with my concerns and had a different crew back to my house, again, within a day or two. The new guys fixed the problems to the point where I was pleased with the work. In addition, the initial installation included a new cold air return where they cut into my ceiling. I was not happy at all with the resulting sound and noise of the new return; I voiced this to the supervisor and Gillette had a contractor come and patch the hole. No additional cost to me. If I’m being honest, I would have preferred the job done right and to my satisfaction the first time. I think anyone would. However, I think you learn a lot about a company when things don’t go as planned. From my salesman, to the office staff, to the technicians, everyone was responsive, did not dismiss my concerns, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. I am impressed by Gillette’s integrity and focus on customer service and satisfaction. I get it. Not everything is going to be done perfectly every time. So, when things get a little sideways, how does a company respond and treat their customers? My experience shows Gillette is a company with integrity and worthy of the their excellent reviews. So, ya, a 5 star review even though they had to come back and fix a few things.

This team is awesome, they are really professional, honest and knowledgeable, they installed a new couple of furnaces and AC units at my house, since the process started with Brad he was awesome the whole process he was asking the right questions and was able to answer any question at any time and on the installation Carver, Daniel, Trevor and Brandon they were really professional, efficient and clean for all the work they did and also the manager Jason was able to answer one of my questions right away through Carver no waiting time that is why I have them to do a second job at the right price in the market, they are really committed with the customer and then Mabel in the office she was really nice and able to answer my questions and she submitted the energy rebate for me, this team really Rocks!!! I was happy and confident the whole process, I will recommend this company all the way!

Amazing company, hands down the best I’ve had to deal with in a very long time. I received a simple advertisement in the mail and i called them. Within one day their sales rep John M. was at my doorstep explaining what they had to offer. I had bids earlier from other companies yet this was different. They know they have solid products and obviously know their installers are trained and informed.Their quote was thousands les than the competition and they are using Carrier products. If anyone know HVAC, Carrier is top of the line. From the day the sales person was out I had my entire system replaced. This is unheard of during these times of Covid. We had an offer come through the mail for older homes needing air conditioning and furnace replacements. I had a great experience from day 1 with Gillette and would happily recommend them, as well as use them again for future projects.1. The sales team was great. Brad came out and took into consideration our current and future needs in building out our quote. He helped us find an economical and fitting solution that allowed us to do this as an unplanned change.2. The install team was also top notch. Nice folks who worked hard to have the system filly running. They also gave me information about the ducts in our system so I can continue to improve our system efficiency. And when the pressure wasnt lining up just right, they made sure a tech was out the next day to square us away.3. The office team is SO friendly and on the ball. From my oddball questions, to referrals for HVAC cleaning, theyve been super supportive.The system itself is about 24hrs old, and so far Im noticing a decrease in run time and increase in air pressure vs my 23 year old system, so Im excited. And the noise is noticeably less too.Overall, Im delighted by our experience and happy to recommend Gillette based on our experiences with them so far.

We got a letter in the mail from Carrier, working with Gillette, offering a great deal for upgrading our furnace and install air conditioning.We were able to get an appointment just two weeks after we accepted the offer. The crew showed up in the morning and worked till everything was installed and the old system removed. And they cleaned up any messes they may have caused.It has been a month since we received their services and we are still pleased with the A/C and furnace.

Dave, Steve, Jesse and Travin were on time and did a great job on both the removal and the install. Cleaned up after themselves and completed the job quickly. Dave did a good job of walking me through the new equipment and explaining the upgraded thermostat.I had several companies come out to give me quotes and Brad is the only one that took his time, explained everything I was getting and why I was getting it. The other guys just through me a price in about ten minutes and we’re gone, no real explanation of what I would be getting and what was included.Everyone I came in contact with did a great job! Gillette Heating and Air did a wonderful job installing my replacement central air conditioning system (ac & furnace). Their pricing was very competitive (beat two other bids) and the quality of the system was well worth the price. They sent a sales representative to inspect the old system, measure the house (for the new system), and provide me with some different estimates. They had very good pricing on high efficiency, intermediate, and basic systems. I chose the intermediate for the longevity, brand, and quality. Two gentlemen showed up about a week later for the install (I took the earliest available opening). They took out the old system and replaced it with a new one. They were very good at fabricating some new ducting for the system and the work looks great. After they were done, they took their time to make sure I understood all the new equipment and controls. I felt very happy with Gillette, and Im confident in the new system.

We have been very impressed with Gillette Heating and air. When we first bought our house, out AC broke right when we moved in. After it was fixed (with another company using home insurance), we continued having issues where our upstairs was on average 15 degrees hotter than it was downstairs, and it was miserable. We had several different companies come out, just to tell us that there was nothing we could do except some temporary fixes that we tried, but didnt work at all. We found Gillette and they came out and Jason told us that we only had 1 return in the entire house which was likely contributing to the problem. It was not an easy fix, but we hired them to come out and install a return upstairs for us. It helped drop the temperature upstairs a few degrees, and they told us that they could install 3 more returns upstairs as well! We decided that with the heat this year, and our AC and Furnace being 19 years old, we didnt want to take the risk of it breaking again this year so we decided to get them replaced. Gillette came out quickly, and installed a new AC and Furnace, and one more return upstairs. Carver and Donny were very professional and did a great job for us! We can already see a huge difference, especially with our new thermostat and sensors that help balance the temp upstairs and downstairs. We are extremely pleased and now the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs during the day is only about 3-5 degrees. We cant thank them enough for helpingus make our home a comfortable place to live!

Trevor and his crew did an amazing job installing the new furnace and A/C in my 120yr old house. The removal of the old furnace in the Attic went smoothly with no complications. I would HIGHLY recommend Gillette heating and air to anyone looking for this type of service!

I just experienced the most thorough hvac investigation that included a lot of tools and hard numbers on airflow that led to the explanation that my 2 week old filter is already too dirty and slowing airflow too much. After swapping in my other filter that I didnt think Id need for at least a couple months, the airflow was good again. I really appreciated the thoroughness and skill of pinpointing what the problem was so I can correct the issue and replace my filter more often, really crossing my fingers that my AC keeps working through the hot months now!

They were very courteous and professional. Installed everything and made sure to clean up after themselves. Once it was over, they helped explain and demonstrate how everything works. They were recommended to me and now I recommend them to you.

The company was great to work with. We replaced our furnace and installed a new A/C unit. Before the installation, they let us know who was coming and they came right at the expected time. The installation was smooth and they explained what they did really well.

Professional workers who were flexible and helped us add a zone system with dampers to our existing system. Also we added hvac for our basement finish. They didnt make us pay until the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sunday evening our AC went out. Monday was a 100+ degree day. I called at 6:30am and Gillette was able to get a tech out to us by early afternoon. Jason arrived early in the 2 hour window given. He isolated the problem in less than 30 mins. However, he was not able to get a hold of the part supplier for a replacement part. He said he would call it into the office for them to chase down. My heart sunk. I thought to myself, Im going to fall through the cracks on this hand off and family is going to have to sleep in a heat soaked house tonight, again. I started thinking about calling other repair companies. About an hour later Gillette called back with news of a part, with an estimate, and the ability for me to accept the estimate right on my phone via email. The best thing about all of that was Jason. Before he left my house on the initial visit he said he could return today if they had the part in stock. Well, they did have it in stock and Jason returned, again, early in the 2 hour window. Less than 30 mins later the AC was working. By 10pm the house was close to normal temps and everyone slept soundly, me included. The good part: I talked to Nina this morning to thank them for their responsiveness and turn around. She told me they prioritize AC outages above other services requests. That is how Gillette won my loyalty yesterday. Thank you for the sympathy and compassion for our community during the hottest times of the season, and probably decade :). The text message notifications were awesome too. Great to know when the tech is on their way so you can stay close and stop wondering if/when theyre going to arrive. We asked Gillette install a whole home humidification system in our home. We had very specific needs and wanted to ensure the system we purchased was the best possible at a reasonable price. Gillette delivered on both points. We did some homework on our own to verify that what they were recommending was the best option and they were correct. I was in the market for a replacement HVAC system. I went to a couple of companies and received bids. Gillette HVAC was the most reasonable and offered systems and financing solutions that fit my requirements. John - the one that sold me the system - was an industry pro and took the time to explain the different options. He worked to get me the system I wanted at a reasonable price. Travis & Partner did the install. They were thorough, kept the house clean while they were doing their work, were courteous, and explained everything they did once the install was complete. They helped set up the wifi enabled Thermostat and showed me its features and how to use it. - Overall VERY satisfied with Gillette Heating and Air. In our neighborhood, all of the houses were built around the same time and like ours, will be in need of replacements. Ill be sure to tell all my neighbors about Gillette and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Great, proffesional, on time, and quality. I recieved 6 bids to install a complete HVAC system in my home. I selected Gillette based on their fair price and great communication. I am glad I did. After recieving equipment from Carrier they scheduled install date immediately. To my amazment 3 service vans and crew of 7 arrived in my place early morning working straight through until 6 pm. Next day they completed the job within couple of hours. Job was include installation of heat pump, air handlers in the attic, all the associated duct work, supply and return registers, referagertion lines, electrical and control. They completed system check and tested the system. System is working flawlessly and I am very pleased. I highly recomend them for your heating and cooling needs.Fred M

Excellent experience from beginning to end. First I received a text notifying me the technician was on his way. The text also included a picture of the technician who would be performing the service. Dustin showed up right on time and was very professional and nice. He had two people helping him and they all had on face masks and then they put booties on over their shoes before entering the home. I found this very impressive since we just had new carpet installed. Dustin and his team worked quietly and efficiently installing a gas line for the dryer. They went outside to their van multiple times, each time removing the booties and then putting them back on before reentering the home. Every single time! Once the job was finished they completely cleaned up after themselves, double checked that there wasn’t a gas leak and did one final walk through making sure everything was clean and they weren’t leaving anything behind. Dustin went over everything with me one more time before he left. Excellent experience. I 100% recommend Gillette Heating and Air.

Gillette offered a great deal on a AC tune-up so I decided to take advantage. I was worried, however, that it was just an opportunity for them to get in and try to charge me more money for a lot of other things they would claim I needed. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL!! They were extremely professional, gave us great information and good advice, but never tried to sell us anything extra. In fact, the guy that came out told us that our air conditioner was in good shape and should last another 4 or 5 years. They won my business now and in the future!! Definitely recommend!!

We have a hard time trusting companies when it comes to home repairs because it seems like they usually only care about lining their pockets. But Shawn, the owner, really helped us out when we needed to replace both our a/c and furnace. He understood what we needed and saved us a lot of money. The 2 employees who did the install today were very considerate, relatable, and professional. Highly Recommend!

Half of a star if I could. The technician was a nice guy but these guys are crooks. Told me I needed a whole new unit costing almost 6000 dollars, and said I needed parts, and coolant, and just about everything else.Told me the repairs were gonna be at least 4800 bucks if I didn’t get a new system. Then quoted me again for around 2900. I was informed it would take a least a week to get the parts to fix my system. I was gonna have to suffer for a week in a 85 degree house.Seemed shady so I called Triple T. They came the same day, had the motor for the fan fixed in one hour, and my house feels great. Looked concerned when I told them Gillette had recommenced a whole new system.GO WITH TRIPLE T. Run away from businesses like Gillette.

There is always something wrong even with new heating and AC installed. They came by on Dec 22 to install AC and messed up our electricity. Now we don’t have an oven till they decide to come back. If you use their service double check all breakers and everything electric before they go! Or use someone else. Update: they came back and set everything straight the next day. So at least they make sure to fix whatever is wrong.

The experiences and daily interactions with them were always professional and polite.... from Shaun (Owner of the Company) to the Receptionist Team (Nina, Stephanie and Mable) to the On-site Team (Brandon, Trevor, Daniel and Carver). Flexibility within a company to adapt to unforeseen challenges, while still communicating effectively with me, is an important trait for a company to have.... and they nailed it!We also referred Gillette to a friend because we were so impressed with them. Our friends had a day / time scheduled but due to unforeseen issues Gillette was not able to make it that day. They rescheduled with Gillette and were able to get the job done that was needed. Gillette in their true colors apologized to them for the inconvenience and provided them with a gift card to a restaurant without any request for compensation from my friend. Not only that, but while working onsite at my friends house they got a small spot on the carpet dirty from taking out the old furnace. Again, without prompt from my friend they paid for a company to come in and cleanup the spot to make things right.This is the type of company I want to work with and the kind of company that deserves to be in business! I’m genuinely grateful for how much they did for our family and helping our house get an efficient furnace, air conditioner, and new duct work to ensure we are all comfortable.Go with Gillette, you won’t regret it!!

Beyond amazing service! Dustin and Ricardo were the gentlemen that installed our A.C and furnace. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would. They were quick but made she they were providing quality work. They left no mess what so ever! They walked me through how to take care of the new systems installed and all the features. Amazing experience.

I don’t want to give them 1 star, but I have no choice. My heater was fritzing and I called for a diagnostic. The technician looked it over and said he couldn’t find a problem. I paid $60 for nothing and then turned to the internet for an answer. Within 5 minutes I learned about a flapper valve that needs to be cleaned about once a year. I cleaned the valve and the heater works great. I would expect a HVAC technician to be able to solve a problem better than the internet.

We had our a/c stop later in the evening the night before and we were able to call first thing the next day and have someone come out that day on a Friday! The receptionist was helpful and informative. She helped educate me in what is best to do . The two other HVAC places were booked for days. Plus, Gillette had the best prices for diagnostics and using their service.We were grateful because it was going to be in the mid 90’s all weekend and had guests coming into town!Our technician, Brett, is an honest, professional, knowledgeable man and he looks out for your best interest. He informed me of what he was testing and answered all my questions in a way that helped me know what to do to maintain it in the future. I trust this company.I hear people worry about getting ripped off, but not with Brett at Gillette! Thank you!!

We had Lane come over to our place because we simply were not receiving cold air out of our AC unit. He told me every in and out that I wanted to know about my system and helped guide us through what the problem was, which was we hadn’t changed out air filter out for 3 months and the mesh we were using was too thick. (Turns out we should be changing our air filter out every month since we are so active in our home due to covid.) The result was ice was blocking our airflow, so we turned the system off for a day and let all the ice melt and we looked at it together and it was all clean and ran like normal again! The company obviously has very educational, professional engineers that they use, I highly recommend them.

Punctual and professional. The estimate was accurate. Thet tech left my home clean and we’re in and out with minimal disruption to my at home business. I would definitely recommend Gillette to my friends and family.

We had Gillette come out and do a tune-up on our AC unit. Everything went great, but a week later our AC unit ended up malfunctioning. Gillette sent someone out immediately to take a look. They found the problem and fixed it. In addition, they said that even though the problem was hard to catch, they should have found it during the tune-up, so they werent going to charge me anything. I was very impressed because if they had found the problem during the tune-up I would have paid to get it fixed then anyway.Everyone was super responsive and professional. I really appreciated them bending over backwards for me when most companies would have charged for the fix. They made me a customer for life.

Jason was great! He was prompt getting here and took his time evaluating a problem we were having with our furnace system. Jason cleaned and checked our furnace and throughly explained an air duct leakage and how to resolve it.My mother had a problem with her 28 year old furnace and was thinking she would have to replace it. They came out, cleaned and repaired it for $79!!!! We love Gillette!

Shaun came by first to discuss which system would work best. I was relieved he wasn’t only pushing the highest priced system. He spent much more time looking around my house and calculating system requirements than the other sales guys. He pointed out issues that the other guys didn’t see. The install technicians Dustin and Ricardo were prompt, professional and friendly. They were patient and answered all my many questions. They took care in the installation. They even changed out piping that was tied to the upstairs system that they weren’t replacing. They took the time to make sure all the piping and wires were fastened tight, tidy and clean. On top of it all, their product and service was a better price than their competitors. Highly recommend.

I had Jason from Gillette Heating and Air come by for a furnace and A/C tune-up. I was so impressed with his professionalism and friendliness all while maintaining social distance. He looked over the different systems and made sure everything was running to peak performance. He was even happy to explain what he did to me as I was curiously watching from several feet away. Great service and company!

This is the second time I’ve used Gillette H&A and they are great. Dustin and Jesse did a great job replacing my water heater. They took time to clean up the area, explain what I should do both immediately and with future maintenance and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Definitely would recommend them.

They presented 3 options for fixing my AC, but the tech recommended the cheapest option, which ended up costing only $60. Problem fixed! My sister-in-law hired another company (Action Plumbing) to fix her AC. They charged more than $300 to simply press a reset button on her AC condenser :( So I appreciate Gillette’s honesty and professionalism.

Shaun and Brett and their team were terrific. We had a full furnace/AC replace in our home. Shaun and Brett say their job is to educate the customer and they do a very good job at that. Their team were polite, very punctual, and attentive to detail. They did a great job and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend them.
