My Kenmore Elit REFRIG was fixed lastyear ang that took 2 month to ger fixed then

The guy came and looked at our dishwasher and was there for 15 minutes. Told me it was cheaper to fix it ourselves. He also told me that since he was there for less than 15 minutes he wasnt going to charge us. I got an invoice so I called them up and them what happened. They told me since he drove out there and the guy shouldnt have promised that. They charged me $109.00 for a 15 minute it will be cheaper to do it yourself visit.

Called to ask about a dishwasher repair. After a few minutes they told me the cost then tried to seem me a warranty! I told the rep the cost seemed very high for just to look at it and said I did not want them to come out and then I receive a notice I have an appointment the next Wednesday. tried to call back and got into voice jail... Seems very unethical.. I used to trust Sears !!

If I could rate and not click on ANY stars I would have!! Terrible communication. Waited on hold for 32 minutes to find out where my repair man was- appt was 1-5 block and it was 4:57-only to have my appt canceled and rescheduled for a week later!!! With NO ONE ACTUALLY TALKING TO ME FIRST!!!! Buying a new range- NEVER a Kenmore again!!

Looked up the address to see if Sears was legitly located in Spanish Fork Utah since many times Ive come to discover that, believe it or not, the internet lies. So, by Google Mapping the address given, I have come to discover that the Sears location is not truly there. It is instead the location to the K-Mart building that is due to be torn down soon. Please explain if I am mistaken about my information about this location or if there might not be something screwy going on.

Tried to set up an appointment online. Says in Spanish Fork but doesnt service next door in Springville. Go figure.

Does not have anyone available to service Springville.
