Its a shame that most of the local dfw 24hr fitness centers have closed for restructuring due to financial losses during the pandemic. This gym is older but nice. Has plenty of free weights along with plate loaded hammer strength machines thats much better than the fancy new precor selectorized pieces. They do have ample selectorized machines for your liking. They are planning on adding a few more equipment from the local closed gyms which would be great. 3 racks with rubbercoated plates for those weak crossfit lifters to drop. Plenty of regular free weight plates for the rest of us real lifters to throw around..gently of course. ....Update - after posting the original review, I took a star off because this location replaced the older much preferred hammer strength with newer pieces from the now closed Euless location. Its unfortunate because the older pieces such as the leg press were much more comfortable due to the angle. Its too bad the nice euless location closed due to disagreement on rent renewal cost.

This guy interrupted me on several occasions, talked over me and continued to do when told it was rude. No common sense in times like these. In times where 24 hour fitness has filed bankruptcy and got hit hard from rona not having all there clubs open back up. And threatened to cancel my membership of over a dozen years. This is ridiculous. It needs to be dealt with.

One of the better 24 Fitness locations Ive ever visited. Since the new renovations, this place it top notch! Love the new training area with the field turf as well as the overall updated look and new pieces of equipment that have been brought in. Would love to see the addition of a tire flip station like the one at the Irving location with the stationary tire on a bar.

Ive been a member of 24 Hour Fitness in Southlake since soon after they first opened. Ive always liked the staff, the location, and the equipment in comparison to the other fitness centers in this area. However, the main reason I decided to join was because this particular location was open 24 hours. Now, it is only open 20 hours and thats an issue to me, especially given that the name of the place is 24 Hour Fitness. The hours that they picked to close were also the hours that I was most often able to make it. Sad to say, I am looking around at other options.

My first time back since COVID 19. They require masks per their notices on the doors and 24Go app. While I was working out I noticed more than half of the members not wearing masks or gloves and several employees not wearing masks. I understand masks can be uncomfortable and inconvenient, so do go to they gym if you dont want to wear a mask. My 7 cousins that had Covid will attest that Covid if far more uncomfortable and inconvenient. I wear my mask to protect you, unfortunately we are a country of me not we lately.

I joined this location just over two months ago, so not sure if they have improved since some of the comments I read on Google, but I havent had the issues others seem to have had. I visit three to four times per week.Gym is clean, large enough not to feel too crowded, and the staff are welcoming. I have only experienced a few pieces of equipment not working, which is common, but they seem to be fixed in a week or so. This isnt Lifetime (I was member for ten years), but you arent paying Lifetime dues either. This is a solid gym with good equipment and I would recommend.

Sales staff has talked themselves out of a solid membership. Having recently relocated to Dallas, I tried the 24 Hr Fitness on Mockingbird close to my home. Decided to go with YouFit instead for location and facility. I work in Grapevine, so to workout on lunch hour I need a gym there. Having already used a guest pass in Dallas, I registered online for another one in Grapevine (it’s one of the only gyms in proximity). Not every franchised gym is created equally, by a long shot; you need to experience it at least a day or two! These gentlemen at the desk not only refused a demo of the gym without beginning a membership, but took enough time doing so that I had to head back to work without training. They seem arrogant for some reason, which is not becoming or profitable of salespeople. Everyone has a job to do, but to chase a likely member off with a stonewall approach to testing their facility seems counterproductive. Looked like a clean facility? I don’t know past the front door.

Gym and front desk personnel are great. The problem is the kids club. They are constantly asking members to wait for personnel when they meet capacity of kids per caregiver. Not enough communications given to parents when closing it earlier. Today I got in around 1030 and couldn’t work out until 1100 because of personnel but they were closing the club at noon which I found out when I walked in. They should put a holiday hours sign which they do but include the kids club hours in the notice. Easy fix with communication ahead of time.

I work out with a personal trainer who is fantastic. The staff at this gym are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would rate it 5 stars except the facility itself needs to be taken up a notch. The roof leaks during rain storms and there are ceiling tiles with mold water stains on them that need to be replaced. The equipment is being updated, which I am glad to see. They offer tons of classes and many people use the pool and jacuzzi. I just use the weight machines and the cardio machines, but I am interested in attending some group fitness classes.

Great gym, theyve got a good section for cardio upstairs although they do have a fair amount of treadmills not working at times, there are generally enough other ones working to not hamper workout. They have good equipment, good working condition usually, they have ecliptical machines, rowing, then the extra stuff like heavy rope, areas for abs and other machines for all kinds of stuff. They also have plenty do spinning classes, lots of aerobic and dance classes, they have an elevator for people with disabilities. They have plenty of free weights, the machines and then also they have a nice pool well kept hot tub is good, a good sauna that is plenty hot a good steam room, they have also stuff like kick boards for the pool. They have the non chlorinated type so its better that way. They also have towels for purchase if you need it. They also have a good kids club. The people are good there which is important to trust them with your children. The one thing lately that was annoying was that they didnt have staff enough in the entire gym to be able to spare people to help so that we dont have to wait to be able to check our kids in.The staff are friendly, helpful, and they have been happy to honor important agreements and promises to help at all times. The gym is also very clean and well kept. And the staff are attentive and helpful whenever you need something or a hand with anything. The bathroom is also well kept and clean.

Meh. The treadmills and stair machines are constantly broken and this is a very busy gym so at peak times good luck. The main floor is had a bit of a small footprint so you always have to dodge people working out as you walk through then hope no one bumps you as you workout. The bathrooms are nasty. Local management has no say so on what equipment is in his gym. A recent remodel by corporate has removed the quality equipment that was adequately spaced with much more of the cheaper equipment they had from the Euless store. Popular pieces were removed entirely. The fitness manager lacks empathy and does not believe in science, not a good fit for his profession. The manager Scott Yeang was more interested in lecturing me about my frustration level with HIS EMPLOYEES failure to do their job than solving the problem.STAY AWAY... customer service is clearly not the motive here. When she didnt answer, they called once a day.every day, even on Saturday at 9:30am! I finally called them and demanded they stop calling. The young girl on the other end of the call, made it sound like it was my wifes fault for not returning their soliciting calls. Overall very bad experience with this 24hr fitness location. If they cant even respect someones personal phone #, imagine giving them any other information or respecting a membership agreement.
