I love this place and the staff is amazing!!! Stretch Zone takes it to a new level. They have really helped my flexibility. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to improve range of motion.

I’m a customer at this Stretch Zone in Southlake and I love their stretch services. The my stretch therapist is great at stretching all the tense muscles. I usually feel a huge relief after every session. I actually like getting stretches more than massages now. I highly recommend this service and Stretch Zone in Southlake.

I have been getting stretched by Howard at Stretch Zone Southlake for a few months now. I am shocked at how many health benefits I am getting from this service.....I am physically more relaxed in general, I am definitely more flexible, and my golf game has improved because of it! They are all great people and Howard has a magic touch!

Ive been a client at Stretch Zone in Southlake since they opened and the experience has been phenomenal. The staff are extremely professional, attentive, and courteous. The Stretch Zone methodology is unsurpassed. I could not reach my toes or stand up straight and I had back pain all the time. I can now tie my shoelaces for the first time in years, I can stand up straight and my back hasnt hurt for months. I cannot rave enough about how much I appreciate the people and service at the Southlake Stretch Zone.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Stretch Zone. Howard is my stretch therapist and each session, I feel the length coming back to my left side that then helps me activate it better during exercise. I am getting more out of my pilates work outs and in experiencing less pain in only the 2 weeks I’ve been coming. I am in looking forward to seeing continued progress.

Glad Stretch Zone is now in Southlake! I can gladly recommend Alan as your trainer. Have been associated with him for almost one year, very knowledgeable and well versed in his occupation. After each 30 minute session I feel greater flexibility and more energy, thank you Alan.

I have been going to Stretch Zone for a month now, and really cannot say just how happy I have been with everything. Everyone on staff takes the time to really know you and your needs, then delivers a great experience at achieving results. My overall flexibility is improving, pain management which was my main goal is starting to be realized, and I am looking forward to getting much more than I had intended. I came here to help with my situation post car accident, but I can see how I could have been benefiting long before having the accident. I have been telling friends and family, and hope if you are reading this review you just stop reading and contact them.

Scheduled an appointment with them and when I showed up to the appointment the receptionist tells me the appointment was not confirmed on their end and not showing on their books. I showed her the text correspondence confirming my appointment, she then tells me I can wait 20 minutes for my manager to arrive and she might be able to work you in, might (Sounds real promising) After all this she then proceeds to ask if Im interested in learning about their Stretch packages. Really you think Im interested in learning how I can give you my money and you provide Zero customer service and never mind the fact I have zero faith in you holding up your Appointments??? Dont waste your time here, they clearly dont get customer service and understand how to book appointments on their end

I had some serious back problems that the Stretch Zone helped me get rid of. They took the back pain away with stretching. Great group of people. Love it!

I really didn’t know what to expect when I first started going. Now I enjoy the stretch especially working retail and always in my feet. Howard is an awesome trainer.

Heard about the Stretch Zone from a friend in Florida. I am so glad they opened one in Southlake. The entire staff and management are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After years of sitting, it is great to come here and have those kinks worked out. I feel great after every session.

I have been going to Stretch Zone Southlake for a month now and it has made a huge different. I travel and sit a lot so the stretching is helping me overall. Alex and Alan have been great.

Have just completed my 45th stretching session and I couldnt be more pleased. My range of motion has improved greatly and the pain in my joints continues to lessen. I am completely happy with my results.

Stretch Zone is the exact kind of health and wellness center that I saw missing in the DFW areas. Come to find out there are multiple locations. I was given a free consult for my initial visit with Morgahn Crawford. She was very informative during the consult. The stretches were amazing and needed for my body. I bought the three visit gift card but will soon be purchasing a plan to visit with them at least two times a week! Great place. Clean and welcoming! Check them out

I just had my second stretch with Alan michael Myer. He is so great and stretching this older body is no picnic I am sure. He is very good at what he does and I so look forward to my next stretch session with him next week.

I could barely function until I went to Stretch Zone. I had marked improvement in my flexibility and was able to function much better in such things as putting on my socks, shoes. In addition, I’m sure I have avoided falls because of my improved flexibility.

I love the Stretch Zone! I had minor leg pain everyday before I started here. Now, no pain!!!!!! I feel lighter every time I go and am happy with the service there and the results.

Went today for a sample of their services. Jessica took care me, and answered ALL of my questions. With 2 torn rotator cuffs, torn bicep tendon, sacrilosis of L5 and S1 and back muscles so tight I wasnt sure how much she could do.She was amazing in stretching me slowly. I was never in fear of over stretching. She asked me for feedback from me, but was still attentive watching my facial expressions and would halt if I didnt respond soon enough.I watched some of the other therapist, they too, were slow and methodical.Is it worth it?Oh, yeah. Ill be going back ASAP.THANK YOU JESSICA.
