Just did a closing today with Nette she did an amazing job.

We just closed a lease purchase loan through Charles J Stuart, and First American, and it could not have been more disorganized. Charles missed a huge step in completing our transaction that resulted in our (the buyers) bank account having over $2200 withdrawn without notice. I asked about that step twice before we closed and was assured that all was taken care of. Then once the error was discovered I learned that I wont be refunded my money for a couple more days, that it will cost me another $30 (which I gladly would have paid at closing), and that Charles isnt even going to take care of it. He has instructed me in how to handle the paperwork. Seems like if Im going to be doing his job I should have gotten a cut of of the title fees. I would reccomend finding a title company, or someone at First American, that listens and takes care of all the aspects of the business.
