I have used Pioneer Title for probably 12 closings. Ive honestly lost count at this point. Allan has always been great to work with and actually helped me sort out a tricky problem with a property that had stuff tied up between two pervious owners that had divorced. Allan was able to help me get it straightened out so that everything was handled correctly. I have since requested Allan handle every closing I have had, even if the bank had their own company. Couldnt recommend them enough.

AVOID PIONEER TIITLE AGENCY !!!! Alan Boldt owner of Pioneer Title Agency purposely did not show up at my closing, that I had scheduled with him at a bank two days earlier, and it cost me $9,000, and I lossed a future client, they were so upset. I won’t do business with Alan and Pioneer Title ever again. So unprofessional!! I hope you avoid them too!
