This was my first time here. This is now my new place. They were amazing, professional and they obviously have practiced their craft. This woman reshaped my entire nail.Not to mention they are great listeners and almost read your mind with up to date and current trends. The see what needs to be done without even asking and do it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

My issue comes with my dip powder manicure. Lee did my nails. He rushed through my nails but they looked ok so I didnt say anything. However, I did notice when buffing out my nails to smooth the surface he used one of the pumice smoothers that they use on feet for pedicures!I got my nails done Thursday evening and one of my nails cracked and broke the very next day. So I went back to get it repaired. He immediately blamed my nails and said it was because my nails were too thin. They are not. Not only that, when done correctly, there should be layers of dip powder covering my nails to harden them to prevent them from breaking. What the issue ACTUALLY is, is that he filed not only my natural nail too thin, he filed the dip powder covering my natural nail too thin on the corners so they keep breaking. He proceeds to cut my natural nail down because it is now broken beyond repair and tries to do the dip powder without adding a tip to even out my nails. I ask him if hes not going to add a tip then tries to tell me it will be an additional $5 for ONE tip!!!! And says its because of my nails thats why they broke. No sir. I have never had a tech or nail salon tell me this ever in my life. After I mentioned wanting to speak to someone about it he fixed my nail and said this time it would be free 🙄Yesterday (Saturday) I noticed two more nails are now cracked on the edges. This is only TWO days later and a total of THREE nails cracked and broken. Im not even going to waste my time going back to get them fixed. And I certainly wont be wasting my money to ever get my nails done here again.

Lush is Beautiful and ALICE is an AMAZING NAIL ARTIST and her energy is unmatched. I showed her an Instagram picture of what I thought I wanted and she designed something more my style (this is my second time booking my first set from her was very artistic and detailed I’ll insert later) and she remembered that I LOVE everything sparkly.

The salon is gorgeous, and the staff is excellent. There are several colors to select from, ranging from gel polish to dipping powder. The prices are reasonable when compared to other salons in the area. Everyone in Sandy Springs should come here.

The location was nice and clean, and the people are friendly. After only 3 days my nails were lifting. For the price ($70) I feel like this should never be an issue.

I’m from out of town and had the BEST experience at this salon. They are so professional, kind and did a fantastic job on my hands and feet. I had a fill in and pedicure with message. I wish they were close to me. I would totally drive the 10 hours to have this experience again.Very clean and relaxing environment.

I went in yesterday 2/25 at the end of a work day for a birthday manicure, (my bday is Monday) with a design of how I wanted my nails done. I showed the picture at the front when I showed up, and was told sure no problem, just show that picture to the tech when he sees you.Lee (the nail tech), saw the picture of the design I wanted and said the same thing, sure no problem!!!The first picture is the design I wanted, and the second is how Lee did my nails.And after repeatedly telling him I needed my nails cut down in size (my nails were almost 16 inches tall), (im a a medical assistant, that wears gloves all the time!!!!), Lee kept repeating no they look pretty, they wont look pretty if we cut them!!!.I left the nail salon almost 2 hours later, paying $80 for a manicure set (oh thats the other thing!!, I never got the manicure I wanted!!!), with a set of nails Im very upset about!!!!Im never coming back!!!

My friend and I went and had the best time! We made an appointment in advance knowing it was summer and going to be crowded. Rebecca and Alice did our nails (gel manicures) and did a fabulous job! These ladies were professional, the salon was very clean, and the atmosphere was very calming and light hearted. They let us sit together to enjoy the experience. They were also quick and had us done in about 20 minutes. Alice and Rebecca were wonderful company and made our day! They did a great job and we definitely will be back. I recommend this place!

My favorite place to get the cutest nails and thee most relaxing pedicure. Alice is my favorite and is great at creative collaboration when it comes to my nail designs and I wouldnt ask for anything better.

I come to Lush Nail Bar in Sandy Springs for ONE reason ONLY. That is for MG Rebecca. When I relocated from my home town to Atlanta I needed a new place to get my pedicures. I found Rebecca. I won’t allow anyone else to touch my feet besides her. GREAT conversation, person, nail tech, and just all around GREAT at what she does. She takes her time and does the best job possible. My feet have a lot of dead skin and she ALWAYS gets it off and have my feet smooth like a babies bottom. I recommend her to anyone. Don’t believe me? Try her for yourself!!!!!!

This place is incredible! Their people know what they’re doing. I had Rebecca, she was so friendly, fun to talk to, and was definitely a top level nail professional. Loved it!!

The guy who did my nails was more worried about his phone then my nails. He was ruin the whole service pulling my hand back and forth and just rushing! He doesn’t wait a second to allow the polish to dry a little before putting on so I have bubbles on my nails. And it was just terrible don’t go!

I been going here for about year and Ive always had a great experience! My tech is Alice and Rebecca. Alice does my nails and she is absolutely amazing! Rebecca does my pedicures and she too is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend these 2 ladies!!!

The inside is super clean. The staff are curtious, friendly, and engaging. The service is top notch. I had an awesome experience!

I went for the first time and I must say it’s a beautiful and very clean salon. The staff was helpful checking on me to make sure I was comfortable.They have a big variety of colors of choose from regular, gel and SNS. I love how comfortable their massage chairs are.Their hours have changed due to COVID so call before you come to check ahead before you go.Due to COVID they are really enforcing the cleanliness of the salon. From washing your hands when entering, customers and the staff having to wear a mask at all times. Limiting everyone from touching everything.I got a classic pedicure for $27 and a regular polish on my nails for $8 which was pretty descent. The other services they offer seem to be reasonable depending on what you get.The salon is located in a shopping plaza across the street from Publix. Just look for The Grub restaurant on the corner and it’s about 2 stores down. You can parking in the parking garage right behind The Grub or the open parking lot of the side for no charge.

I went in hopeful to find a new place I liked but no. Maybe it was just the technician I had, but she was incredibly rough and cut me twice with a nail file and made another finger bleed at the cuticle. It was also $97 for a manicure and pedicure. I would not waste your money here as I will not be returning.

Very clean, new nail salon in Sandy springs near perimeter mall with a lot of nail techs and a lot of pedicure chairs. Good place to go with a group of people or girls’ day. I walked in for SNS removal and manicure. I was greeted upon entry and given a seat immediately.Nicole was my technician. She was warm, patient with my requests and gentle with a nail that had cracked earlier in the day and was very painful.She did a great job with my single color SNS polish change. I can’t speak to any shaping or extensions or designs. But I enjoyed my time here and would come back. Ask for Nicole!

I don’t know if this lady was just learning how to do nails but that’s exactly what my nails looked like. I went in for a nail repair and gel polish change. It looks like my ten year old did my nails. First and last time For me.

Horrible experience! I waited for good 3hrs and then they say they cannot do the design I want and left me there waiting because I wasn’t happy with their service. The lady(Joanna) was extremely rude and asked me to pay and leave, even though I still had to get my toenails done.

Lush nail bar is a really nice looking nail salon in Dunwoody off of Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. They have a lot of chairs and techs available. I only see one tech for my Pedicure (Thea she is GREAT) and one for my nails (Sandra). My biggest complaint is that I dont think that they sanitize their utensils like theyre supposed to which is why I only use the two techs because I trust that they are in fact sanitizing them. I was just there on Saturday and you could see dust from where someone had obviously had their nails done while getting a Pedicure all over the seat and down the side. I had to ask the person seating me to clean it which he did immediately. I also think they are a bit pricey but I really like Thea and Sandra so I make the drive from Smyrna to Dunwoody. Other than the concern for the sanitization of some of the techs I really enjoy the salon. It gives upscale vibes.

I typically have a good experience with the staff here. It’s always clean, but every gel manicure I’ve ever had here peels in a week or less. This last time it has bubbles in it and was uneven. Great staff, their gel polish needs to be replaced. I won’t be back. It’s a waste when it peels so fast. I could have painted my nails with regular polish at home and had it last longer.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER HAD. The lady was ripping out my hang nails, not gently taking out, ripping. She then made me bleed on 3 different fingers from the excess filing and use of the filing tool. I was audibly saying that it hurt and you’d think she would be more sensitive with her technique. Nope! 2 more nails bleeding. 5 out of 10 nails bleeding.Then after she did them, there was no hand massage. No lotion application. No cuticle oil. Nothing.I told the manager and she gave me 10% off. Which in my opinion, isn’t enough. Especially because open wounds in nail salons is a major no no. Dip powder even worse. I had a $10 off coupon from a previous visit and they wouldn’t let me “double coupon” because “they can’t do that”.Overall, there are better nail salons and better talent with more customer favoring remedies to their mistakes.

Usually they’re great but the past few times i haven’t been happy- they’re very pushy with the type of pedicure selection and when it comes time to check out they’re exceptionally pushy for tips. Most importantly, I find they’ve been really careless with my manicures- they file too close to the skin and my fingers hurt. They are really sensitive with the electric files and sometimes it burns. They really do care about customer satisfaction but I’m not sure if I’ll go back because I don’t feel like my fingers should be sore/hurting after a manicure

Ive been to this location many times. Yesterdays visit was my last. I arrived just after 6:00p.m. I did wait an hour to be seen for my last manicure before I have a baby. My due date is in 4 days so Im at the peak of being miserable. Still, I was excited to be treated. The staff was very kind until I was seen. Lee was my nail artist. I asked for an SNS manicure. I was out 30 minutes after being serviced. I was trying to make conversation. He wasnt interested. He was rushing. Looking around 70% of the time rather than paying attention me sitting in his chair. At the end, he asked me to wash my hands. I sat back in the chair. He was standing at the front waiting on me so I decided to lotion my own hands. He walked over and pointed at his hands saying I dont want to give you a massage so I dont get red on you. Red was the SNS powder I chose, but washed off with water. He could have wiped his hands off. It was clear he just didnt want to do it. Prior to that, he gave me a dry manicure which did not feel good. Typically, SNS is set on nails before and the manicure is after. You soak the hands, trim dead skin and cuticles with a massage. He set the SNS first. Then, without soaking my fingers put nail oil on my skin and barely trimmed my skin but because it wasnt soaked in water before, it did not feel good. I also see that I have more skin that should have been trimmed. Now that the oil has gone away. - the most Ive ever been charged for SNS is $35 at this location. This visit was $50 (on my natural nails. No added length) I asked why it was so high. The lady responds you had a manicure. Some manicure is what I thought. - today is the day after I was in and I woke up with bubbles in 3 of the nails. The entire experience shouldnt have been more than $20. If you charge luxury prices, the staff should provide luxury services. I didnt mind waiting the time to be seen because I thought Id enjoy the experience. Not at all. - also, Ive noticed responses from the owner saying you should have told your service provider. Many of these reviews requires attention from the owner to communicate to the staff to do a great job. No rushing. No skipping manicures. Its part of the service is customers are paying for it. We shouldnt have to remind someone to do a good job. **to the owner: start by learning to turn people away if too busy. Part of the rushing issue is the staff is overworked and tired. I experienced 2 ppl running in the salon to grab something they need. RUNNING!!! None of this is okay.

The lemon aromatherapy pedicure comes with a hot stone foot massage that will send you directly to heaven. It was so relaxing I actually started to nod off in the chair which has never happened before. They also have a large SNS collection so you arent wearing the same colors over and over again

I live close by so I decided to visit. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a nail shop. The young lady who served me was so angry she complained the entire time I was in the chair. It was actually scary 😨 I will try it again but not with her please. Also my service was horrible 😫

Nice location but my powder nails where coming off a week later.. went to get a fill in and the girl couldn’t even get the original color off all the way so it still shows underneath. Manager offered to give me a discount without me asking, which is really appreciated, but my total still came out to be $45. Will not be going back & would not recommend.

I came in from visiting the area . I haven’t had a pedicure in about 4 weeks and the guy who did mine was so fast, forgetting to put the products that were supposed to be used on.. Its like he is new he was shaking, because he didn’t know how to properly use the cuticle nippers. You never know who comes into your establishment. Get the proper training for your staff!!!!!!! I’m a licensed MASTER COSMETOLOGIST 😊 Don’t be all about money and speed ! Quality over Quantity goes along way. I know all about how to perform a pedicure.

Ugh for $30 I got a 30 second scrub/dead skin removal and literally 1 min of massage. The polish was adequate but worth half the price they charge. They are way too expensive for what you get. Don’t pay for the fancy decor. I kick myself any time I come here for the convenience. And they have horrible ventilation.

Loved my experience here!! First off beautiful space and secondly incredible customer service. I got both a SNS manicure and gel pedicure for a wedding and could not have been happier. I also received 20% off by going on Monday which made it much more affordable. I have only gotten my nails done a few times and was very unsure of what to do and the nail technicians were extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. Go see them, I will definitely be back!

I had an appointment at 6pm got put in a chair and sat here for an hour. I love this place but have recently had not too good of experiences. Today was the cherry on top. If you cannot take someone at that time but take 4 other people before me, why book me? I’m upset to have seen 4 other people get serviced while i sat in the same chair waiting for someone for my appointment. I am highly upset.

The women are good, the men not so good! I will return to this location and the other location as well.

Previously very happy with this price because of good quality to price. But lately they’ve been quite busy so they’ve been taking in people that definitely needs more training. Last time I went, the guy that did my gel polish put three layers. I didn’t question him and I’m not sure if it’s because of the amount of layers and/or his skills, but after only three days the polish started to peel which left some nails completely destroyed. I managed to save some nails by going to another salon to have them remove the polish properly. But the rest of the nails are awful which will take me several weeks to grow out. I usually have very long nails naturally :(Will not go back.

The place is brand new and super clean. Love the bright white color.Came on a Tuesday morning around 11:45 a.m. They told me the wait was 30minutes. They are short staffed. However, everyone was extremely friendly and I didn’t mind waiting.I was happy with my manicure. It cost $13.50.

I’m new to the area and have been trying nail salons. I went to lush twice. While overall the experience was fine, nothing above and beyond, I noticed a few things that I just can’t ignore. I only get SNS, so I cannot speak for any of their other services.Both times I got SNS, they dipped my fingers directly into the tub of powder (that they dip everyone’s fingers in). I used to not think much of it, but ever since covid, I’ve been super paranoid. And I have seen infections that were caused by not using a separate little containers to dip customers fingers in. So that grossed me out.Second thing is that they charge $5 extra for taking nails off, and another $5 for “shaping”. While their “base” price of $40 for SNS isn’t the worst, they throw on an extra $10 for things that should already be included in the price. So that threw me way off. Remember I’ve only ever gotten SNS, so I’m not sure if they charge extra for other services. I have never been to a salon who does this, and it just makes me not want to go there even more.The last annoyance I have with this place is they removed the tip line from their receipts. How are we supposed to tip if we don’t have cash, you ask? By venmoing or cash-apping the person. Salons do this when they are cutting costs and don’t want to pay the extra fee for processing cards. It’s a cheap and unprofessional move. I, personally, am very wary of who I give my Venmo information to, so I didn’t feel this was secure at all. It puts you in an awkward situation of having to send the money while you’re standing there in front of them. So make sure you have cash to tip.All in all, I think 2 stars is generous. I paid $5 extra for “shaping” and still had to go home and reshape my nails both times. Please remember that it’s possible for people to have different experiences. Unfortunately, mine just went poorly.

I got a set of acrylic nails, coffin shaped. My nails came out cute, but they were so sore! Not only did the tech file my nails on a very high speed with their electric nail file, but they also cut my cuticles SEVEN times on seven different fingers with the tool! Very painful. My hands have been sore for 2 days now. They need to be much more gentler & mindful to prevent cuts like this.Had this not happened, I would return for service as the facility is clean, everyone was friendly and I was offered refreshments several times.

DO NOT GO HERE! There’s plenty of nail salons to choose from this is NOT one. The place is very nice I can admit that but the woman that did my nails kept cutting me and one of them made me bleed and the color was not near at ALL and they STILL tried to charge me full price. If you want quality and lengthy nails.. avoid this place I went in for a full set with gel polish and within 2 weeks one by one my nails started fulling off. Finally I got frustrated with gluing them back on and falling off again and the embarrassment of missing nails. I ended up just taking them all off ... what a waste of time and $60. I won’t be going back there again. Lush nails Toco Hill here I come for quality nails.

This was my first time to the salon and I’m so glad I went. I’m not from around the area and I have to say I had a great experience! Helen was very friendly and did a great job. She suggested a Nail color since the one I chose was no longer available and I LOVE IT!!!!!! She honestly did a better job than my nail technician back in California. I highly recommend Helen!

The girl who did my Gel Manicure with UV Light Did not apply the topcoat. It has barely been seven days and my nail polish is already peeling off. This is very poor quality. I paid $45 and I gave that girl a $10 tip all for it to last seven days. This is completely unprofessional. I called to speak with a manager earlier this morning when they opened at noon and they said OK call back at 1 PM when he gets there. I called back at 1:30 and the managers already gone. He really came in for only 30 minutes and left again?? I left my info for a call back. He calls and says well you need to come in as soon as possible so that we can fix this. I am not going to be able to come in today and I also work the entire week so I’ll be able to come in on Saturday so that they can fix their error. He said by then it will have been two weeks and I will have to pay for a whole other manicure. REALLY??They are literally going to charge you almost $50 without tip for it to last about five days. A gel manicure should not be able to be peeled off like some cheap Walmart nail polish. I am absolutely furious with her management has handled the situation. Telling me that I would have to purchase an entire another gel manicure set win the fact of the matter is why would I even go back there if they’re not willing to correct their mistakes?I am absolutely furious with how management has handled the situation. It had not even been 4 days since I left one nail split in half the other nail is lifting from the back. I only went because there rating was 4 I won’t be going back I’m starting to feel like they didn’t use real acrylic powder. Also the lady who worked on my nails snipped my pinky skin and offered no discount instead she said sometimes it will feel like skin is cut when it’s not I had to show her she snipped the skin on my pinky open and she kept trying to do my nail without cleaning it or allowing me to wash my hands even put nail polish in it this place is horrible

I started going to this nail salon because of the convenience. I am a repeat customer because of the great service. The salon is new and well kept. Their prices for a pedicure are not cheap, but it is within the price range of similar salons in the area. I’ve had a basic pedicure/manicure, gel manicure and lemon aromatherapy pedicure. Each service was relaxing and lasting. They also offer cold beverages and take walk ins.Update: the owner of this location is lacking in customer service. His demeanor is not very friendly nor does he have a good attitude.

First time to Georgia visiting and I stumped my toe nail. I googled this location and Im so HAPPY that I found it. Rebeeca and Alice were my nail techs and gave me the best southern hospitality ever (they saved my toe)...lol..I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much ladies!!

Its fairly new and very chic. Excellent customer service. Very clean (including the bathroom). The massage chairs arent the best though and the ventilation could be better so the strong chemical odors arent overwhelming. Tim is a very good nail tech...quick, quiet and efficient.

I went for the first time last week to get a SNS manicure and a pedicure and I was not disappointed! The facility is beautiful and clean. The entire staff was so polite and accommodating. I expressed that I had a rough day and they brought me a glass of wine and simply said to enjoy myself. I got the Lemon Aromatherapy pedicure and it was the most relaxing thing ever. My nails looks amazing and it cost me about the same at any other nail place!! Will definitely be returning and bringing all my friends!

Cocoa pedicure is awesome and what I usually get. I love the wax treatment and hot stone massage that comes with it. I used to get SNS but it would always crack a couple days after getting it. I had to stop getting them for work anyway. Everyone is always very nice and eager to help when I go in.

Lush Nail Bar/ Hammond Drive is AWESOME. This is a beautiful salon, very clean and great staff. This was my first time, and Mary and Jessica took great care of me. My nails and toes look fabulous. I went yesterday for the first time. I completely enjoyed myself. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the beautiful results. They have a large variety of gel colors. I can’t wait to get back and experiment with something new and different. That receptionist is cool people. It’s worth the visit. I felt it was clean also. The bathroom was spotless.

I have been going for a few months now. It’s a very clean, and upscale salon. They have done my SNS nails. I appreciate all the colors they offer and designs. My only recommendation would be to get more accent nail colors, sparkles, and leaf designs.Parking is located behind them in a parking deck.

I went today for my first time! I wanted a full set with gel polish. They are running a special that’s 15% off that service....WHAT A TREAT! The place is so clean and well kept. I was so proud impressed with how friendly everyone was! Complementary drinks (water and soft drinks). My nails turned out perfect! I will definitely be back!So, I guess we’re only allowed to do one review... anyway... I wanna give a shout out to one of your employees, I think his name is Ryan. He did my nails today, and went above and beyond! I wanted an ombré, and he didn’t stop until the color of the pink was just right. It meant so much that he cared of much and spent so much time trying to come up with something that I would love. Kudos!! I love Lush Nail Bar.

EXCEPTIONAL TEAM!!!! I just want to say that Jay is awesome and creative, and I even trust him to pick my color for me. The entire team- Tyler, Vy, Tim, Mimi, Jade, Serena, and Tracy all do a wonderful job as well- and each one of them is nice and extremely kind. They even offer you a beverage when you arrive and they make you feel welcome. I definitely recommend lush to everyone :)

I had been looking for a decent nail place since move to the area. I was happy to find Lush bail bar and the quality of detail and attention to a great manicure and SNS is unmatched by other nail salons in the area. They do great work here.

I live in Sandy Springs and I have been waiting on an upscale nail spa to come to our area and Lush Nails peremiter has delivered! The entire staff is friendly welcoming and it is Gorgeous in there! The displays and the decor is delightful! My nail technician name is Mary and she is Great! My nails are beautiful and she listen and done them exactly like I like them! She was very precise to detail and very nice to talk to too! I think I have finally found my home for all my pampering needs thinks to Mary and the entire staff at Lush Nails Perimeter..
