Performance Place never disappoints!! They diagnosed a weird issue that the dealer didn’t find. Fixed it. Replaced the faulty radiator cooling fan assembly and now I’m a happy customer. Thanks for being so great!!

We always have always had a great experience it does sometimes take a little longer because they are busy. But this time my sons car was brought in and was there for 2 weeks when he called they had not even looked at it. It has almost been there almost a month from July 12th til Aug 9th. When he picked up the car there was no apology for the time frame it took. We love Performance place, but this time it was just a not great experience. My son is not one for confrontation and probably could of been addressed earlier.

These guys are always busy, since they do such great work. Our car needed a new alternator, and our mechanic came in on the weekend to get it done a lot earlier than we expected. They did a great job!

I have had an ongoing problem with my diesel truck. No one seemed to be able to pinpoint the problem as the engine ran normally except when under a load while pulling a trailer. The mechanic at Performance Place called me with the diagnosis, told me what was involved with the repair, and suggested ways to save some money going forward. You guys are awesome! Brad was amazing! Honest, knowledgeable, and actually listened to our concerns. Accurately diagnosed the check engine light and engine knocking on our Subaru Impreza. Replaced the valve cover seal and some missing bolts, and took care of the rattling coming from the exhaust guard. Phenomenal job and a more then fair price at the end. Absolutely love this place! Went in to get my windshield wipers fixed, I really didnt have time but with a snowstorm coming up I couldnt exactly survive without wipers... Turns out something just needed tightening, they fixed it up and topped off my fluids in 15 minutes and didnt even charge me! Ill definitely be going back!

If I have to take a car in I always choose to take it here because I know they’re honest and won’t give me a laundry list of other things I supposedly need them to take care of also. We took our van in recently for three issues and they took the time to find out that the biggest most expensive issue was still under warranty from the manufacturer, something I didn’t even know was a thing, and gave us the information to go get that taken care of elsewhere under warranty. We wouldn’t have known about that and would have gladly just paid performance place to fix it without ever realizing if they hadn’t said anything. They were up front about the quote for the work needed, professional and so quick. We’ll be customers for life.

These guys are awesome!I had some injectors replaced on my diesel truck back in April and come last month, when I was due for an oil change, I noticed a leak coming from the valve covers. I took my truck in and they did a thorough check and found that both the driver and passenger side were leaking.It was nothing urgent and I never ran it on low oil, but it needed to be addressed. After their inspection they scheduled me for some warranty work. After the scheduling I inquired how much it would cost me for them to weld my exhaust back together as one the old one rusted out. They replied Dont worry about that, we will take care of it for you.Needless to say, they were honest, and happy to help me. I have never left a review before but felt I needed to pass this information along and refer anyone with minor or major work needs. They were the fairest on price without sacrificing quality.Yes, at the end of the day the valve covers were leaking and I see how one could turn this into a negative and say well they shouldnt have been leaking in the first place, but were all human and I understand that mistakes are made, and it wasnt an urgent problem.Thank you Performance Place for taking care of my truck and I with excelling hospitality!

Last week I booked an appointment for 8:00 am today for motorhome emissions, I was a couple minutes late because I passed it on the road and had to find a place to turn around safely. Having a mechanic that you can fully trust to be upfront and honest is absolutely priceless. Performance place is that mechanic. We have had give or so cars repaired here multiple times with a varied number of problems and have never once had a problem. The only downside is that they are so busy it may take a few days to get in, but thats just another testament to their great service!

I brought my car in for Smog after sitting months with no battery.The computer readiness indicators for Cat’s etc was not set, the car needed to be driven more.THEY DID IT FOR ME!The Tech said the DMV is a 4 hr wait, and they didn’t want me to sit through that to get a temporary sticker for a day!!!!I’ve gone to Performance Place for years, and often times the car is finished before I even get home from dropping it off (5 miles) ...And most important- very fair and reasonable pricesThanks Performance Place for taking care of my family’s vehicle needs!

I had a 2008 Silverado Dually, me being the only owner, that had 330,000 miles on it before it got totalled July of this year. I also own a 2002 GMC Yukon with 240,000 miles on it. Ive had multiple work trucks with over 350,000 miles EACH. Performance Place has serviced EVERY one of these vehicles while I owned them.These people know their stuff, and will treat you right. Trick is, you have to make sure you get it to them. Preventitive maintenance requires the vehicle owners to schedule the preventitive maintenace. Every oil change that comes due, Performance Place recommends certain PM issues that need to be addressed. LISTEN TO THEM, and get it done.
