They are considerate, respectful, honest and make sure their work is perfect!! The owner and one of the guys that has worked with him- since I have been a client... are especially amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers and make sure you are completely satisfied when they finish- If something is not exact.. they make it right, always! They did an excellent job on replacing my fender after playing dodge ball with patio furniture on the freeway. I had them repaint my front bumper while they were at it to take care of rock chips and parking lot scrapes. Paint job looked like factory work which is what I was most worried about.

These guys are great. Very easy to work with. They got my jeep grand cherokee in the shop in a timely manner and performed the work in a timely manner. I worked with Hunter. He was great to work with. I think everyone can agree its a given when your car gets wrecked there will be additional things you find even after the repairs are made. Hunter took care of my additional issues found without a fuss. The tech did great work as well making the jeep perfect again. Will be back

Took my car here because I was rear ended and the other guys insurance sent me there. they blew me away! only took 3 days to replace my back bumper, and when I picked it up, they cleaned everything!!!! having a dog I gave up on getting the dog hair out of it, and they got it all!!! washed the outside too. dont even get me started on their air freshener, it smells so awesome!!! I hope I never need Collison repairs again, but if I do Im definitely going here!! everyone was very friendly too!!!

I dont usually do reviews but this companys customer service is outstanding. Was rear ended in my pick up and the person that hit me had insurance that sent me to unique for repairs. Sent my pick up for repairs and was happy with the work they did. Upon returning home I noticed all the valuable items that were in my truck were stolen. Immediately went back to reconcile what was gone. Dealt with Jake who told me he wasnt sure how it happened, but they wanted to make it right and to write down all the missing items and that they would be replaced. Emailed him an itemized list of items missing and within 4 days I was picking up a check no questions asked. As a business owner, customer service is very important to me. And Jake and the owners at Unique get it and do it right. I appreciate them compensating me for the missing items but the way they handled the whole thing is why I give them 5 stars. No BS no hassle just great customer service. Thank you Jake and Unique auto you have a customer for life!

I highly recommend the Unique Auto Body in South Jordan. They make the whole process seamless by talking with your insurance so you don’t have to. When I picked up my car it not only looked great but it also was washed, cleaned on the inside, and had an air freshener in it.

The dealership quoted me a crazy repair/price for something that Will at Unique Auto Body was able to fix along with an amazing dent repair for far less than what the dealership quoted me. Not to mention it was all done in one day! Will was so understanding, kind and this was some of the best customer service Ive received in a really long time. If your daughter wrecks a 25 year old piece of junk Camry, take it down to some guy thats cash only in a dark alley. If you want your nicer vehicle fixed properly by professionals who know their craft and wont leave you to where everybody from a mile away is cringing because its obvious your rear passenger door has been wrecked and repainted, take it here.

Best experience in collision repair. The car we had bought 2 weeks before was involved in a hit and run where we needed the bumper replaced. Staff was easy to work with and got the job done perfectly in record time. The team made sure we had quality Honda parts and also worked well with our insurance. Had my car repaired here from a rear collision. They were good to work with for the most part but I had to send it back multiple times to be fixed. The paint work also had some flaws that I didn’t expect. Overall not bad, but there are much better places out there.

We used Unique Auto Body for repairs after an accident, our insurance company recommended them as a preferred shop, we had multiple problems during the process, parts were late (maybe not their fault), however after we finally got our truck back we had to take it back multiple times, with several small issues that were missed or just not repaired. I did not realized when we chose this company that we had the right to choose ANY repair shop that we wanted to go thru, you are not required to use the insurance companies preferred shop, I would not go back to Unique in the future.

We had scheduled an appointment to get our minivan door repaired because it wouldn’t close properly. About 5 minutes after dropping it off they called and said it was ready to go. Not only did they fix the problem quickly but taught us how to do it on our own. That is integrity! We will be using them for our future needs for sure!

Do not use Unique if your paying out-of pocket. Quoted me 1600 gave insurance estimate 936.Response: you told my husband 1600 to repair. Then sent insurance quote for 900. I am frustrated over out of pocket pricing vs insurance price. We have used you before and recommended you also gave you a glowing review to insurance company per your request.If we decide to use your company at a later date we have to pay 700 more. No thank you!

I had work done on my 2000 Toyota Corrolla over 10 years ago and came back to have work done on my 2015 Pathfinder. Both good experiences. I worked with Justin at the South Jordan location and he was professional, fair and my Pathfinder looks great. I gave 4 stars only because I believe there is always room for improvement.

I unfortunately crashed my car right over the Thanksgiving break and trying to find a place that could get me in right away was pretty unlikely. Being a full-time full-time I depend on my car a lot so the first few places I called couldn’t even look at my car till after the holiday. When I called unique, they told me they could look at it right away! Tyson Hatcher took care of my whole claim and got started on the paperwork. He got things started right away and was so helpful, kept me up to date the entire process. Being a little under $9000 worth of work that needed to be done, Tyson and his team were able to get it done in about two weeks and returned my baby spotless! I couldn’t have been happier, he even hooked me up with some touch up paint they had left over from the job. Definitely gave these guys a call next time you need some work done on your car!

So i just got done from them and wow. Its like my car was never broken....such an AMAZING JOB. ....also i got into my car and realized it was freakishly clean.. all the german shepherd fur was gone which is tough to get out and it was super shiny. I had no idea they did that service as well. Also they are very professional and very friendly. They definitely have that go above and beyond attitude and in the auto repair world.....that is hard to find. They even seem to like what they are doing. I highly recommend them. Reasonably priced, clean, organized, and generous staff!!First off, I went in on a Saturday to get an estimate and they were closed. However, a staff member was inside and they kindly gave me an estimate when they were off the clock which was super generous.When my car was fixed, I ran into an unrelated engine break down. I decided to take it in again and they gladly took a look at it. Upon relaying news about my broken engine, I was given helpful advice from one of the staff members, Thomas. I decided to go and buy a new car. Thomas remained super helpful through that process and I was given a rental car during my search for a new car! He helped me find a place to sell my old/broken down car and was always there to answer any questions that came up through my car buying process DURING LABOR DAY WEEKEND! Thomas even offered to take a look at the new car I was interested in buying - free of charge. He made sure there were no funks and that I wasn’t getting a run for my money.The customer service and the generosity of this staff is unbeatable. Unlike ANY service I’ve experienced. This was the shop recommended by Allstate. They had our car repaired faster than expected and perfectly. Pressure was on a bit because our car was only a few months old, so any discrepancies or flaws in the workmanship would stick out. Their craft is impeccable. Perfect lines. Perfect paint match. If I need body work again in the future, I will be back.

Allowed me quick access to the car when I realized that we forgot a gift inside. They have provided me with regular text updates about changes to the estimate, progress and completion date, which I have appreciated. It has been easy to work with them through the insurance company. Again, I’ll update this once we have the car back and see if the job matches the experience.

After an accident, its always scary to take your high end car to someone random. That was me when I took my Audi A8 to unique. I was only hoping and praying that they can fix it. My perspective was completely altered after i started dealing with the staff, especially Thomas. From the start to the end, he was completely honest with me. I loved the fact that he was straight up with me and did not run rings around me. They absolutely knew what to do, a super smart and knowledgeable workforce! Thomas was completely transparent with me, he told me what was right and what was wrong and the exact ETA it would take. At this point I knew my car was in good hands!! They also have a ton of connection in the area- so it was kind of easy to get parts ordered, service & body work done etc. They were also super easy to work with my insurance company and though it took long but at the end it was all groovy. At the end they also gave me a buff and full detail (to make it up for the time)- which literally nobody does in this day and age. 7 Stars!

Didnt keep their timeline, didnt communicate changing completion dates (or anything) when they bumped back my completion several times, did collect my insurance deductible even though my insurance had told them not to, and my car had new mysterious tiny dings when I got it back. The requested repair work looks good, though, and they were nice to my face.

These guys were really easy to work with and came in at a great price compared to a few other places I got bids from. I had them paint and install a new side view mirror on my car. They are who I’ll be using from now on for auto body work.

I got rear ended on Wednesday and needed a body shop to take my car in. After settling everything with my insurance, I finally was able to drop it off on Monday. The staff there were super friendly and knowledgeable about the process of working with my insurance, which thank god because I was clueless. It took them 3 days to finish the work, and my car was available for pick up Wednesday afternoon. Not only does my car have no reminiscent of the accident, but they also cleaned the inside of my car and washed the outside! Super bonus. I love that I also could go in and drop my car off any time. At first I went to another body shop, and they were having me make an appointment for Thursday to drop my car off. Unique took my car in and was finished with it before the other one would even take it! Overall, amazing experience. Literally dont even have anything negative to say.

I am completely happy with my car! I got rear ended and Jake gave me a quick quote, and it was completely accurate. After I finally got the other insurance to accept 100% fault (with the help of Jakes quote), I was able to take my car in. I took it in on a Monday morning and got it back Thursday. This included a new bumper and new trunk. It looks perfect! My car was also returned to me completely clean, since my kiddos made a huge mess in the back where their car seats go. All of the guys there are so nice and willing to answer questions and help out any way they can. Thomas was super accommodating and came out and give us a quote on another car we want painted. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend!

I am super impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I had taken my car for an estimate and after I dropped off the car for repairs, they were able to find a cheaper solution to fix my damage than originally quoted. They saved me money (and a claim on my insurance) when they couldve easily taken advantage of the situation. I highly recommend working with the company.

They do a pretty good job but are terrible at communicating. Multiple times they were waiting on something from either me or the insurance company but never let me know. I finally ended up having to call almost every day to make sure things kept moving.

I will never go to another body shop again. Unique has handled all of our needs for the last couple of years and a few things really stand out to me: excellent customer service- Jake and Justin make something that is usually such a hassle very easy; the quality of work is unmatched; they’re usually done before the original promise date; and the times we’ve not used insurance they have ended up charging us less than the original estimate. The fact that Unique is an Allstate preferred shop does make things easier, but even if they weren’t I’d still use them. Need a body shop? Don’t want to have to argue and wonder if you’re getting what you’re paying for? The answer is simple- just let Unique Auto Body take care of you. You won’t regret it.

Best experience Ive had with a auto body shop. I used to always go through Larry h Miller but after some bad experiences(driving 60 miles in my car, would not replace a part they lost, trying to charge me full price cause they haven’t received payment from my insurance by the time they got it done, not matching the color correctly on my car and not wanting to correct the color they painted, etc.) I decided to try somewhere new and I’m glad I did. I had road paint on my car and they made my car look brand new. Will helped me here and he was honest and answered all my questions. They got my car done faster then what they estimated. Everyone I talked to was nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know to go through here.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! Typically saying you had a great experience at an auto body shop is like saying you really enjoyed your last dentist appointment but these guys made a bad situation one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. I brought my car into their shop the morning after my accident on a referral from my insurance agent. My agent advised me to get a quick quote so we could start the claims process. The team at Unique quickly greeted me even before I had the car shut off and though I could tell they were busy they took the time to treat me like I was their only customer. They then informed me that they would be happy to work with my insurance company directly and would get me a rental and have me out the door in 10 minutes. It ended up being more like 5!! In fact, they were so quick and the process was so simple I was initially worried that I had missed a few steps in the process. Not only did they handle everything with the repair on the car, which was done with impeccable quality, but they also worked directly with my insurance provider to ensure my claim was handled quickly and efficiently. Ironically I work in insurance and having someone else be my advocate with the insurance company made the entire process stress free. I had mentioned to them that I needed to try and have my vehicle back for an out-of-state wedding I was attending the following week. They made sure that I had my vehicle back in time for the event and knowing that I would be at a wedding they made sure the car was detailed inside and out! It was these small touches that show they truly care about their work and their customers. While I hope I don’t have the need to use a body shop in the near future I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
