First 2 pictures is 24 hours later after they clipped or cut my skin with dirty equipment. The last picture is 3 days later. Currently bring treated for mercer, staff. And diagnose with strep infection on my finger and look it up you can see its very deadly thanks to them I have to see a surgeon this week to cut infection from my finger to my elbow. Stay away from this nasty place!!!

I’ve been going here for about two years now. they know who i am and greet me every time. they make mistakes sure but they are still the only place in somerset i will use. they have never cut my skin or gave me something i absolutely hated like other places. i always tip and i make sure to make conversation. i go in with the mindset of they can do what they want as long as they don’t go over a certain price. they never disappoint me. all these rude people giving bad reviews probably don’t know how to be nice or talk to them correctly. i have brought so many people here and have had so many people become there customers!!

Very very slow. If your on a schedule. Dont come there.....plan on 2+ hours....and no public bathrooms

Hated the whole experience.Had a pedicure done, water was cold, very rough with the scrubbers and files.Waited 1 hr and 20 mins with my feet in cold water before they even started...very unprofessional, they have a child doing most of the work, taking payments, answering phones etc.whole experience was weird!!!!!!

Pros and cons:ProsPrice is good.Cons:I called and was told there was 30 minute wait. My girlfriend and I waited over an hour for anyone to get started. My girlfriend had the nails glued on and then had to wait again. When her nails were put on, they are crooked. The acrylic isn’t all the way up fully on the nail bed. When she told the tech (owner) about the issue, the owner told her it was the nail polish and didn’t fix it. When hers were finished and still not to expectations, the owner moved on to me. She told me the color I picked wouldn’t work, picked out her own left me with crooked nails, and TALKED BAD ABOUT MY GIRLFRIEND. Poor customer service.

Staff was super friendly and efficient. I gave them a 2 because my granddaughters (adult so not a kiddie) nail polish chipped offthe second day...I mean really yucky looking. They have a sign up saying not responsible for how long the polish lasts if it was not the gel. We are from out of town so running back for them to check it out is not an option. Very sad. Thought I had found good place.

I came in to get a pedicure and dipped nails. Started off with the pedicure, and the woman who started my massage did a good job at scrubbing my feet. However, when it came to the spa part (which I asked for the deluxe pedicure) the woman put the lotion on first, and there was not near the products used that were mentioned on the deluxe pedicure paper. When the woman began clipping my nails and working on the cuticles she was so rough that I thought she was pulling my nail off. Once she finished that she rolled away, and another lady painted my toes, without using a base coat. Decided halfway through the pedicure that I did not want to get the dip nails after. Before we were even finished they asked us for our payment, which I paid with card. I can’t say that I trusted them to take my card before I was finished. Once they were finished they did not provide us with the foam flip flops that most places do to walk across the floor, so I had to walk across the floor barefoot!!! Needless to say they did NOT get a tip, and I will not return.

Recently visited using a gift card before leaving town with my grandmother. The cosmetician was angry with the salon management, and was extremely unfriendly. She threw the tool she was using half-way through the pedicure and stormed to the back over a dispute that had nothing to do with me or my grandmother. The cosmetician working on my grandmother picked up where she left off after 15 minutes passed. Everything felt half-a**ed and rushed, I feel like I couldve done a better job cutting my own nails and painting them. When they were done, they simply walked away and never led us to a drying area. Instead they sat on their phones occasionally glancing at us. Eventually, our feet dried and we asked if they wanted payment. The tubs were very dirty. The water was cold. It would appear there was no sterilization equipment. No prices were readily listed (as opposed to every other nail salon I have ever been to). No one apologized for my cosmeticians behavior. Like many places in Somerset, this is probably an okay place if youve been going there for years and some sort of established loyalty. But, if youre just visiting from out of town or casually looking for a place to get your nails done, save yourself money, time, inconvenience, and a possible infection and go down the road to Somerset Nails.

Rude staff and in a hurry. In town with family and went to D’s Nails for a “pamper me” day. I was given attitude when I asked for the nail polish to be cleaned up off my skin, I sat with cold water in my pedicure chair for almost an hour, left with dead skin still on my feet, toe nail cuticles not trimmed, no foot/ leg massage, no liner was put in my foot spa(gross!), my 5 year old could have painted my toe nails better and to top it off....when getting my full set, I asked Mr. Chien not to file the side of my nail so much and he rudely responded, “I’ve been doing this a long time. I know what I’m doing, I am not an amateur!”Well sir, I am pretty sure I am the PAYING customer and am not an amateur either as I have been PAYING to get my nails done for over 15 years and I know how they should be done and how I like them....and I still left with a crooked nail! Hmmm.I think they should take a trip down south to Texas where I am from for some training on customer service and learn some true Southern Hospitality! You should never treat your paying customers in such way! They could also learn a few tips on the actual nail services they provide. My nails and toes look pretty awful coming from someone who “is no amateur”BLESS THEIR HEART!

The man there does great job. Just dont let the woman work on your nails at all. Everytime she has touch mine for any reason. They have chipped broken off or something.

They where not friendly at all. They rushed threw my manicure I got black tips with gold edges and they smeared the gold and it looks ridiculous she didnt even offer to fix them or discount my price. My nails where not evenly clipped and one was put on crooked. They dont try there best and Ill never go back. Dont recommend them at all.
