Horrible service and charged $180 for me and my mom full set,1 pedi, and 2 eyebrows done. We didnt get anything extra on the nails. The nail artwork was slopy. The person who did my nails had no line work experience and still charged $65. My feet were cut up by how hard she was scraping me. They didnt have us wash our hands after all the drilling. My mom had to scratch the nail techs arm to show her how horrible of a job shes doing and that they needed to be filed! They use pre cut nails and still charge $5 for shape when they dont even do it. Never would recommend to anyone.

Nails look good but cash only and no drying stations. I was told to self dry outside. Never have I been to a nail salon in my entire life without a drying station.

I‘ve been coming to Kate for a couple years and she has yet to disappoint .Sometimes she is overbooked but its understandable because her work is that good. Kate is quick and efficient! Reasonable price as well. People always ask where i got my gorgeous nails done since I walked out the door Lol.Guys, you are just paying for what you are getting. Nails arent cheap and cheap nails arent nice.

No star for this place 👎, THE WORST EXEXPERIENCE ever!! I went to get a pedicure, acrylic nails, and eyebrows, and it was all a disaster! Apart from not doing a good job on my nails, they left me without half of one of my eyebrows 😤 Its been 3 weeks now and the hair still hasnt grown back ... NEVER go to this place!!

Theyre are very rude and they make their own hours m...disregarding the hours on the door....Ive waited 20 mins to be acknowledged, then when they finally acknowledged me, they told me that they were closing and that they cant see me...I just wanted my lashes done, I bought my own striped lashes and after waiting 20 minutes, they told me they couldnt do them because they were closing....I was livid...I will not be coming back to this unprofessional place!!!!

Found kates work on Instagram and had to see if its a good as the pictures. She did not disappoint . Gorgeous designs and reasonable prices. Pedicure was amazing too. Will definitely be coming back

No stars because they are rude and make you wait without any explanation.This place is a last resort if I am desperate and cant get to my regular nail salon.Otherwise I avoid them.On a good note they have many colors to choose from,and seem to do good quality services.They also offer brow waxing,and eyelash extension although I have not had this service done here.I would recommend booking an appointment to avoid a long wait if it is busy.

He told me to come back 1 hour later and I’ve been waiting for 2 hrs now I will never come here again for anything . Terrible costumer service. I regret ever coming to this shop the guy has a disgusting attitude.

The staff was very friendly. I am new to the area and had a disaster occur with my nails from another shop I tried and Danny fixed them right up. He paid attention to the nail shape and gave me a flawless manicure. The price was decent and my experience was pleasant. :)

Everytime I come get my nails and feet done, its always a fun experience. I dont usually wait more than 10 min before being seated. I recommend a visit. It is the best nail studio♥️

Very Rude People & Terrible Customer Service !Kate is very Rude ! Yes, she does a good job BUT she has bad customer service, she ignores your dm messages and she has a bad attitude. *Beware* she over charges if she thinks she can get over on you and gets an attitude when questioned about her pricing.This nail salon doesnt help the community but take the money and threat its customers poorly ! It is not worth the treatment! I will be going to spend my money in another nail salon !Unclean, had no tissue / hand soap to wash my hands in the bathroom. They also were not abiding by the COVID regulations. Will be making a complaint to the city !

Kate answered my messages when I wanted to schedule a manicure, but started ignoring me once I asked if she could fix a nail she did that broke off the next morning. Friends of mine that sent her messages the same days I did were all answered, but mine ignored. I politely attempted contact 3 times over a week to give her time to respond and the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say we will no longer be going here. Very rude and unprofessional.

Went to Nail Studio Plus on a referral from another customer . I had an appointment with Kate. I was greeted when i walked in the door. The other customers were friendly and making conversation while I waited. I did not wait long at all. I opted for a full set of tips and a design.Kate did an amazing job! I love my nails and I receive many compliments on them. I was not there for too long. Made another appointment for a fill. Would highly recommend.

If I can give it a zero I would. They dont follow the 6 feet distance, having many people standing outside blocking the entrance to a restaurant and laundry mat.

The wait time is way over the time that they give you. And the customer service not that good. When you finally get to sit down, the work that you get is awesome.

The wait is too much. Highly disappointed in Nail Studio Plus as it has changed for the worst. Many females come to get their nails done but do not sign in at the counter. Most of the customers are arrogant and ignorant. They will argue with each other and even physically fight about who was first. Sue, the owner does not do anything about it and she does not follow by the sign in sheet. Sue and her husband condone the bad behaviors of these hostile women who constantly start drama just to get dolled up to go out clubbing, stripping, etc., and will go as far as bringing their young children/baby in stroller to have their nails done. Some of ladies will come in and leave when they see it’s full, and then return to cut the line and take someone’s spot. I love Sue’s artistic designs and nail styles, but I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon. Sue, please take charge of your nail shop! Don’t allow them to run down your business! I will miss your one of a kind designs. You always had my nails looking flawless. 😘

It was alright. Not the biggest fan of the nail shape charge where if you wanna get a popular shape like a coffin or almond shape, its an extra $5. The service wasnt bad per say, but the pricing was just... grimey? I think I was a bit salty because there was no complementary hand massage other salons that Ive been to do. (Im from northern Jersey).

I dont understand the comments saying this nail shop is ghetto. Just because minorities get their nails done there doesnt make it ghetto. Ive been going here off and on for years. They do great pedicures and nails, thats why they are always crowded.

My lashes were done very badly so much glue on the lashes they’re all stuck together even some of my bottom lashes.

I went to get my nails done here for the first time for my birthday, the nails looked good but I waited for 4 hours and I went there right after school. I went back again this time I waited for 3 hours but the nails were terrible some nails were longer than the others I got my nails down with sue. I would Never get my nails done here again:(

Place was okay, i think i got a lady who was new at doing nails cus there was so much i kept asking her to fix. she was very patient and i appreciated it but in the end my nails did not come out the way i wanted and there was still stuff i wanted her to fixed but it was useless, at that point I was basically telling her how to do her job lol. my whole left thumb is slanted, middle finger is awkwardly shorter than the rest and the side of my ring finger (has jewls on it) is bumpy. again she was a nice lady i tipped her well, but idk about coming back here.i got stilleto red nails btw.

Sue, Nancy and David are amazing nail techs and as long as you dont mind waiting hours (the down side) you will emerge with beautiful nails and feet. They even do eyelashes and waxing.

Sue the owner is very nice and her husband too but you have to wait 4 to 5 yours to get your nails done and then if you want a pedi get ready to soak for over an hour wile the rude guy is outside smoking every 5 mins. But dont complain cause they take longer and talk in there language and laugh in your face. Its not like you understand.

Makes you wait for so long. Came in to get my eyebrows done by Nina and I literally waited for 25 mins with no service because of rude customers not willing to let her be free for eyebrows. No one else does good eyebrows like her. And the managers husband is very rude !
