My oil change was done very quickly with much attention to detail. Crew was very professional. I will definitely return.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, clean shop, and all at a reasonable rate. I was impressed, you even get to just sit in your car while they do it, no having to wait in some dingy waiting room. Ill definitely be going back. They also offer military and veteran discounts.Also if you have a lowered car, as long as it isnt slammed youll be good. Flat smooth entrences and exits, no ramps you have to drive up, just a small inch and a half to two inch lip around the pits.

Pretty quick oil change and whatknot, just pull in and sit in your ride while they do their thing 15-20ish mins. A bit pricey but Id rather not wait 2 hrs+ for an oc elsewhere.

Zach did a great job on the hood and pit of our van. They were busy and it was lunchtime but he had a good attitude and had us in and out of his bay in 8 minutes.

I went to get an oil change & was told there would be a wait. There was only one guy working & he still had everybody in & out faster than Ive ever seen with multiple workers. Reasonably priced & great customer service! This will definitely be my new oil change place!

Good service but last week I had a coupon for 15 dollars off. I wanted to see if I could use my military discount with the coupon. The guy checked with his manager. The answer was no. Fine.So, I thought the guy would use my 15 dollar off coupon, which would have given me an extra 5 bucks off. The guy made me laugh when he said he was saving me cash by using the 25% military discount over the coupon 😆. He didnt tell me until after the change was done and I was rung up

Its very expensive and if you are a girl they wanna charge you for everything you dont Even need. Last time I go l told them I dont need anything except oil change and they still told me I need to change my filter its bad😡which is they change 2 months ago.

Went to have an oil change ask for price said had to get me in system to check, no problem, as I am talking to the guy another guy starts taking out things like my air filter i said hey buddy you cant start working on my car until I ok it and agree on the price, you cant just start taking things out of my car without my permission! He said its their protocol, well not according to state law that I am suppose to agree to consent and quote estimate before hand! I immediately drove off went to local mechanic down the street for $20.

Best oil change Ive ever had! Arturo was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and never pressured me to add any unnecessary services. The entire team working that day was so efficient! I will be getting my oil changes done at this location from now on.

Normally Id rate it a 5. They do your oil change and check/fill your other fluids. Always nice and do a good job. My only hitch this time around is they are either closed or about to close when I go. I dont have a lot of time and I work nights which means I sleep during the day, they used to stay open later which is why I started using them. They started closing earlier and earlier so I can never seem to catch them. I was there an hour before closing but they turned me away. 3 stalls but only using one and only one car ahead of me. I was just disappointed. Dont get me wrong, the service is great I just wish they were open later or actually had people to be able to fill all the stalls so I didnt feel like Ive made a wasted trip 3 weeks in a row.

Brought my pickup truck in for an oil change, after 2½ half weeks I noticed a slight drip of fluid under engine bay area didnt think much of it, or do anything, as my family and I were leaving on vacation. After 7 days have passed, I get back to the airport to and realized it was oil. Drive the truck home, after letting it cool down I decided tip take a look under truck. At this point I noticed where the oil drip originated from a loosely tightened oil filter. I know that was the issue because after I tightened the loose filter, the issue no longer persisted. So I wouldve been stuck with bill for a new engine or spending more money on service for a professional companies negligence or lack of patience. DONT want any charity, just accountability. My VW oil change was good thank god but this truck leak was unexpected.

I moved from across town a few months ago, and the other Take 5 location had excellent service. I came here because of the reputation of the brand and the google reviews. I was not disappointed. The guys working here worked as a team, I was in and out in a timely fashion. All my service needs were met without any pushy sales tactics. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change!

In and out in 15-20 mins, on a whim, without an appointment, is hard to beat. This is the only place I go for an oil change anymore.

Still offer speedy drive through oil changes quickly and safely despite the pandemic. All employees I interacted with were wearing mask and maintaining distance from me. Was given advice without it being condescending as someone who doesnt have vast car knowledge. Everyone was extremely pleasant.

This was my 2nd visit here. I went back because the first visit they were very nice and besides changing the oil they topped off all the fluids, checked the air in the tires, and checked the windshield wipers.However, this time, even though they checked off all these items on their Service Check List that they did all that, they did not. will I go back? I dont know. We moved here a couple of years ago from Florida. There, an oil change and all the extras they did, the cost was only 18.99, so Im not sure why oil change here is so expensive??

Ashton and Bryant were top notch!!! As a mature woman, I was very impressed with their knowledge and friendly professionalism as they explained every aspect of what they were doing. They knew which products to use for my older vehicle but were not pushy if l chose to use something different (I decided to go with their recommendation). The oil change was done in 12 minutes, including fluid top offs. I never even had to get out of my car. WOW! This place will have all my future business! I heartily recommend this new business on Hwy 78 across from 5 Star Ford, Snellville.

First time here and Im pretty happy. Fast service, friendly staff all wearing masks, and I never had to get out of my car. I did need power steering fluid and they were out so that was a bummer but other than that they made getting an oil change hassle free.

Every location is convenient service with a real smile. Deirrekus was a pleasure to deal with and it felt like a friend was helping me out. 9 have always been happy with the service and staff from this company. Great attendants and service.
