The communication could be better. I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday afternoon and the tech said they would begin working on it Wednesday (the next day and someone will call me with an update). Wednesday around 5-5:30pm I called because I never received a call and was told the car was almost complete. They need to check everything once more and someone will call me back with a final. Thursday at 5-5:30pm I called again for an update and was told they’re almost done and someone will call me back. Welp it’s Friday and at 10am I called because yet again I have yet to receive a call. They claim to be almost done. At 11:30am I got a call that the car is complete.Note that they only flush my oil/did a oil change and clean up the oil spills on the engine. I understand you’re busy but communication goes a long way and a simple apology would have sufficed.

We only service European and then he hung up in my face. Never would I do business with them. Youve been warned!

This shop is amazing! After getting a large repair quote from my local dealership, I decided to try out Eurofed. Got me in and out for transmission service. Very polite and engaging staff. Recently towed my SUV in for a no start repair, they quoted me 15k. They said I needed a new engine despite the trouble codes stating something else. They wouldnt address the trouble codes, so I towed it to another facility. They got it up and running, it was what the codes said it was. I cant recommend them for anything more than fluid changes. This was at their Snellville location.

Very rarely do you go to service a European car and actually spend less than you expected. Walker is a life saver. And their lead tech Miguel drinks oils for coffee. True knowledge base kind of guy. I like knowing the granular details of things and they know the kind of information that I can respect. The kind of shop is tell women to go to for a fair deal.

Throttle went out the other day and luckily these guys were right around the corner.. They were able to finish everything by the next morning and the price was fair. Dont know what service others got but vehicles I know that went there never got repaired properly. Maybe they just cant fix Audi vehicles. 2007 q7 serviced a little over a year ago for oil leaks,. Just removed number 8 coil and and plug is covered in oil. 2013 S5 drove in with service light on. Advised of a quick fix for 1600 dollars. A week later they informed customer that vehicle needs over 6000 in unrelated issues. Still charged 1600 for whatever they did not do. ROBBERY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!

Great experience! Came in to get APR tune down pipe and cold air intake....the car runs great.... Way more power in my passat. Guys were very knowledgeable and I was in and out in an hour.

First off I don’t take the time to do reviews unless they are well deserved. Good or bad. I had a last minute emergency oil leak repair. I spoke with Wes who managed to squeeze me in with no notice! Not to mention I added extra request of new brakes, rotors and a tune up. Prices were more than fair and the quality of the work is amazing. They took their time and didn’t rush me. Chuck and Wes are sweethearts. They answer all questions with patience (no matter how simple the answer is). They even walked me to the back to show me where the oil had leaked and even had someone stay behind to watch my purse and laptop that I had brought in to catch up on work. It’s the little things that make customers happy and feel appreciated. Chuck and Wes I will see you in 6,000 miles for my next oil change! Thank you for everything. Including the fuse. Lol.

Absolutely fantastic team of people. Came to them with a custom Frankenstein build concern, and they were happy to take on the project when others werent. Thanks to Darko and Miguel, my failing automatic transmission was replaced with a proper manual shift transmission. They handled everything and kept me up to date on the status of the swap. The vehicle has been amazing for drive. I would highly recommend Eurofed for any aftermarket performance repairs and upgrades.

As a new customer I spent around $3000 on my first visit and afterwards I saw on their website that there is a 10% off new customer discount which I was never offered in-store. That extra $300 would have been nice to have. In fact, I could’ve used it on the part they broke on my car that cost around $150-200 bucks which they told me that it was normal for that part to break and they offered me no compensation or anything. Moving onto (and the reason I’m making this review) my next bad experience with these guys. I had them install control arm bushings and afterwards they told me my control arms were perfectly fine. I just swapped out new ones myself. Guess what? My old ones were completely shot. They lied. There was absolutely nothing fine with my control arms. To be honest I have more things I could rant about but I think I hit the high points. I would never recommend anybody come to this shop that actually cares about their vehicle!

This was my first time ever coming to an independent repair shop after having my BMW for almost five years. I had a great experience. I was checked in immediately and the service advisor Mesa was amazing. He was very concerned as to why we brought the car in and made it his business to make sure everything was taken care of from bumper to bumper. He also made sure we knew and understood what was completed on our vehicle. I will definitely come back to this Repair shop. Mesa is now my official service advisor:-) Eurofed 5star all the way!

I couldnt be happier. I called with an oil leak problem, they advised to stop by, which I did. Very friendly and helpful, I was concerned about a well known problem with my car model. Chuck diagnosed on the spot, (poor work by a dealer, not an expensive failure), and resolved in minutes. I havent experienced such quality of service and value for money in a very long time.
