Miguel was totally professional; excellent service! Didnt have to leave my car during service. I definitely recommend this place.

I spent about 45 minutes there altogether for my oil change which wasnt too bad for a Friday morning. They were professional. Price was a little on the high end, but overall satisfied with the service and they didnt try to upsell....just gave recommendations for the future.

As the sign says 15 minute oil change. It took an hour and a half. I literally sat in the bay for 45 minutes. They told me I have a severe oil leak. I get it changed every 3-4,000 miles and no one has ever said that, never low on oil, never see any oil in a driveway. Definitely wont go back.Addition to post:They were supposed to contact me within 2-3 days, its been 5 and no call. I guess its like the 15 minute oil change. Now in reference to the severe oil leak... I am posting a picture of where I park every night. Notice the new fresh oil marks? Notice how there is only a couple? That is since I had my oil changed there. Notice there are none from before that oil change. Watch yourselves.Just a follow up; was told I would receive a call from the owner in a couple days... its been a couple weeks. They dont care.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Valvoline on scenic highway. Giovanni was my tech and he was kind, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He even honored my coupon (which had been recently discontinued) and gave me a new one for my next oil change. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else to get my oil changed. Highly, highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience in this drive-thru oil change facility. The guys were very professional and kind in dealing with my service requirements. Without being an expert, I have to said that this is a #Covid19 safe facility. I am very satisfied with the job of Giovanny, Miguel and other technician whose name couldnt see. I would recommend, without hesitation, this shop for a quick and very professional service.

Came in for an oil change on a Thursday around 11am without an appointment and was in and out in 25 minutes. Super quick and the staff was very professional and mostly female which I’m happy to support. Definitely will return every time I need an oil change.

Horrible wait times!! I got there one morning around 10:20 2 cars were ahead of me but no biggie I figured 30in max I should be up...11:20 Im still behind one car why because Instead of doing your oil change efficiently like theyre supposed to they spend so much time trying to upsell u on changing out other parts. I watched them keenly Spending precious time trying to convince somebody to change filters when they have people waiting. If the customer says no move on do the oil change and keep it moving I just kindly asked the guy behind me to backup so I could leave went to a Haviland Instead unacceptable!!

I went in for an oil change and a new headlight, that part went fine. I was told that one of my serpentine belts needed replacement, so I agreed to have it done. It became clear soon after that that they didnt do that service often and werent sure how to complete the service. They didnt have the belt, to begin with, so they had to have the part brought over, which happened pretty quickly. Upon receiving the part, the next two hours of my life were an ordeal. The woman working on my car clearly didnt know how to perform the service. She was looking through paper manuals, calling people on the phone, and asking her co-workers for help. Eventually, she decided that she needed to remove one of my front tires to replace the belt, so I would have to wait in the waiting room, where I viewed the entire staff for the next hour try to figure out how to replace a serpentine belt. The original woman eventually gave up after realizing she couldnt do it. I watched helplessly as the three employees stared at my vehicle for a very long time. The male employee finally was able to do something. After two hours, the belt was on. I was quickly guided to my car and given my receipt to pay. There was absolutely no mention of how incredibly long this service took; just pay up. A day after the events, my car is making very loud noises every time I accelerate. Im going to have to take my car to an actual mechanic now to fix the mistakes that were clearly made. These people are sufficient for an oil change but, if you need anything more, look elsewhere.

The customer service here is perfect. The manager, Kayla, is honest and knowledgeable. The whole team works together and seems to present a United front. I love that. They won me over in March 2020 and continue to impress me each time. For the first time, I used them for more than an oil change. My 2017 GMC started cutting off at lights. I went straight to them and they serviced my GMC with a system cleaning and 💥 just like that, problem solved.

My brother and I unfortunately got a flat tire. We had stopped at the quicktrip next door and with the little air in our tire, we made our way over and they were quick to help us. And the employees were oh so kind! We recommend their 10/10 service!

So I have found my new oil change location!! The service was awesome!! First off, you get to stay in your car!! Hooray! They kept me informed about everything being done to my car. They shared recommendations but were not pushy. I didnt feel pressured at all. I could also see the bays on the screen to see the work being done. Checked tires, added fluid, etc.. Price is reasonable and service is great! Dont hesitate to stop by. Highly competent and professional crew. Thanks to Giovanni, Austin and Santana!!

After trying to get an oil change at 2 nearby jiffy lubes to no avail (workers didn’t show up to open on time), Valvoline got me in and out quickly with awesome customer service.

I have used this location 3 times now (shame on me!) and each time the person under the cars is sloppy - I did not have a leak, but the frame was covered in oil. Second time they offered me a bag of oil cleaner. Today, I went back again and SAME EXACT thing. I immediately returned and the Mgr offered nothing. I will return to my original oil place and NEVER use a Valvoline again.

We bought a used car that immediately started having issues, they helped us run codes and jump start the vehicle. They were very kind and super helpful.

I went to them twice for an oil change. Very quick service however i wont be visiting them again after one guy told me my serpentine belt had rips in it and needed to be replaced but then marked on the receipt my belt was ok (weird right). So i had my trusted mechanic look at my belt and told me my belt is fine and doesnt need to be replaced. This shop was just trying to charge me for a service that wasnt needed

This is the 2nd time I have come to this location in 6 months and they are not open at 8:00 a.m. 1st time they asked me to wait 15 to 20 minutes now this time the manager isnt even here to open the building.

Kalisha was the manager and she was very organized, informative, and professional. Stefan worked on my car and he was very personable. This made my experiance quite enjoyable. I will definitely go there again next time.

Ok let me just say, I have NEVER had such an AMAZING experience getting my oil change before. They checked the maintenance on the car and went over the options with me. Very professional and very nice employees!

This will sound funny but the best oil change ever, you get to stay in your car an a team of people come to service your car, they pull up all the work your car might need from the system and they even have a timer on a screen so you know how long they are taking, the service lasted about 30 minutes but because I ordered some extra work. 👍 👍

Don’t trust them with your car!!!!They messed up my oil plug and would not take responsibility for it.It took more than 15 minutes for my oil change probably 30 to 45 minutes, which I thought was strange. The manager Anaya Weber was the person who greeted and explained all the services to me. While having my oil changed she very Casually says to me we are going to change your oil plugs they are old, no worries we do it all the time we will just replace them at no charge to you I said ok not nothing anything about cars. I didnt question her on the matter. When I’m fact they cross threaded my plug.

They damaged my car and REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. MY CAR WASNT LEAKING OIL BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT DAY AFTER OIL CHANGE MY CAR IS LEAKING OIL SO BAD I CANT DRIVE IT. THEY INSTALLED A UNi plug cross treaded and no washer . DONT GO HERE!!
