There is one employee that lacks customer service. I felt as if I was being questioned by the police, rude and obnoxious. But the rest are helpful and nice. One of them is very funny.

Overall theyre good. Wait times are a little long even with appointment but the staff have all been very nice always.

I think its ok. They try their best. I did once have an issue with a manager there. One of the employees there told me they called her worst than hitler. But luckily i have not seen her or encountered her. But other than that there Oneis nice and helpful women in there.

Every time i come here i ask my self if theres another wic office i could go to. The wait time is SOOOOO LOOOONG!!!! The employees are nice but they take way too damn long to actually call you in. No matter the time. Ive been here as soon as they open, middle of the day and before they close and its always the same 😡
