Dont get tires from them they do not want to warranty them and not only that if there was a fire in the tire shop area you cant get out because they keep the door luck and not only that theres tires all over the floors in the walking ounce

Nice lady helped me get a new tire for my daughters car then a nice young man carried it out and put it in the trunk for me.

Bad experience the tire and tube. There is a big guy there, was so rude to me I didn’t know why even his colleague saw how he was rudely talking to me as if I was a trash. I came in to buy and change my tires but when I got home all the new tires was out of air. I don’t know if they changed my tire or fix it. Really Walmart need to do better on some people that they hire though. I don’t know what I did wrong all I need was some help with my tires and this happened on September 17,2020

This place has horrible customer service. I called today at 3:43 to see if I could get an oil change & they said sure as long as Im here by 6. I get here at 5:20 and they tell me theyre closed for the day they sent all their techs home for the day.

Walmart Auto Care does good work. However, they dont communicate the customers wait time very well. The customer needs to know, right up front, how long the service will take. Then the customer needs to be immediately updated if the service starts going over time.Vern did a good job on my tires and I appreciate his professionalism.

IT WAS OK

Came in for tires, spent over 3hrs to get tires on my truck. Didnt get better help and information till almost 2 and 1/2hrs into this. Not fast, good price, but still not fast. Oh did I forget to mention their was only one of two cars ahead of me. Yeah chalk this up as a bad experience.

I was so dissatisfied with the service. If i could give 0 stars i would. I went to get my tire patched because I had a slow leak. The service member who worked there told me he was not able to take off the lug nuts. He got off 1 lug nut but the other 3 were too tight. He encouraged me to go back to the dealership where i bought the car or go to pep boys because their machine has better pressure. I, instead, went to walmart on Stone mountain highway. They were extremely helpful and had no problem taking off and replacing my tire.

Lady at front desk needs A LOT MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I wanted to check the price of a battery. The lady rudely placed me on hold for over 20 minutes with no return. I went to the store only to find out that they didn’t have the battery that I needed. When I mentioned that she kept me on hold she stated that she takes care of the people that are in front of her first then answers her phone calls. I clarified with her asking if the person on hole has been waiting and more and more customers are in front of her does she take them first. She said yes. So apparently the person on the phone call, no matter what time they called, will be left on hold until there is no one in front of her. This was Tuesday, March 19 at 11:20 AM. You know who you are lady!.

Always have my tires done here. Give great advice about your car.

Over 2 hour wait for oil chamhe and the employees either on their cell phones or out in the parking lot hanging with biddies that stopped by ...not customers cause I heard them telling buddies to come by and later when my car wasnt done I seen him out hanging out laughing with his buddies instead of doing my oil change...never again!!

Told me they didnt have time to patch a tire when they were still open for another hour and a half. Watched them afterwards have casual conversations with any and everyone they could. Meanwhile, I was stuck in their parking lot searching for another tire shop. Leaving a customer stranded in your parking lot, WOW!

This place is a joke...I was the first car in line and I only ask for an oil change. 2 hours later I am still asking how much longer and my car is still parked in the garage with my hood up, I walk out and look to see jo activity going on under my car in the pit or nobody under my hood.the guy who suppose to be doing my oil change walking around talking on his cell phone...woww.. I will NEVER be back here!!

Ok wait time 45 min or more depending on your arrival. I am sure the focus is not as l on your vehicle. As I had to ask for my next oil change sticker in order to know my next visit. If I do used them.

Im only giving 1 star because you cant give less. I went in last week to get an oil change and the tech left oil stains in my SUV. I have a towel that I leave in my seat that had oil stains on it as well. Just a very bad experience with this location. There should be a management change or something to verify quality control. Unless Wal-Mart dont care. Last visit I will take elsewhere. Just terrible.

Went to get tire caught guy going though my things in my car they got everything on tape. Sent him home I got free tire His butt should be fired!!! Becareful dont leave things in your car. In that store 2-4 times aweek. Sad

I arrived at Walmart for a oil change at 12:45pm my vehicle was ready at 3:10pm. Next time I will go to jiffy lube because Walmart is the worst

H O R R I B L E customer service . The absolute worse ever . Waited 4 hours simply to get my tires changed out . Then EVERYONE went to break at the same exact time and didnt let anyone know . Will never come back here again . And as Im writing this Im still waiting ...... smh 😑

I had a battery put in.took them over a hour.and left grease stains on the side of my car..stay away from this walmart.
