I just moved to this area and looking for a place to get nails done. Had mixed reviews but I took a chance and I am PLEASED! Tom did my nails today and was very pleasant, gentle, and the price was great. I had a gel fill with a design on ring fingers. I love it! Was $35 total plus I gave a 10 tip. Definitely will be going back!

I have ny regular nail tech appt & decided to get pedicure at last minute. Lets just say they are non-stop on Saturdays! Everyone had on a mask today as well.

They do good work last week the man kept yelling at me because I fell asleep he was very rude this week he didnt do my nails. Very expensive

Nice nails nice service good cost. Only thing I wish was she had of told me how much extra French tips are because I was on a mothers day budget. My normal nail salon doesnt charge for it so I didnt think to ask. Other then that this place is a1 and worth the money.

My husband and I went to Lucy Nails for 3+ years. Tammy is absolutely incredible at what she does and she did my nails regularly for a couple of years and then I decided to cut back and only go for my toes and brows. Mai was incredible for pedicures, though she was not always available so I had others who did great jobs. I am extremely ticklish and Mai made sure to get the job done correctly while causing as little discomfort as possible. Life happened so we took some time away. We went back on two different occasions and the pedicures just werent the same quality at different times of day. Not sure what happened but if were spending close to $100 after tip, we want to be proud of the service we received. So needless to say, if youre needing your nails done, go see Tammy. If youre wanting a quality pedicure, you will be definitely taking your chances.

I am very disappointed, I’ve been coming up here since I was 15 and am now 20, I have never been charged $55 for a short regular set. The new owner Is very unprofessional and caught an attitude because I wanted service elsewhere. Their card machine was not working but failed to tell us that until we sat down and got the service . Will no longer spend my money here . Service sucks .

The door was wide open and just standing at the door it was really hot, and there was a woman standing up wiping her face. It was so many people in there and no one was standing 6ft apart. It had a weird smell in there and some people didn’t have a mask on. My main concern was that it was so many people in there in such a small place. One of the workers were standing at the cash register looking right at me and didn’t greet me or anything. She just stared at me. I don’t know if it was because it was some many people standing around her. I really thought that these nail salon would respect the COVID policy but apparently they don’t care. I will never be going there again and it’s funny because I never even got my nails done. I just stood at the door and looked around.

Love this place. I only call for, Tammy. If shes not available, I wait. Shes a great person and shes patient.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. Even though there was another nail place nearby called “Chan Bay”, I decided to go into Lucy’s nails instead - good decision! Sing-yu was a gentleman, he met me at the door and took me INSTANTLY! I showed him a pic of what I wanted and asked him how much it would be and they never changed the price on me once! I’ll be coming back!!

Long story short, I’ve been patronizing this same salon for 13 yrs when Kim was the owner. I recently had an appt for a pedicure. After the pedicure, the lady who actually booked my appt and performed my service cashed me out. The money was deducted from my acct however the receipt showed a “chip malfunction”. It was then that the owner Danny (not sure if that’s his real name) proceeded to call me “broke”… for a chip malfunction. Now I have had my chip malfunction at QuikTrip and Publix and I’m told to swipe but I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD I WAS BROKE FOR AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT SAID CHIP MALFUNCTION. Needless to say I won’t be patronizing this salon any longer and I hope the owner takes some reading comprehension courses before calling other ethnicities out of their names.

She hurt and cut me multiple times! I have cuts on 4 of my fingers! She didn’t paint my nails right! I have spots that don’t even have polish on it! She couldn’t do the style I wanted! Then charged me extra for the diamonds I didn’t want! SHAKING MY HEAD!!!

As I sit in chair it is very loud and tons of laughter. They made me feel very uncomfortable. They are doing tons of chatting and laughing with each other in their language. I have not been acknowledged beside what service I want and pick a color. Needless to say I will never come here again.

Do better Lucky Nails...the new management has made me lose all respect for this place and they have lost my business.

HORRIBLE! Please avoid this place, especially if you are black. I came on a Saturday for a gel nail polish, the lady messed it up. I came back for them to fix it, she told me that I would have to pay for it. I refused. Then there’s a guy who tried to fix it, it was even more messier than before, I tried to explain it to them and suddenly the lady started calling me crazy and basically told me to get out of the store. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have been going to Mia for over 10 years. The longevity should explain everything you need to know about her. She really takes care of me and ensures that I’m satisfied with everything. She knows me so well. If I pick out a color that she’s knows I’m probably not going to like, she tells me and suggests something I would like and I love that about her. It’s not about just getting me in and out. She cares! There are other ladies in there that are awesome also like Donna and a few others whose name I can’t remember right now. If you go to relax and enjoy your time at the nail salon like me, I suggest going Tuesday-Thursday in the mornings. There aren’t as many people in there and it’s pretty quiet. In my experience, most of us who go on these days are calm and enjoy how peaceful and quiet it is.

I love going to Lucy’s Danny is my favorite nail tech. I never have an issue with any services. Danny also does my wax, he’s the only person i let do it.

I have been coming here for a few years always get a full set, or fill in, or pedicure.My birthday just passed on August 28th, I went to someone else to get my nails done. I walked in, and they looked at my nails and asked me a million questions about my nails and talked about me as if I wasn’t in front of them. They lady did my pedicure and did the same thing. They offered to redo them and I said no. I liked my nails and they were exactly the way I wanted them. I will never come back here, for them to treat me that way and especially on my birthday I usually tip but I didn’t.

My nail tech seemed fatigued. I got a pedicure, and it was the fastest and worst Ive ever had. For $22 dollars, I got nail polish painted on top of cuticle skin. The nail techs hands were like barely touching my feet. She may as well had not even used the cuticle trimmer, because she didnt remove any of the cuticle from my toes. Sloppy job, no customer service at all.

I love this salon. The service is great. They take their time and make sure your nails look good before you leave. If you tell them you don’t like something they will fix it for you and still be nice about it! The prices are worth it.

Helen is the best nail tech, hands down! I visited many nail salons in Snellville but Helen at Lucy Nails is the greatest. She is friendly, punctual and great quality nails.

Ive been coming here for the past 6 years, and Im NEVER disappointed. Granted, sometimes some nail shops are hit or miss, but that usually has a lot to do with who does your work. Ive been coming to see the same lady for 6 years due to her quality work and more specifically, her nail design. Even though I moved from Atlanta to South Carolina late last year, I have NO problem driving back and forth just to see her--- its DEFINITELY worth it!💅💖💖 Shop is always clean, and if you come in the mornings, parking is easier to do. They also do eyebrow waxing. Prices are pretty reasonable.

A bit Pricey but worth the money. I been coming here for 3 years and Mia is the best nail tech I have had ever. She is friendly, funny and will listen to what you want. This place stays busy. I text Mia when I am free, to set my appointment, her replies are to let me know what she has then I’d say perfect, see you tomorrow or what ever day she is open and I can come in. Soon as I walk in, I am immediately seated as she had already finished her previous customer. She is good !!!!!!!! Very nice place and super friendly ladies and gents there.

I use to give this place a 5 star but Since Ms. Tina been gone Ive had 3 different nail techs attempt to do my nails as good as Ms. Tina. Unsuccessful! My nails dont even last a week at this point. Thank goodness Ms. Tina was there to do my nails for my wedding. Now Im in search of a new salon..

This was the laziest pedicure I ever received in my whole life. She did not want to put the work in then she took a whole lunch break in the middle of my pedicure. During the pedicure when I was telling her the way I liked things she started to throw the tools around and caught an attitude. When I asked her to use the pumice stone she caught another attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will never return!

This nail salon uses cheap nail polish and will have to pay more because you’re black. This Caucasian women was getting the same work done and was charged 30$ as forMe, I was charged 35. Yes I did go off and will not be giving them any of my funds. #boycottlucynails

I have been a customer of Lucy Nails for 5 years, and aways paid the same price and even after moving and hour away, I was still willing to travel to get my nails done because I believe in being a loyal customer. May 17, after months of state lockdown, I decided to continue being a loyal customer and made the hour drive to Lucy nails to have my nails done. In the middle of having my nails done by the nail tech named Tete The manager of the nail salon approached me and informed me instead of paying $45 I have been paying for five years, to have my nails done I would be paying $65. No I do understand price change but a $20 markup is ridiculous. I then left the salon without having my nails completed. I feel like any business that’s not loyal to their customers should not have a loyal customer do not go to Lucy nails I’m Snellville, take your business elsewhere.

My nail cracked in half and I just got them done TODAY.. the nails were too thin and they look so bumpy and ugly.. I should’ve really looked at my nails before I left

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SALON!! I have been a loyal customer for over five years. However, the last few chances Ive given the salon Ive regretted. The customer service is repeatedly terrible! When you walk in you are not acknowledged by staff until you stand there for a while and wait. The nail tech Ivy is extremely rude and sarcastic. It was my first time going to her and she rushed through my entire service and gave me sarcastic responses when I asked a question. The plastic flip flop she gave me rubbed against my toe nail which smudged my polish. When I bought it her attention and asked her to fix it she had an attitude and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I then asked her how long I should sit under the dryer and she responded, You need to sit for an hour because you cant walk and you mess up your nails. She knew I was sitting at the dryer and was not attempting to walk anywhere at the time. Additionally, she skipped a lot of the steps in my fill in service, cut my cuticle too low resulting in a cut, and cut corners on my pedicure. If customers are paying for a service, they should be treated with respect and professionalism not sarcasm and sub par service.

Super slow dropped my girl off at 4:36 and was not ready till 7:15. Cost $98.00 and didnt get what we paid for! Will not go back! Going to BJ nails next time.

Came into the shop at about 7:45 (they close at 8) when the nail tech Ivy was instructed to take care of me she instantly got an attitude because she was supposed to leave soon. I told her I wanted a full set and she kept trying to convince me to just get a manicure (so that she could leave sooner) I told her “if you don’t have time to give me what I want I will leave” she proceeded with the full set in frustration. She completely rushed through everything. The shaping is terrible, polish is terrible and she was very rough. I understood that they were closing soon but it’s a business and they didn’t close until 8 🤷🏽‍♀️ That doesn’t mean rush through the service. I would’ve rather she just let me leave than to waste my time.

They do a very good job with pedicures and manicures but they speak in their natural language is very disruptive when you are there to relax to have your services done. It would be more helpful if they spoke less. And spoke less in their native tongue

They have new massaging chairs and new rolling stools for the pedicure staff. Now they just need to do a deep clean everything will be great again!

I live 30 minutes away...and come here for jay. She does and extremely awesome job on my feet, she takes her time and I love her.

If I could give them half a star... I would. Like they rush doing your nails, if you dont like them they don’t try to fix them or give u a discount. Them rushing causes the nails to look very sloppy, and to trim the skin on your nail. They charge for everything big change or small. Down right ridiculous. Very slow customer service and when you complain they want to argue with you. They do your nails how they want to, instead of what you have chosen. They aren’t as good as they used to be, money got to their shop and it lead it downhill!

I went to get my nails done on Wednesday my nail fell off on Friday because it was poorly done. Chanel did my nails I come back Monday to get them fixed she has a attitude the entire time fixing her mistakes. Do not come here. Customer service is garbage. I came to get a acrylic set and it came out awful. I asked for a coffin shape and majority of my nails are square shape and not coffin. The paint on the nails look sloppy and when the lady use the machine to buff my nails she ended up cutting my cuticles. Please don’t waste your time and money.

Im new to the area and found this place, i had never gotten my nails done before but i knew exactly what to expect. So much went wrong from the moment i sat down, she did not sanitize my hands or prep my hands for the nails. she filed my bare nails with the electric file and put the nails on. The acrylic she applied was too thin and not thick as it is supposed to be. AWFUL!!Two days later my nail started lifting and i was in alot of pain in my finger. now its in multiple fingers! Im going to buy stuff to soak these off and try somewhere else. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE

Do to not cleaning equipment my friend got a bad fugus from nail shop. I told her not to frequent there do to so many incidence and the dont care. We frequent these shops with No insurance! They dont care what happens to you they laugh at you talk about you and make their money. Stop frequency of the shop.

This place has bipolar service. Went here with my friend. When we walked in, we were greeted nicely, told the lady what we wanted, Didnt have to wait at all, lady said it would be $30 for something but then later changed it to $50. The lady who did my friends nails was throwing things as if she was upset at her and was on her phone. The one who did mine was nice but nails messed up right after. I would not go here again and if you value good costumer service and professional nails, i recommend you find a better place !

Stay Away from Lucy’s Nails I’ve been coming here for about 3 years but lately they’ve been getting sloppy. They do your nails the way they want to, instead of how you want them. I came in today for a fillin by TeeTee station 7 and i told her how i wanted my nails filed and shaped and she cut me off and stated “i know how to do for you “. She proceeded with filing and made my shape so thin and pointy like Stilettos and i asked for coffin. I told her i didn’t like it and she got upset and started adding ADDITIONAL ACRYLIC ON TOP OF MY NAILS TO RESHAPE THE NAIL MAKING THEM THICK AND BULKY LOOKING . I asked her if she could find me another nail tech and she refused. I was very kind and politely asked her to stop. Because i wouldn’t give her Buisness she said no one in the shop will do for you . I will never come to this place again .

Did my nails on 07/17/2020 and less than 10 minutes my nail polish was smug on all 10 toes .Ask for a full set with a butterfly design and the sticker butterfly she place on my nails lift right off my nails within An hour after service went back and they claim it’s my fault by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.I DONT RECOMMEND

This shop has to the hoodest most ghettoest Asian nail shop I ever been in. The ladies are always arguing w/someone in their language of course! The attitudes are unappreciative, as if there are NO other nail shops. I have visited this shop numerous times with my sister & nieces. They only come because its literally 5 mins from the house. Shop NEEDS a cleaning like yesterday, so nasty! They open every day so when do they have time to clean??? Those pedicure tubs looks disgusting!!! They do use plastic coverings however that shop NEEDS bleach! They like to encourage you what to get. Prices, decent but they charge for EVERY little thing! It just reminds me to stay OUT these folks shops. Soend my money with my own. SBOB🖤✊🏾

Not business when it comes to correcting there mishaps! Have asked for there insurance provider me and my attorney and we are being avoided or ignored. My Attorney has reached out to them but to no a veil no answer from Kim or her husband So Guess we will have to do our own investigation work to get insursnce company name ourself.

Bipolar service.1. They are nice at times, but ALSO Disrespectful. Some will also talk about you in their language hoping you wont understand.2. Sometimes their Gel lasts AND sometimes it comes off within the first few days (this may cause them to become disrespectful towards you as well, when it is not your fault).3. If you dont care about receiving great customer service or having expert nails, then this is the place for you.In my opinion, since they are in a popular LOCATION, they may have become somewhat COCKY for that very reason.I boycott this place

I used to go for my sns ONLY TO JOHNMade the mistake of going in while he wasn’t there and was treated horribly, they sat me down and had me soak off my old sns and completely forgot about me🤷🏻‍♀️ . At one point a lady came in and numerous employees ignored her and after she said “I don’t understand what you’re saying” one employee started practically yelling in her native tongue while the others laughed and pointed at the lady. I ended up just leaving without getting my nails redone because it was so unprofessional. Go to summit nails, or even the nail salon a little further down across from where El jinete is.
