THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE BUT I AM VERY IMPRESSED. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS SUPER. VERY HELPFUL AD WELL

I went here for the first time last week Thursday. I wanted to like this nail salon because the staff were nice, however I couldn’t. They are very slow and can’t do a basic manicure or pedicure. I got sns on my hands 2 days later it’s chipping, 5 days later it’s no good! This has never happened at any Nail salon I been to before. The pedicure is bad also chipping and not professional. It’s like I did it at home myself. I paid for a service which I didn’t get. I’m very disappointed in this service. Please don’t go here if you’re planning on getting these services by the older man or women. Beware!!!! I wish I read these reviews before entering this building. Waste of my time and money!

This place is a joke! Waste of time and money. The nail techs do now know what they are doing! Very displeased for the second and last time.

I came to get my eyebrows done initially and then my daughter decided she wanted her feet done. The lady said it is $11. I paid for both services and as I stood there waiting for my daughter to get her pedicure I seen the price list to the side and it said $10 for children 7-9. So I asked the lady and she said no she charges $12 so I asked why does the price list say something different and then she proceeds to ask how old is my daughter I said 8. She said I assumed she was a big girl. I said no and she said you should have told me her age. I said no you should have asked instead of assume. I was just disappointed that they lied about the price and even with the evidence in front of them they still denied it and would not honor the pricing. I will not ever be back due to lack of loyalty and responsibility.

Very nice nail salon. Tran and Tammy are the sweetest! Lashes are nice as well. Trans husband is a great attribute to the salon. They seem to really appreciate their customers.

Ive been here a few times and I always have a great experience. Service is fast and no long wait times. Today Tammy did my nails and I am loving them! This is color 530 Gel..

They are crooks and dont know how to do nails! You will not be happy upon leaving! It also needs a good cleaning. Your better off going less than 2 min down the street to the Mega Spa!

Customer service is great. They take their time and make sure the customer is satisfied.

My nails lasted 2 days . The lady tried to blame someone else for doing my nails when I told her I strictly remember her being the only one in the shop turns out she’s the owner. My nails were so thin with barely any acrylic on them I had to keep saying thick while she clearly ignored me . She offered to repair my nails but I just wanted my Money to go see someone else why go back when you’ll do the same thing . Don’t waste your time and Money. Had to go to mega nails for them to fix my nails which lasted 2 weeks . Have proof of both hands . Veretian uses cheap supplies and nasty utensils they rush their job I recommended mega nails, or any nail salon with 4 stars or better .

Pedicure is horrible! The tech did not scrub my foot good at all. She barely applied any pressure when cleaning it. She did the entire pedicure and then cut my nails at the very end and did not clean them good at all! If I’m paying to get a service done, I expect quality service.

The most unexpirienced nail salon I’ve ever been to. Their techs need more training . My nails are not even the same size or shape. Very disappointing experience for me. They were nice though if that counts for something .

Im looking for a nail salon to call home for my daughter and I. This place is close to my house so I figure,lets give it a try. I pull up today,a Saturday, around 6pm. Place looked like a ghost town. I pulled up the site to see what time they close and it said 7. Then saw the 2 🌟 ratings!!! SMH Will definitely look in another direction lol Thank goodness for reviews.

Friday 5/10/17. There was a rude lady performing my pedicure. One lady left after this rude lady failed to acknowledge her. She was trying to communicate that she dropped her nail polish on the floor. No one ever answered her. Rude and just weird. Then this same lady cut the toe of the lady next to me. The patron never complained just asked that they not continue on that toe b/c now, it was very sore. B/c they continue to work on the sore toe, she complained and began to explain the many occurrences of rudeness she observed during her visit. A couple of us agreed. The owner, a man, told her to get the f&%k out. I video taped the incident b/c it got heated and I thought it may get physical when the rest of the staff stopped what they were doing and joined in. I had been going here for 5 years. That was my last visit.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to they completely messed my nails up and charged me $93 horrible they do not know how to do nails beware !

My eyelashes were contamenated, I went back after 2 days and they didnt give me my money back. Told me to come back and they would do it for free like I wouldnt be scared that my eyes wont fall out the next time. Why would I trust that. My symptoms were dizziness, started seeing colors when I blink, and watering eyes. If I didnt take them off, I may have lost my sight. I went on the thurday of good Friday. They acted like they didnt know who I was when I came back and told them what happened. I remember names well. TAMMY did my lashes. Ken did my toes and the work he did I could have done myself. Who doesnt like to get a real foot massage while getting a pedicure. Desiree was really nice great personality also.

Was told it would be a 15 minute wait, so I wait. 35 minutes later I leave. Done with this place. Wont be back. Following all the other regulars who no longer use this place. Used to be a great place, so sad.

I have gone to Veretian Nails for several years now and as of this day I vow to NEVER go back again. I felt the irritation and frustration from an employee after walking in at 9:15a.m. and trying to decide on a color for my nails, and the sad thing is their were only three other customers. Initially, things was tensed and later got better. I want to go in happy and leave happy! My mission statement is, if someone makes you feel like you are bothering them, leave immediately. I will not pay you to irritate me! NEVER, NEVER again!

I used to think Tammy was a good nail tech until she did the ugliest nail design Ive ever seen on anybody. I gave her a picture and all my nails should been a different shade of purple. She gave me a cotton candy, dark beige, burgundy, and glitter pink. I had to leave to pick my kids up from an event, but when I called to let her know that I was coming back to get a color change. She said they were closed and that was at 6:40 pm. The sign says they close at 7:00 pm. Tammy has a bad attitude anytime you dont agree to get any of the additional services she offers. Today, she was mad because anther nail tech was working on one of her customers. I paid $60 to Veretian then had to pay another nail shop to fix.

This place needs to close, or get better employees. I only came here, because my usual place (Lucy Nails) was crowded and I was in a rush (worst mistake ever). They dont know how to apply acrylic or better yet take off the prior nail polish before applying acrylic. Which is nails 101. Needless to say I went there, than had to go back to my usual spot to get my nails re-done.So this was my first time here, and defiantly my last. Hence, I shouldve ran for the hills, when we arrived and another customer was yelling about her service. Again, this place is horrible please BEWARE!!!!!!

I stopped by this nail salon on my way home from work. I was looking for a quick stop to get a toenail polish change. I went inside and noticed it was very dead for a Wednesday afternoon. I thought to myself they cant mess up a polish change. I was told to pick out a color. I hate when they say this. Its like they dont care how your day is or was, and do they really think we dont know we need to pick out a color? Anyway, I picked out a yellow color and sat at a spa chair. A pregnant lady came over, past an older gentleman, and began on my toes. She was rushing and she barely clipped my toenails. She ran the sander across my toes so quickly, and washed my toes with cold water. She then painted my toenails. The polish was so thick and uneven. It was horrible. She got up and left, when a girl came in to get lashes. I ushered for the older gentleman to fix my two big toes. He came over and did even worse. I wont go into detail. He was very nice. So I walked over to show another tech the horrible work and asked if someone could fix it. I was talked about in their language and told to calm down as I complained. Im so glad I found Jesus! Otherwise I would have cursed everyone out and walked out. A girl with a pig nose finished the three person toe nail polish change. SMH... please do not go here. The women dont have any class!!!!

I hate that a star is required or they would get a 0. The girl that did my nails was very sweet and friendly but the other woman there was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. After doing my pedicure in the chair that would not work properly, ( I really wanted that massage) she sat me own to do my full-set. Unfortunately it was as though she had just learned to do nails in the back of the shop five minutes before I arrived. First she had no idea how to remove nail polish...regular nail polish she opted to use the electric file, then after the other lady made comment she asks me is this gel polish or regular? Uh its regular but shouldnt a nail tech know this?? I had to ask repeatedly for her to cut them down which she keep trying to do with the regular nail file. I asked her to use the electric file because I wanted quite a bit cut down but she couldnt figure it out. She did not cut off or file down the nails that were lifting, she instead proceeded to put acrylic OVER old acrylic that was lifting. When I said something about it she kept apologizing but mean manager lady came and told me it was my fault because it was time for a brand new set and when I return they will do a new set! Two days later my nails look AWFUL!! They are lifting as expected and just looked like frankinsteins wifes hands. I went back in today to get my money back or have them fix them only to be told that although it was 6pm the manager was closing early today because he had a doctors appointment and I should return anytime tomorrow and he will fix them.....ummmmmmmmm nothing you. I will find a new nail shop around here somewhere.

What I personally look for in a nail salon is the variety/quality of their nail colors. This one had a horrible selection. I came in for a mani/pedi and while my pedi was being done two ladies were available for to do my mani but neither approached me to do so. 45 minutes passed and neither thought to begin my mani. A walk in comes through and suddenly they have something to do. Worst nail salon I’ve been to.
