When I arrived there there was a little hiccup in my reservation but Niyah helped me she found another Avenue for me too take and I walked in and drove out in a car. Thank you budget, niyah

I had a wonderful experience at Budget Rental! I was able to pickup and drop off at different locations to get the vehicle needed. Keviah @ Snellville was very friendly and the Ladies @ Lavista was very accommodating! Thank you all for such superior service upon my 1st experience with Budget Car Rental! Rented a 15 passenger van for my husbands 50th birthday to travel to Biloxi, MS this past weekend. A lady ran a red light and crashed into us on Saturday. We called Budget immediately and no one would assist us. They told us that we had to call this local office for assistance to get another vehicle to get home on Sunday but the office was closed. We had to stay another night at the hotel. I called the local office first thing Monday morning, told the representative what happened and she put me on hold to transfer me to a manager. The phone disconnected and they have not answered the phone since. Its now Tuesday morning and they still will not answer the phone or call me back. They left us stranded. I will NEVER rent from Budget again!! I finally called my insurance company and they got us a car from Enterprise and we made it home. Budget still will not answer my phone calls. Just awful customer service and they didnt seem to care about our situation. The worst rental experience ever!

5 for the service there but maybe a 2 for the logistics aspect of the company. As far as the 5, the young lady Alexis that was working did a great job. It was me and another customer there to pick up vehicles on a reservation only to not have any cars there for either of us! Hence, the 2 for logistics. So dealing with the frustration from the customers with no cars, Alexis did an amazing job staying professional and organizing a way to get vehicles there and take care of everyone. Great employee. Budget needs to make sure people who reserve a vehicle at a location will actually have the cars there!

The manager Laura is a racists and I do not understand why shes still working here. Shes a representation for Budget and its sickening that they will allow someone like this to represent their company. Its no reason a customer should have the police called on them because she stereotype them. When the police officer came out and told her she was wrong she didnt even apologize. She is a disgrace and do not need to be working with the public. I will be calling corporate and possibly an attorney. You dont get to embarrass, humiliate, stereotype, call law enforcers, and have a person to miss work and THOUSANDS of dollars because in your twisted mind you are superior to them. Its no reason a grown man should have to question himself on why someone is treating him unfair and is prejudice against him when in fact he did nothing wrong. Corporate you need to take care of this and this woman needs to be fired... immediately! Its no longer the time will come when we are all treated equal the time is NOW! I will keep everyone updated on how corporate handle this matter!

Ok so I just came from Chattanooga, although am from Atlanta and most of my business is in Atlanta... Or around Atlanta ....swear, I swear Ive been to uhaul multiple and a few budget...I will never come back to the budget ...cause me around $124 before mileages even started and I have a commercial account...the wait was freaking ridiculous...never have I waited so long, I had move job set was 2 hour late ..do your self a favor, dont come here but if you do come like early early..but honestly the women was very calm as if they was use to it..I like dealing with corporate not franchise its tax so heavy...just my opinion from a guy who has a truck but this occasion I rented a truck ..in retrospect should of went to uhaul..

Racist & waste of time. Wanted to rent a car for my daughters prom. Made reservations and everything. They refused to let me rent a car unless i had a “printed” paystub. I rush to go get the documents. Come back inside and they tell me they’re closing although it was minutes away from closing time. Unbelievable. Please do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Ordered and paid for an intermediate SUV similar to Ford Escape their words not mine. Was given a Ford EcoSport instead, which is nowhere near the size of an Escape, think Ford Fiesta size at best... When we complained about the oversight we were told Budget considers the EcoSport to be mid-sized SUV... Never again... Have rented literally 100s of cars in my day, everyone else tries to exceed expectations, not these guys...

Made reservation for full size. Didnt have any cars available. Called another location and tried to charge me more for compact car.

They were very racist to me and my family when we came in yesterday trying to rent a car. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism and the disrespect. Never expected to receive such horrible service. I do not recommend my people of color to come here.

I love this location. Ive used it many times. Its a small store and everyone wants perfection. You go in, wait your turn,, let them serve each customer, and there is no issue that cant be handled. Thanks guys,!

Waited 45 minutes for my truck to come from the Atlanta Airport then an additional 45 minutes for the long line and paperwork processing. bring your insurance with truck coverage and a utility bill if your going out of state. also be aware that theyre going to steal your money for 7 to 10 business days after you return the truck, the remainder of your deposit. making interest all the while on my money because its on the paperwork I signed, even though they didnt tell me that while I was there an hour and a half. did not give me my coupon from the website.

Based on demographics I love budget in Georgia Snellville and the airport location did me great budget in New York was not so good matter fact it was the worst $700 for a central for two days was a rip off the hidden fees and all the other things that came along a hundred dollars for toll payment two months later on my credit card horrible experience for New York but wonderful experience for Georgia

Rented a moving truck, easy & pleasanr.

I went on aug 31, the day before labor day. There was only one customer in front of us, but the phones wereringing off the hook. There was only one representative behind the counter. The phones literally rang off the hook the entire time we were there. Keith tried his best, but answers were very vague and well were not responsible for... This location was more than 30 minites away from my house, and the only Budget that had the car carrier available for reservation. Took at least 1 hour just to process my invoice and that was with a TWO MONTH RESERVATION IN ADVANCE. Apparently every location is different since theyre a franshice. All of his responses consisted of Well we dont do that at this location, or If we do that then its at the owners discretion. They dont even give you instructions on how to attached the car to the carrier! That should be a disclaimer before I even reserved a spot here. This is the second time Ive been disappointed with their service and policies. Will pay the extra few hindred next time to get U-Haul or somewhere else.
