Replaced read bumper and trunk lid. Did an excellent job and matched the paint color of the vehicle exact. Very fast service with excellent communications throughout the process. Service Rep Esther was very enjoyable to work with. All expectations were meet to my satisfaction. Would rate this shop 10+

I had some hail damage repaired as well as some body damage and scrapes on the side of my truck. Melissa and team at the San Ramon, Ca Caliber did a great job repairing the hail damage and also gave me a great discount on the body damage which I was paying out of pocket. I definitely would recommend this Caliber location for any repairs.

(First time here since this location changed names and ownership.) So far, the staff have been extremely courteous and empathetic with our situation. Knowledgeable staff and no issues with trying to get updates on our vehicles status, which is huge! We receive text updates as well. Safety appears to be a priority at this location, as staff wears masks. Much appreciated. We will definitely return to this location if anything comes up in the future. Thanks!

Best body shop! They gave me back my car looking almost as good as when I bought it. Would have been perfect but I’ve been hard on my wheels scraping them on curbs, etc. They kept me informed about the progress and if there were any changes or issues.I got it back when promised.

Repairs completed as promised. Car cleaned inside and out before my pickup. Returned my rental car for me. All around great experience. Highly recommend them.

Melissa coordinated with my auto insurance company and kept me informed continuously. My car was backed over by a large vehicle or truck in a parking lot and the bumper had to be replaced and the hood cleaned up. There was also damage to a light and front passenger corner of my car. I gave my car to Melissa on a Monday and it was ready by Thursday before closing. I would definitely use Caliber Collision again if my car needed body work.

Melissa from Caliber Collision kept me updated and informed frequently on my cars progress. Caliber Collision did a great job with my car repairs (it had been side swiped and scraped in a parking lot). The customer service was great. I went through my insurance (USAA). Highly recommend this place.

Caliber is a really good vehicle body repair facility. I was really happy with their work. The back gate of my SUV was damaged and bent out of alignment, and they took good care to make sure that not only was the body damage repaired completely, but you could tell that they took great care in making sure the gate closed properly and in true align with the body.

Could not be happier with the repair!! My NEW 2020 Jeep GC had a battle with a pole in a parking lot. Had used these guys before for another repair so I took it here. Dan Pleece was awesome! Got it in fast, kept me updated by text and email throughout the whole process. I don’t want to go back...... But if I ever need collision repair these guys will get it!!

They have such a bubbly and welcoming attitude here at Caliber Collision. Matt was the employee to take care of my car and boy, was I lucky! He’s such a nice guy who treated both my mom and I like human beings rather than just a regular customer. My car was ready on time and returned in perfect condition. My insurance company sent me here to get an estimate on the damage my truck received when I was rear ended on the HWY. A receptionist greeting me I told her that I was sent here by my insurance company for an estimate. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment? I said no, I am just here for an estimate. She stated all of her advisers were booked up for the day ( I was only the third vehicle in their parking lot and only the second in their lobby) She ask if I was available next week? I told her I wanted it done today and she again replied she had no one available. I told her that would just go to B&S Hacienda to get the estimate and I left. Less than two minutes down road I walked into B &.S Hacienda Auto Body and the gentleman that greeted me welcomed me in and asked how he could help. I told him I need an estimate and he replied “ok, let’s go see your vehicle”. 10 minutes later he had all the information and pictures he needed and I was on my way back home.To think that a business does not want to find 10 minutes to help a customer makes me question what the rest of Calibers service would have been like.

Took my car to Shaunie with Caliber Collision after an unfortunate incident with a blown tire striking my car on a recent road trip. From the first call to the day I picked up my car, the entire staff was friendly, efficient and I felt they authentically cared about my experience. Really glad we took my wifes car here. They were great to deal with, from start to finish. Kept us informed via text throughout the process, assisted with the loaner/rental, and did a great job on the car. Their front office was courteous, respectful of my time, and very responsive. Would recommend highly.

I had some work done on my car back in December. It came out looking like it was brand new and as if nothing ever happened. I was updated throughout the process and appreciated the customer service from start to finish. Months later I was contacted because of a mix up on my end with what I owed this company. Shawni was an absolute delight to work with. Normally hearing a call that you owe money isnt the most exciting thing. But Shawnis great nature and ability to help me understand where I want wrong was very much appreciated. She gave great customer service and helps make this companys reputation go a long way. Im appreciative of my great looking repair and my service even after all was complete.

They kept me informed most of the time that my vehicle needed to be at their shop from a car accident. It did take almost 2 months to complete my repairs but they were very communicative via email and phone calls to let me know the progress and hold up for the repairs needed moving forward. I only had to call the shop on the first scheduled estimated date of completion, which was sent through email. They informed me of the parts they were waiting on. Later during repairs they called me to let me know that they needed more time due to it not passing alignment. Overall great experience. Tony and Melissa were extremely helpful in the whole process.

Was sent here by my insurance to fix the cars trunk after the accident. They did great job with the trunk. The service was amazing. People who helped me were very nice.However, one of my tire pressure light was on ever since the accident. I was told that my tires were fine and the light was broken... which was not true (I found later on that my tire had a leak). I felt like the issues was neglected and I was misinformed.

Cooks Collision is what the sign says. Took a friend to pick up his car. Great workmanship. Seemed like the service writer was a little abrupt and scheduling his work was more difficult then it should have been. But, hey, the end product was worth the aggravation.
