Sam did an amazing pedicure. He took his time on my feet. The wait may be a little long at times but it is so worth it.

Pedi and full set and a manicure also. Dont know why cleaning and cutting cuticles is 15 extar. The pedi it was nice. My nails however did not last 2day. Got nails done on a Friday for my granddaughters 1st birthday on Saturday. Notice polish peeling off edges and tips and notice bubbles with small missed spots in Polish. Returned to shop Monday afternoon (was unable to return before then and staff was very short and the repair was horrible they didnt remove the bad Polish job just swiped a cotton swab damp w remover accross nail which did not remove any of the spots the slapped a new coat on and said we not clean nail only polish not sure what that meant as thats all wanted . I left went to Sallys got good Polish and did them myself. Wasntworth going back and I wont. Waste of good money 1st time going there so a lesson learned.

I went in to get a full set done. The lady that did my nails basically rushed my nail job. I only had $35 cash, but I asked if they do payments with the phone (Apple Pay). She said yes. So I asked for more designs and I said I would like to get my eyebrydone. I had the cash sitting on the table because I don’t like to dig in my pockets after getting my nails done. Well the lady rushed the job. Didn’t make sure my butterflies were placed all the way down with the glue. My nails are lumpy, uneven and look like my 3 year old did them. She didn’t even offer to do my eyebrows. That’s okay because I definitely won’t be back.

First and last time and worse place Ive ever being. They did a poor job on my nails. I asked for Dip in or Natural Nails with tip because my nails were very short. There is a bump in all my nails and everytime I tried to tell them, they always said they will fix it and at the end I complained about it and what they told me that the next time theyll do it better. I dont know why they always take you and started working on your nails and then jump to another customer without finish on your nails. I do know the reason, it just to hold that customer and not let it go but THAT IS NOT ETHICAL!!! I should give not 🌟 at all, if I could have the opportunity!! 😡😡

My daughter and I want to get our nails done and the did the worst job. Nails were uneven, after 3 days they came up and we went back they just patched them. Do not recommend them at all.

Very personable and efficiently done. Great conversationalist technicians who did exactly what I wanted. Equipment looks a bit dated but service is top notch and inexpensive. Had a lot of fun on a rainy day pampering myself and chatting about mutual college experiences with my nail artist. Also the waxing guy is a ball and damn good at what he does

I don’t know who the lady I spoke to was but I talked to a lady who was so so sweet and understanding and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted! Went very fast and I got coffin shaped nude matte acrylics for $25 a full set. Will be coming back again!

I went in to ask the price of a full set. The lady said “full set? Okay pick color!” I said no how much is a full set? Another girl told me 35 for full set gel. Told her I just wanted regular And she pushed and pushed for gel. Finally got it through her head I didn’t want gel. She told me 25 without gel but charged me 21. Can’t complain about that. I Sat down, she couldn’t speak much English so couldn’t understand anything I asked. The polish job was not good. The tips were not covered. I won’t return. See photo

My nails look like my 2 year old niece did them... never will I return to Hollywood. It’s always something. I try to give them the benefit of a doubt and go back just to get disappointment AGAIN!

The lady that did my nails did not take her time. The color came out uneven and the sides looked sloppy. I could’ve just painted my own nails at home. I told her it looked bad and all she did was put another clear coat on.

A little grungy, but you get treated like a family member....even more so once youve been a few times. Ive been going here since I was in high school (my nail technician reminded me of that today during my pedicure!!): almost fifteen years!

I got my nails done once here and the lady that did them did not try to make them look good at all, I would point things out but she wouldn’t try to fix it. But I can say, I just got my nose pierced and it’s been a week and everything is going good, definitely going back for my other piercings.

I’ve only been here twice and both times they messed up my nails. I don’t even know where to start. The lady kept hitting my finger and made it bleed trying to cut my cuticles. She then glued my nail to the skin under it, and half Of them are crooked. As well as I asked and paid for coffin and they look more like square. And when she went to go paint my nails she didn’t get the top so I just got them done yesterday and it looks like I had them for a week and a half. She also got up numerous times to go hold conversations with other customers. My who experience was terrible. Never again. Ima just go to minas. It’s rigjt there and I heard I was way better.

Never get your lashes done here . Idk what glue he’s using but I never experience the pain and irritation at the eyes before . And he did the lashes way to quick . Most of the lashes was glue on my eye lids 😒

Great job on eyebrows. Consistent

I went there three days ago to get my eyebrows and chin waxed with my fiancee. At first everything was good. She got her eyebrows done as well. Well he does my eyebrows somewhat rushed because they were busy. (First red flag) Then he starts on my chin/ neck area. I have dark corse hair as well as a good bit of soft lighter hair. He puts the wax on and when he rips it up i feel and instant pain and burn like Ive never experienced with waxing. He did the same place a few more times even though my fiancee and myself informed him he should pluck the hairs that remained because wax doesnt do the trick on them. He moves on to the rest and that one spot is still stinging and bruning. Once he is done he gives me the mirror and i noticed what seems to be my skin is missing from a big area on my chin!!! When we asked what that was and if it was my skin he brushed it off and said it was just wax residue. We check out we were charged a total of $32. We left a 6 dollar tip as well not realising how bad my chin was. Once in the car I mention that my chin really hurts still. So my finacee put her flash light on and we realise that in fact my skin was gone!!! She called him and he again acted like it was no big deal and it was probably just a reaction to the wax and not my skin. So we go on about our day. The skin on my chin became increasingly more red and sensitive. There was no denying he had pulled my skin up with the hairs we told him to pluck. I go back today to see what could be done cause now i have this nasty scab that will more than likely leave me sacred. He still tried to say it was nothing and that my a skin was just sensitive. When i asked for our money back he got ugly with me and said the most he could give me is $5! That wasnt even the whole amount of the tip we gave him!! Not to mention his wife was very rude to me when I went to get my measly $5. I left with tears in my eyes and just so frustrated. I will NEVER go back. They CANNOT do nails. Like they the nails are see through, they missed the whole nail, put to much glue. They just cant do nails im never coming here again. Once you pay them they stop trying.
