I am an actress who is doing a show in Chicago. I needed natural looking hair extensions for the role I was playing. I went to Chicago Hair extension and my hairdresser was Jen. I love the way my hair looks because the extensions look natural. All my friends love my new look. The next time I visit the north shore, I’ll be back again for another appointment. Love this place!

I have always had a full, thick head of curly long hair, but since I caught COVID-19, my hair has never been the same. It would not grow and I had no idea just how thin my hair was from behind until I went to meet the owner, Jennifer Moore, at Chicago Hair Extensions Salon for my initial consultation. Jennifer took pictures of the front & back of my hair. Needless to say, I was mortified at how terrible the condition of my hair looked from behind (especially knowing all of the money I had spent over the years trying to repair my hair). I felt hopeless. I was scared to make the change- the decision to di it......... I liked the salon and the entire staff were warm and welcoming. The salon was clean and I felt comfortable with how professional the process was. So, I made the appointment to come back two weeks later to meet with Jennifer Moore, the owner. Bottom line: If I could give Chicago Hair Extensions Salon in Skokie, a 10-star Rating, I would! In only two-hours, after Jennifer finished, I literally sat in her chair and cried tears of joy! I had my full head of long curly hair once again and it looked completely natural! The color couldnt have been any more perfect and it was obvious that Jennifer knew exactly what she was doing. They had wonderful hair products and an entire makeup line (reasonable priced), which I loved (and highly recommend the eye concealer which provides incredible coverage). What I really appreciated, was the fact that as friendly as the Staff were, they did not push or hard sell their other products or services on me. The finished product made me feel hopeful again. I could look at myself in the mirror and like what I saw. I felt confident in my appearance and was so happy that I could look like that again. I found that inner contentment again........After my divorce and having to solely raise four children and work 16+ hours a day for decades, I had lost myself along the way. Today, I am back. I am happy, confident and free! All of my children cant stop smiling when they look at me. They tell me I look ten years younger because I look like a natural, healthy young woman again. I cannot thank Chicago Hair Extensions Salon enough for changing my life!I have my full head of long curly hair I used to have my entire life and I feel amazing (Btw- the eye concealer they sell is by far, has the best coverage and if you want to get permanent eye lashes, as well, there are plenty of StaffMy four children all tell me I look ten (10) years younger! Myu natual full head of curly hair is easy to care for, easy to brush and I have touched up the gray hair and it was easy & simple -- I am sold for life! My experience at this salon was incredible. I went in for my free consultation with Ashley and she recommended me what method was best for me depending on my lifestyle. For example, I told her that I dont really put my hair up as much and that I always like to curl it and wear it down. We went with the Natural Beaded Row hair extensions and Im in love! She color matched my hair perfectly and made my short choppy hair look beautiful by adding over 4 inches in length with the extensions ! Ashley was so sweet and very outgoing. She told me how she was born into the hair industry, so right there I knew I was in good hands. She was very gentle and at no point did the installation feel uncomfortable. I got hair extensions done by Ashley last month. My hair used to be medium length but with these extensions, it now down to my waist. I love the way they look and I been getting a lot of compliments. One thing I appreciate is how my hairdresser Ashley explained all the different prices. These are a lot better than the cheap clip I used to wear.

Ashely put micro-links extensions in my hair 2 months ago and they still look great! I needed to hair extensions because I wanted to be able to style it in different ways. And these have made such a big difference in how I feel about myself! I cannot believe it me. All my friends want to get theirs done too, after seeing mine.

I saw Jennifer for the consultation and then made my appointment for hand tied extensions. I can barely tell the difference between my own hair and the beaded wefts. After she put them in she explained how to care for them. I like that these extensions are safe on my hair. I can wear them to the pool and put them in pony tail with no problems.

I think I got an incredible deal on eyelash extensions training by going to this salon. I researched all the individual lash extension training courses online and this salon had the best prices. There were only 3 other people in my class so I was able to get individual instruction. Jewels and Jen went into great detail to explain how to do lashes. I wish training were available more than just Sundays, but I was able to make it work. If you are trying to find an affordable place to enhance your salon career, Chicago Lashes is worth the money spent on training.

My natural hair is so thin and short so I have been getting hair extensions since I have been in high school and I have spent a ridiculous amount of money on them for years. The salons I have been to were way overcharged and didnt even have good service. I went to Chicago Hair Extensions to receive their So Cap Extensions and their service and price was better then I could have imagined. It was reasonably price and Jenny was great and made the experience even better. My extensions were soft and shiny, and it made my hair so voluminous, I could not have asked for a better ending result. I have never received such genuine and great treatment from a salon in a long time. The salons location is right next to Old Orchard Mall so I did a little shopping with my new hair right after and grabbed some lunch, it was very convenient and everything about the experience was worth it. I have recommended Chicago Hair Extensions Salon to all my friends and continue to go their religiously. It is a great place with great service and great people. LOVE it

I saw jenny to get my hair extensions done because I had really thin hair. When I looked in the mirror I couldn’t believe how much better I looked. She even showed me how to use the hair iron to make them really straight. They lasted a lot longer then the cheap ones I was getting online. I can’t wait to get them done again.

Ive been to their Chicago location, so I decided to go to the north suburbs ASAP once I heard about that place opening up. I love, love, love the ombre fusion extensions that Jenny gave me. They feel so natural and nice on my hair. Super friendly people, really quality service. Love it!

I dreamed of getting my eyes hooked up with big lashes for a family reunion in Chicago. This salon made my dreams come true. Shirley the receptionist here was kind enough to answer all my questions about the procedure. She suggested i get the semi-dramatic eyelashes extensions because I have almond shaped eyes. The lashes look flawless. Ive been back two times since my initial appointment. Both visits were a pleasure.

Ive been to many lash salons and the Skokie location is by far the best yet!!! This was my first time there and the whole staff was super nice and polite. Had a great experience from beginning to end. The receptionist made me feel welcomed and my stylist was awesome gave me what I was looking for!! Ive been wanting 18 inch extensions all summer long and made it my goal to get them done before school started back. The only problem was I had to wait an extra month for my hair to grow a little longer before actually getting it done. I put down my deposit with Ashley for great lengths extensions. She suggested that we color my hair first before having the hair installed. It seemed like that month took forever for my hair to grow out but Im glad that I did. Ashley dyed my hair then put in six bundles. Total cost was reasonable compared to the quotes I was getting at other salons. One draw back was traffic around the mall is crazy but since there is a parking lot it wasnt that bad. After the Holiday break in six months I plan on having them done here again. Im totally addicted to having long locks now. Love this salon.

I travel to the Chicago area a few times a year on business and heard from some friends about this salon. I got my eyelash extensions done right after Christmas, before heading back home to the Philippines. The salon is so professional and clean. My eyelashes lasted over six weeks and were really easy to take care of. My beauty stylist was named Moon. She is really good at the Volume Eyelashes technique. I will go back again the next time Im in Skokie.

This place is excellent t at hair extensions as the stylists themselves have a sense of professional style unlike the last salon I make the mistake of going to where the woman was clown like. They are knowledgeable . and so pleasant . It is a wonderful salon that knows what they are doing. I am so happy I went here.

I couldnt find anyone in Highland Park that does really good eyelash extensions. With everything Ive read about false eyelashes, I wanted to give Chicago Lashes a try. Crystal applied double eyelashes and they look so pretty. Im not going to those expensive salons again. Well worth the price..

I had the tape ones before and she convinced me to switch to fusion which require less maintenance. I cant even feel them. Ive been having so much fun experimenting with so many new hair styles since I was so limited with keeping my hair down or low pony tails with the tapes. High long pony tails have become my everyday look. See you guys in 4 months! =)

I called the salon to ask about getting hair extensions and spoke with Crystal. She answered a lot of my questions on the phone and offered me a free consultation. When I got there a stylist Jennifer explained the different costs involved for the strand by strand method. After thinking about it, I decided to get Great Lengths extensions. I went from having hair to my shoulders to 21 inch hair extensions. So happy to take selfies now with the longer hair!

I finally found a place that does eyelash extensions for men near Highland park. My natural eyelashes grow okay but I wanted a little extra pop to stand out in photos. Chicago Lashes really went beyond my expectations on my eyes. Cant wait to go back again in a few months.

I called Chicago Lashes from my hotel and spoke to Crystal about the services. She eased my concerns. I made the appointment as a gift to my self for my birthday. The lashes look fantastic. I started to notice right away that people made eye contact with me a lot more. The lashes actually give me more self confidence when Im talking to new people. Chicago Lashes Skokie isnt a big place. I can best describe it as a Lash Lounge thats adorable and cute. This place is my new beauty secret!

Who knew the best hair extensions salon was so close to Vernon Hills. My sister told me to stop wearing the cheap clip-in hair and try something a little more permanent. After some nudging, she persuaded me to talk to see Jenny.I will never go back to back to getting them off ebay again. It took her about 4 hours to do the installation but it was so worth the time. The real hair strands she used blended so well with my natural hair that sometimes I even have a hard time remembering that I have them in. Its been 3 1/2 months and they still look like new. I already made another appointment for my next visit to town

Ive been to Chicago Lashes before but this was the first time I went to their North Shore location. I saw Christina for my lash appointment because I dont like the flare lashes from nail salons. They are just not the same as the high quality individual eyelash extensions from Chicago Lashes, plus they last a lot longer. Their city location is nice, but parking is way better at their salon in Skokie since its by the mall. Im going here from now on.

Ask for Ashley! The prices are cheap and the service is guaranteed AMAZING! Theyll even do free touch ups if youre unhappy. Definitely the only place to go!

Getting lash extensions is a treat Ive always wanted. When Chicago Lashes opened in Skokie, I was so happy. Before my appointment, I asked my stylist Christina all about the process. Unlike so many other spas, she explained everything plus showed me before and after pictures. I think she had really good training because my eyelashes are flawless. The salon is so close to Old Orchard Mall that I was able to walk next door to have lunch with my mom afterwards.

Thos is my first time getting my lashes done. I have to say that I am very happy with the results. Its easy to schedule an appointment, the receptionist is very nice and accommodating. My stylist was Giselle, I asked her for a natural look, she explain the process and I love the end result, they look natural 100%. I will be coming here again! The entire staff is soo friendly and courteous. A+++

Jenny did a great job with my hair and went out of her way to accommodate me when there was a schedule change.

Their Chicago location has never let me down so I decided to give the one out by the north suburbs a try. I called with questions about getting highlights done for medium hair extensions. Ashley was really thorough about answering all the questions I had. Yea I probably went overboard with questions but only because I wanted my hair to look pretty for my cousins Kinsenyeta . I just refuse to wear secret extensions anymore. We did the free consultation a week later which lasted about 15 min. She showed me the before and after examples of work she had done before, so I was totally sold. Ashley explained that she has been doing hair for years so I felt completely comfortable picking the ombre bleach look. Fast forward a few days later to the actual installation. The salon was busy on the day I went which was probably the reason it took the entire morning for her to finish. My hair really looked much better than what I had imagined in my mind. I asked her to style and curl them which she did at no extra charge. Im still a big fan of their city store but from now on I think Ill be coming out here to Skokie because the parking is just a lot easier. Thank you for going above and beyond my own expectations.

This has to be my favorite hair salon because the hairdresser gives me a whole new look. I wanted platinum blonde hair extensions to really excite my boyfriend. I tried Secret extensions and the Sallys hair extensions and in a word they looked too cheap. Jenny is among the best stylists I know because she actually listens to exactly what I want. Yea, four hours is a little long to wait to get them installed. Since I only get them done 2x a year its not that bad. The hair salons in Schaumburg where I live are pretty good, but they dont specialize in this particular service. Im a huge fan and will keep on visiting in the future.

I visited the Skokie location and my initial response to their business was positive since after having my lashes fall out, I was easily set up right away for an appointment to replace those lashes. I thought this was a good service, which makes one think that if there were any problems with ones lashes that it would be worth the money since they had this service. I got two fixes on my lashes within the same month and while the first one was free, they hadnt mentioned why it was free, and because that appointment was giving me lashes that were falling out for a second time, I believed that it would be an easy fix if I called in regarding this issue. Well, while I was on the phone with the person who scheduled me in, she quickly took my information and didnt bother to mention that this was going to be a charged service. I guess we ought to know whether its a charged or not for some reason. First strike. Still, I believed that explaining that its because there was a problem with my lashes that first week but got progressively worse, I had explained this to the person who scheduled me in and I believed that would have been understood. Nope, strike two. No explanation of their policies until they expect you to fork up some money because of an error from the receptionist themselves. Great.So without any feedback regarding this earlier, Im expected to pay this time around.Really? This was the first time Ive ever been notified of this. They went into explain that since I didnt call with in the first and a half (I called in two weeks post) that they were going to go ahead and charge me. Geez. No social graces, and incredibly unprofessional since I made sure to explain that this was a problem not on my behalf and their policy was kind of unforgiving. Still, I get nothing.They only say that They will waive this fee if I decide to never come back. If thats how they treat all their guests, I can imagine why Im pulling up some difficult responses in the internet regarding their hair extensions places.Then to top it off, I get a follow-up call from the owner Jennifer. I find her nice and able to explain that she would like all her customers to have a good experience. And that the fee would be waived for customers who return like me. Which totally satiated my feeling for customer satisfaction and which would make me a long customer way down the line.Except that its been three days since that visit. And I do have another problem with my lashes. But just because I now know of the week grace period now, I figure I can come back since I could benefit from a quick touch up. Yet.. Unbeknowst to me again, I get that terrible receptionist who after finding out who I was, says that unfortunately I am not being accepted into their salon again (this was the last straw since after speaking with Jenny the owner she never once had let me know that she decided to say that I was not allowed back for their services again. What?!? At least out of the real customer service that is far from available any way at your Skokie location you could try to acknowledge this occurrence via email since that first phone call which you try and appeal to receiving my services again. I have nothing bad to say about their Chicago location, but I honestly am critiquing the staff and owner with such poor etiquette and faulty advertising to suggest problems to begin with at this establishment. And for creating a shameful and poorly executed business here, Jen, I believe youre Out.

Please be aware of this awful place!!!! You may end up without lashes or hair ( if you are doing hair extensions)!!! I am another victim of this place!! The owners husband always deletes bad real reviews!!!! He is a computer guru!!!!I ended up with an awful damage!!!!!!
