My wife needed a new place to get her nails done, so with some help from Google I found Crystal Nails — and boy did I make points with her!!!! Everyone was super friendly, her nails look fantastic and she loved their super comfortable vibrating chairs. She literally would not stop talking about how much she liked the place! Big W for me!

My daughter and I went for a pedicure. Service was quick, friendly and most importantly, clean. This was our first time going and as Skokie residents, we will be back!

I go here once in a while and am always so happy with my experience. Today was my birthday and I went for a mani/pedi. Everything was great. I got such a wonderful leg massage and felt so pampered. They also did such a great job for my nail request of a pink French tip manicure. Great value for a reasonable price.

Great service with hot rock massage as part of the standard pedicure. Safety precautions in place provide safety without making it too impersonal.

This place should get a medal for their COVID precautions! Touchless door to enter and exit the salon, temperature taken, name and number taken, plexiglass used at every station, paper covers on all pedicure chairs. Gloves worn by technician. Flawless.They have a special sign for women going to a mikvah. Nice touch.Very nice staff. The woman doing my nails was so polite that when she had a side conversation with another staff member in Korean she turned to me and told me what they were talking about! That made me feel cared for more than the awesome leg, hand and back massages!They had more colors to choose from than most places. I’ve been to many places in the area. I highly recommend this place, especially during the pandemic. They have reduced pricing on Mon-Wednesday. I’ll be back!

Excellent experience here for myself, a few friends and my young daughter. They take covid very seriously here, Which eases your mind. The care they take when doing pedicures and manicures is pretty rare. They dont use acrylics (i think) so it never smells like a nail salon in here. Its family run and they all seem very happy working. The standard pedi uses hot stones and parafin. Call to make an appt i usually get in same day, and they r really friendly.

This is my new nail place when Im at my boyfriends. He lives in Lincoln Square, and its about 15 minutes away, where I pass numerous other nail salons. Totally worth it! The ladies here are so nice, and incredibly talented. Ive been twice, and Ill absolutely be back!

So nice! They keep clients spaced out by appointments, my pedicure was great, awesome leg and foot massage, hot stone treatment, and paraffin wax treatment included. The polishing part was very attentive. Ill be back!

I never leave reviews but I had an amazing experience. This place is family run, everyone was so sweet and they steadily made sure I was happy with their work throughout my mani/pedi. I will definitely be a regular here and refer my friends as well.

I walked in 45 minutes to closing, there was only one other customer there. They quickly got me into a pedicure chair and ZAYA met me. She did a fantastic job, made me feel comfortable and they also massage you!

I love this nail salon!! I only get pedicures but they truly give the best customer service and always do a great job. They even give you a hot stone massage on feet and legs, feels so relaxing. Great color selection, great prices, very very friendly staff. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is amazing as is the staff!I was in the area, googled a place for nails with easy parking & bingo.I will be driving the 6 miles from the city where there are salons on every corner, just to be appreciated & pampered at Crystals!!!One year later, even after waiting for them to reopen, Ill never go anywhere else!Youll never find a better pedicure and they take safety to the very top!

I have never had such a great pedicure! Zaya went above and beyond. This was my first pedi since the pandemic so she had a lot of work to do! She noticed and removed a painful corn that no pedicurist has ever noticed before. She also removed a painful ingrown toenail. They give you a hot stone massage which I had never had before. It was amazing. And then while my nails dried, Zaya gave me a back massage! The place is so clean and sanitized and everyone wears masks and gloves. The door is even hands free, you open by waving your hand. I highly recommend!!

I read some bad reviews about this place from a year ago or so but I honestly had a wonderful experience today. Being a first time, I happend to be in the neighborhood. I went there and they did a fantastic job. The last time I had pedicure done was months ago and after having a long and cold winter you can imagine how bad my feet looked. An hour later I walked out with “happy” looking perfect nails and feet and very relaxed after getting a wonderful massage too. $30 well spent. It’s worth it. I’ll be going again when being in the neighborhood. Thank you ladies!

Im from out of town, here for a wedding, and I needed my nails done, we decided on crystal nails because it was close. Me and my mom are used to going an ok nail salon from where we are from.the pedicures are out of this world I just went in the pool and they are still perfect. The chairs are so relaxing and they massage you so well. I have VERY short nails and the lady who did my nails did a spectacular job. After that they massage your back while your nails are drying which feels amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the hot stone massage. I wish we lived closer they give you a punch card that I wont be using soonI wish I could though

This is an excellent establishment. It is a mom and pop place and the daughter works also. Everyone makes you feel like you are special and the client service is well beyond the norm. All the employees are experts at manicures and pedicures and they go the extra mile with little added in services like wax treatments and hot stone leg massage all for the same reasonable price. The clientele are friendly and the place is clean and relaxing.

One of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had! My sister and I went there for mani/pedis and everyone was so friendly! I didn’t feel like they rushed through the process and actually cared about their work/making it an enjoyable experience (which I’ve never really found at other salons). Would definitely recommend it! Also they prefer cash tips, which I didn’t know beforehand, so figured I would add that here for others :)

They took the time on my pedicure as well as the massage. They were not in a rush and that made me feel valued and I really needed that extra couple minutes of massage as well thank you!!!

First time. Ill be back!I had a no chip polish removal with foil wraps and a nail file (no drilling!) And reapplication of a new no chip color.Great service with a nice chair massage at the end.

Worst experience ever! During the pedicure the lady had cut into my skin multiple times. Drawing blood three times. Gave her another chance and did my nails. I was utterly disgusted at the final product. I had asked for a purple matte color and a gold accent and got a hideous purple and orange glitter instead. The service was horrible I tried to tell her what was wrong and she did not understand. They saw I was unhappy and could not get me out of there fast enough so the other clients wouldnt notice. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. I am completely and utterly disappointed and disgusted.

My daughter n her friend went for mani/pedi last evening for their prom. They loved the place n excellent service they received they are very happy, and would definitely go back n recommend this place 100%.

The worst service of my life. PLEASE DONT EVER GO THERE. she made me bleed getting acrylics and just did them like what ever. She didnt take the time to make them look natural. They look bulky and just horrible. Ive gotten bad in other places but this was beyond the worst place ever. I will never ever go there in my life. Not changing my nail place again. Worst service. She just wanted to get me out of the place and charge me 35 dollar for the most ugliest nails in my life.

Very disappointing! Went there to change a nail polish. Had to ask manicurist to fix here and there a couple of times - she did a very sloppy job! At the end she had a nerve to ask if I have a cash for her tips!!

The owner was very rude. She kept speaking in Vietnamese to the other workers (I presume about me) and she really did not know how to do my nails to the point where I had to start scaling back the service I was asking for from like wanting a mani + pedi to...just being okay with a polish change...etc. If you get white polish, it really shows how messy her work is. I am sure she never went to school for doing nails.

If no stars was an option best believe I would select that. I went to this salon on Wednesday 5/2/18 and I had the worst experience ever. I came into the salon about 8 o’clock, an hour before closing. The lady who did my set I believe was the owner. She was very rude and she wouldn’t let my friend sit with me, she said I kept moving, and this and that. She did a terrible job. She burnt me with the glue, and when I had my hands under the gel lights, my fingers were burning. I asked her why, and she completely ignored me. They are so uneven and every one is a different shape.

Very disgusting place, she was rushing to finish my nails. You can still see the nail polish I had on my nails before I got my nails done. I have bubbles in my nails because of her rushing and I just got them done 2 days ago. I won’t be going back but I love the color I picked out. Plus it was pretty pricey.

I just loved all the extras at Crystal Nails. Although it is a bit more than I am used to paying for a mani-pedi, it is definitely worth it. Besides their lovely massage chairs, you not only get a wonderful massage with both your mani and pedi. The pedi includes parrafin wax on your heals after they have been scrubbed and the mani includes dipping your hands in hot wax which makes them so much softer. A very friendly shop. Everyone was really nice to deal with. I am definitely going back and bringing friends with me!
