Good nail work however had to wait 1 hour to started on my nails, walked in she took me back immediately and started clipping my nails as I told her what I wanted, she then said she had another client and that I would have to wait ( why didnt she say that before she took me back and started clipping my nails), I arrived at 11:50am left at 2:45 pm thats a long time, if she had just said that she already had a client when I first walked in I would of just went somewhere else and saved time.

Been going to this shop for years now and Rosie is the best acrylic nail artist ever. She is friendly, professional and keeps a great shop! During this Covid time, she is following all guidelines for a safe experience. The chairs for pedicures are great...sometimes I just want to stop in to get a quick back rub!! There is a wide selection of polish colors too!We need to support our small businesses right now more than ever!

One of the best pedis I’ve had in years! Thi (Tee) was wonderful. Over an hour, with a wonderful (long) massage and meticulously applied shellac polish. $42 (+don’t forget to tip!) and worth every penny. Extremely careful with cleaning and sanitizing as well. I’m so glad I returned to NC. Love these kind talented people! ❤️

Since I moved out here these are the only ladies I trust to do my nails. Great service and good quality polish. They take covid precautions seriously. And the environment is always relaxing. Love Them!

The salon is always clean, the workers are always nice and listen to what you say when your getting your services. I have been coming this salon for over 10 years now. The owner and all of the workers are very kind. Its become easier to book appointments online or over the phone. With COVID, they do check your temperature and have you sign a waiver. People are also spread out to ensure safe social distancing. A little massage is included with your mani/pedi which is always pleasant. Sometimes you have to wait a little past your scheduled appointment to get in, but I recommend coming here and supporting local business.

Been going to this place for a few years now. It’s this great lil nail salon that’s quiet snd peaceful. Has a huge selection of colors for you to choose from and different options for relaxing while getting mani/pedi. Very clean with covid and all going on.

I was very happy with the work I got done, gel refill with two nail designs, also color change on the toes. They were very sweet, clean, and detailed. The lady (believe her name is Mandy) was such a sweet heart and patient with my requests. They have SO MANY COLORS!!!! I have officially found my new spot!

Ive been getting my nails by Justin since I moved to this area. I was so nervous and was having hard time finding a new place in North Seattle area. He does an amazing job! Mind you Im one the most pickiest person and he is so patience with me and so calm. He is super nice and friendly.

5 stars for the quality of the fill and shellac. Im cautiously optimistic about the service. Ive been in 3 times. 2 of the 3 have been great. 1 was challenging but I had the time to be patient. When the owner is the go to person, its hard to grow a business unless you find comparable employees. Theres work to be done on that front.

I have been coming to Nail Code for 8+ years. Ive brought a bunch of friends here - some are very particular - and we have always had a wonderful experience. Always top notch. Everything is clean, comfortable and very high quality. Our next appointment is in 3 days. Cant wait!

I have been coming here for 7-8 years, used to love the place because they are open on Sundays and had great techs, the place is clean and they always have something fun on TV. But that was then and this is now.. and now is not great. Theyre always super busy now (good for them, right?) but that means it is difficult to get in even with an appointment, and then when you are being seen, they keep stopping and changing technicians based on the walk-in traffic. The second to last time I was there I had four different techs on a simple pedicure and the results were (not surprisingly) uneven at best. The last time I was there (and it was the last time, Im not going back) I made an appointment for 12pm and was told when I arrived that I would have to wait for at least 45 minutes because they had taken several walk-ins. Heres the deal--if you take appointments, manage your walk-in traffic accordingly. Or, dont take appointments and base your business on walk-in traffic only. The whole reason I make an appointment is so I dont have to wait, right? Either way, Im done with the place. Clearly they dont value long-time customers, so I now go across the street to Happy Nail-- a two-chair nail salon that is appointment only and they do excellent work.

The shellac manicure I got didnt even last 2 weeks. She did it so fast! I went back, asked them to take off the shellac, trim and buff my nails. This too was done poorly and super fast. Theres still color on my nails and they did a poor job filing and shaping. Both times I had scheduled appointments too. Truly disappointed, I use to go here more frequently, but the quality of work has definitely gone down hill.

I called and asked for an appointment, which they said they were free for (I got a full set of acrylics & a friend got a pedicure). However it was clear towards the end of the manicure that they really didnt have enough time for us. The shapes of my nails are irregular, and the polish on the tips isnt very good - clearly rushed. She even put on my top coat while I was at the drying station, having already sat someone else in my seat. Obviously, this was not conducive to a good top coat job, and one nail was completely forgotten while others where not applied all over the nail. Also, she used a drill file on my natural nails - not good. I have naturally thin nails and she seems to have been pretty heavy handed with the drill, so my fingers are still hurting. Overall, Ill be back for pedicures but no more acrylics. Im on the hunt for somewhere that is more professional/careful. However, if youre a long time acrylic getter then this place will be fine - as run of the mill Asian nail places go, this one is good. I am just looking for something a little more detail oriented when it comes to my hands.

We called late in the day to get a Mani Pedi. They didnt have any openings. Within a half an hour, we got a call saying they could see us! We got there and didnt even have to wait. The tech was so nice to my granddaughter. Her name was Rosie. Such a nice woman. Well be back

Im a regular that get my nails and pedicure every two weeks. I work down town in Bellevue and I called to let them know that I was on my way to my appointment. I called to let them know I was running about ten minutes late. Once I made it there she asked, if I could book an appointment on a later date. I asked her why, when I just called to let you know I was running a little late.. This was so disappointing because I go to them so often.. I really hope they treat there customers much better.

The last 2 times I went, my actual appointment with the person I wanted was ignored and I got someone else. Last time it took 2 hours to do a gel umbre French, even so the surface of my nails was rough, not polished. It now looks like top coat over a sandpaper finish. My technician sort of ignored my presence, in one case actually made me get up in the middle of my service, move and wait while she did someone elses polish change. All this for over $50. I wont ever go back, worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a nail salon.

Terrible, terrible, terrible and terrible! First, during my pedicure, the worker clips my skin and makes my toe bleed. Ouch! Then, while getting my acrylic nails removed from a different worker, she opens up a cut I had on my finger -- even though I showed her the cut and told her to be careful -- and now my finger is gushing. Then, while walking back from the sink, I fall because there is water on the floor I did not see and hydroplane right on my butt. Now my back and hands hurt from the fall. Then, in the middle of doing my nails the worker sees a customer sitting at the table next to me not getting helped, stops what shes doing and says shes been waiting a long time, and leaves me sitting there to go start on the other customer. It wasnt until I said something she call someone else over to finish filing my nails. THEN, if all that isnt bad enough, I am charged $38!!! I paid and before leaving demanded they take me out of their system vowing never to return. Ten minutes after leaving, they call me back and offer a refund. (I guess they figured it was cheaper than a law suit!). When I get home I see my toe nails are cut crooked and blood has built up under the polish where I was clipped. Disgusting.

I have been coming here for awhile now and I have enjoyed almost every experience until this weekend. I booked an appt with the gal I have been always seeing, pedicure and eye brow wax. I got a call to see if I could come in early and of course I came in a little early. Upon walking into my appt I find out Im not seeing the girl I always see and someone else, fine whatever. When she was done doing my pedicure I sat there and waited about 20 min while the girl who was supposed to do my eyebrows was busy with another person. I finally was like, Im not waiting anymore and paid and left. I dont know if I will ever go back, I was able to make an appt with another salon I trust (bliss nails in everett) great place.
