I just had the best pedicure ever by Susan. She did a thorough and professional job on my toes :) she was very pleasant and thoughtful.I highly recommend this beautiful upscale nail salon. They make a great mimosa too!

The crux of my review: like most nail salons Stella charges $13 (some charge $15) add on for gel polish but don’t want to take the time to apply it properly. As a cosmetologist I know the price difference between a standard bottle of polish and a bottle of gel (minimal) so I’m honestly already annoyed about the upcharge.I went in for a pedicure yesterday. The service was adequate. The massage was lack luster.I paid for the upgrade to gel polish so that I could put my shoes on right away and not wait for regular polish to dryI got home and took my shoes off and the gel polish hadn’t cured so it had smudged and rubbed off.I went back today to have it fixed. Same problem. So now my polish looks like my 3 year old applied it and I’ll have to pay for a full polish change at another nail salon.The polish has to be applied in thin coats and the led light has to be applied for the proper amount of time. Skipping or shortening steps to be faster causes poor resultsI won’t be back.

This place will get you in the same day. I only had pedicures here. Overall good job, they get you in and out quickly. They have drinks here but you may not be offered one. Getting out of your chair could be a challenge since they like to leave their nail carts and stools in your way. I like them for their speedy service and they get me out quickly. If you like to relax, this may not be the place for you.

Absolutely loved it here! Got a deluxe pedicure and really loved my whole experience. The atmosphere is relaxing with nature videos on the TVs but still fun - they played great music!The massage chairs feel amazing and so did my service. A lot is included in the basic pedicure package and with the deluxe I got a hot stone leg massage too. All the staff were very kind and took good care of me. I will definitely come back!

They were super nice and accommodating to what I asked for. The quality is great and I felt super comfortable. I have already recommended this to friends and family and will be going back!

Can’t go wrong with complimentary drinks! They all do a great job on my acrylic nail fills as well. Definitely worth the price!

2/5 stars because my acrylic nails done by Vivian were nice (although it did take a very long time). However, my pedicure was not done well whatsoever. Instead of fixing the issue, they just offered a small percentage off. Additionally, after all that time I still could not get my eyebrows done as promised. I would not recommend this nail salon, even with the complementary mimosa.

Unexpectedly lovely; it feels like youve been transported to Vegas or New York when you walk in! Im not giving this 5 stars because my experience was not very smooth, starting with getting the wrong beverage (twice)... Moreover, my pedicure provider could not understand me and would not call anyone over to translate; the lady sitting next to me had to get involved 3x to help (not super relaxing for her either). My manicure on the other hand was smooth and amazing!

Nice big salon with complimentary drink and fast and friendly service. I had deluxe pedi and luxury mani, well worth the price as both included hot stone massage and all the products felt and smelled good. Will definitely go back.

This was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Beautiful environment, peaceful space, and the massage and hot stones lasted so long- it was truly amazing. Pedicures often feel like “come get your nails done, and get a little massage on your legs and feet too.” This is more like “Come get a leg and foot massage, and do your nails while you’re at it.” Beautiful job on the color, the chairs were really comfortable and had great massage settings. This place is wonderful - I’ll DEFINITELY be coming back!

We called the morning of and were able to get an appointment for 5 people to come in at 1pm. We had great customer service and we all got awesome pedicures and manicures. I would highly recommend this salon. The prices are fair for the quality.

Went to get my nails done and had the best experience they look absolutely amazing and Susan was awesome! She was very professional and had a steady hand. I highly recommend coming here to get your nails done :)

My two friends and I went to get our nails done,The lady made me bleed 3 times, and the nails has little spots where they did not put nail polish. It really hurt when she did most of the things. My other friend did patterns on her nails and it’s not really like the reference she showed the lady. If you want to do custom designs do not come here, otherwise, it’s fine.

Susan was so detailed and took great care of my feet! I’m a cook so I extra appreciate the attention to detail and my comfort. Very clean and enjoyable experience I will be taking my friends and family back here

My daughter and I went here to get pedicures. Even though we didn’t have an appointment they squeezed us in which I appreciated. They were super nice and our toes looked great. I had shellac and my daughter had nail art.

Beautiful facility. Caring, competent staff. Good Covd protocols. They have a nice selection of complementary beverages, including soft drinks and wine. Go for the Stella pedicure and pick the milk and honey option, its so indulgent.

Terrible service….my gel manicure started peeling the next day. They don’t do what you ask them to do, and then get upset at you for what you want. They don’t dry your nails long enough and it peels. Very expensive for what you get. Go somewhere else.

Just found my new favorite nail salon! They have a designated person running the front desk and going around making sure everyone is satisfied. It was really nice finally having a pedicure without it being interrupted by walk-ins. Pedicure was amazing- I highly recommend the extended leg massage and hot stone massage!!! Polish looks great and is staying on well! It definitely felt luxurious in here!

They have great service and plenty of options. I got the signature pedicure with mandarin and it was so relaxing. My feet are so soft!

Very clean, excellent service, and a slushy machine - absolutely perfect

I had Dip manicure and shellac pedicure. I live in a different city but I was desperately in need of a fill. The nail tech peeled the gel off my toes instead of soaking in acetone or sanding down. Ouch! My dip manicure is very inconsistent with multiple bubbles and inconsistent edges.

This is the worst nail salon in this area. they are extremely overpriced and do a terrible job on nails. they are very slow at doing nails and seem to not know what the are doing. everything about this place is bad. avoid going here. they don’t follow directions and argue with you when you want something fixed.

My siblings and I took our dad here for fathers day for his first pedicure ever and he had such a positive experience. My dad cant stop talking about how soft his feet are! Haha. It was everyones first time at Stella and this place is so nice. We felt completely COVID-safe, the pedicures were done professionally with amazing massages, and the ambiance is so relaxing. Plus the staff is wonderful! I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

After 4 months in pandemic life, I was ready for my summer pedicure. My daughter and I decided to give this new business a try. I was super happy! The place is very large, clean and decorated in a fancy atmosphere. My toes look fabulous and my daughter is beyond happy with her acrylic nails. Prices are right in the middle - very satisfied.

The salon is beautiful. Clean, lots of room, and taking covid precautions seriously.In general the experience was great. I had deluxe (I believe, maybe called luxury) manicure and pedicure (with hot stones) and it was great. Relaxing and enjoyable.4 stars because the end of the manicure felt unnecessarily rushed and the manicurist didn’t take time with the top coat and it’s noticeable.Will definitely be back to try again.

My gel nail polish started to chil a few days after. Ugh. Not happy with the quality of this place.

I have been here twice. I sure have been on the hunt to finding my go-to salon since moving to WA from CA 4 years ago. This salon provides the best experience ever!-The staff values cleanliness above all. It is sparkling clean as soon as you walk in. From the nails stations to the pedi tubs. Everything is very clean, I really appreciate their efforts.-The staff values presentation very much. The manager wears a cute blazer all the time! The techs wear an apron all the time. They place your specific spa products on a cute tray. From oils, lotions, to scrubs and exfoliants.-At checkout, the manager asks about your service. If you like your chosen color, if you liked your treatment, is there anything you have planned next. This is great to build a personal relationship with your clientele.Thank you, Stella staff

Clean, friendly and great service

I have been going to this salon since the opened. I feel fancy when I go there. Pre covid you could have a refreshing drink while getting your toes or nails done. Since covid they have put in all sorts of safeguards. I feel safer there than any where. And the work is still just as FABULOUS. I have referred several people there and they all have raved about it. I hope they are around for a long time

This nail salon is palatial! I went in for their grand opening and was impressed by their service: refilled drinks, new massage chairs, good sterile tools, and lastly an awesome pedicure by my nice technician (I didnt catch her name). The owner stopped by and I was impressed by how he was helping out on the floor, interacting with us as guests and doing things like taking the trays to the chair and helping serve drinks.Ill come back for more services. Ill bring my besties!

I have tried every nail salon in the Shoreline area. I tried Stella Nail Lounge last week. It was an incredible experience. It was like walking into a Las Vegas salon. The employees were extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional. Steven gave me the best acrylic fill I have ever had! Everyone that has seen my nails compliments on how beautiful they are! I highly recommend Stella Nail Lounge. You wont be disappointed!

Came in last week while staying in the area, for the prices they charged I expected better than: my daughter’s pedicure being sticky and wet when they moved her to the manicure chair (she got shellac and was put under the uv light this shouldn’t have happened), same daughter had two cuticles cut to the point of bleeding with no help from the person doing her nails, then to top it off we weren’t given the 20% discount they advertise in a huge banner at the front of the store and the manager (owner?) aggressively asks for tips repeatedly (we planned on tipping but didn’t like the approach at all). We got 3 pedicures, 2 manicures, and a fill all shellac. Giving 3 stars because overall the service was ok and nails look fine after a week with the exception of my pedicure already chipping. Probably would find another place next time I’m in town, honestly.

The website says that a brow wax is $12 however for some odd reason I was charged $20. Perhaps its because I didnt have an appointment...?The staff were friendly but whoever did my brows did a great job on one brow & pretty much took the tail end off the other side.
