I’ve been coming to Sense for 1.5 years and it is my favorite nail salon that I’ve EVER been to, and I’ve been to a lot! Mercury does my nails. she insanely talented and can do any nail design I show her. She’s also a super sweet person to talk to. (Lacey used to do my nails but doesn’t work there any more. Both Mercury and Tameko have done my nails and they are both amazing, see them if you want nail art!) If you like fancy nail art or the idea of gel extensions that are healthier for your nails than acrylics- this is the spot for you! If you’re still not convinced, read on.Price: I pay about 100$ for a gel fill including nail art, every 3 weeks. About $70 for a gel pedicure. Is it more expensive than an acrylic fill elsewhere? Yes, but you get what you pay for. my nails break so much less often now and my nail bed is much healthier than when I had acrylics.Quality: Gel extensions are much stronger and better for your nails than acrylic sets. The extra money is worth it! I have 2 big dogs and I’m tough on my nails, but the gel extensions are insanely strong and rarely break (during quarantine when the salon was closed, it took well over a month for all of them to come off) And I’ve never found a salon that could do nail art that rivaled what sense can do.Staff: I have always found them to be friendly, accommodating and professional. I’ve seen some customers be demanding and rude to staff, who handled them with grace, which I was impressed by. As anyone who’s worked in customer service knows, some people are impossible to please.I love Sense. It feels like going to my friends house to get my nails done and never in my life have I received more compliments on my nail game! Go to Mercury or Tameko for gorgeous nail art and you won’t be disappointed!

Sense is the BEST Nail Salon Ive ever gone to, I recently moved out of state and Ive come back for a wedding. I waited to get my nails done till I was in town, just to go here!

Ive seen MyKayla twice now for a gel manicure and pedicure. Both times she has given me the best nails of my life! She is super fun to talk to, she gives great recommendations, and I absolutely love coming to this salon to see her. I drive from an hour away just to see her for her great service. Need I say more? But I will! Talented nail artists, great customer service and fun conversation! This is the best nail shop in the world! And Ive been to at least 20 different ones from Everett to Seattle. None of them are even close to this one!

Just moved to Seattle a couple months ago, needing to get my nails done and found them on Google. Glad I did! Been here 3 times and will continue to come here. Service is great, atmosphere is cozy and you need to see Mercury! She has an eye for detail and patience.

A disappointing experience.😕Pictures tell the story...Would you pay $53 for the the job below - pictures #2, 3 (with nail art )?I just wanted a basic manicure with a little nail art on ring fingers. Yuma, my nail tech, didn’t know how to do a basic manicure. She primarily does gels. End result was cuticles not fully cleaned, dried acetone (white) below nails and no oil to cuticles & NO massage of hands. Her application of polish was so heavy it wrinkled when put near fan. Rather than removing the polish and applying a thinner coat, she left it.:-(Her nail art was mediocre.To make things worse, the BILL WAS $53!!!🤑Although they may do great gels & nail art, that is the last step to a manicure...filing & shaping nails, cuticle cleanup & good massage need to be done well before that.Additionally, for spa-like prices, amenities & hospitality needs much improvement - like greeting client at start, offering refreshments such as water or tea, and thanking client the end...i didn’t experience this from Yuma or Sensé staff.Only reason I gave them any stars is that Robert, the manager/co-owner was very receptive to my feedback and reversed the charge, cashier was very nice, and June tried to help out...Thank you.🙏This week I went to another salon. I got much better manicure, + pedicure with paraffin for less than what Sensé charged. Furthermore, this cheaper place did great massage & a hot towel after sugar scrub for basic mani/pedi.😀The entire staff thanked me as I left, as is often done. Very detail-oriented staff. The pedicure massages are SO relaxing. They have complementary tea and coffee. I also just love the decor. Plenty of parking!

I have been coming to Sense nail spa for a year now. The treatment has always been good, but today Robert was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I made an appointment as my nails changed a completely different color from when I got them first done. The colors we nude and matte. Well they changed to brown. I told Robert that I would be willing to pay half of what it normally cost to get my nails repainted.He began to get upset and said you can go. I pay a monthly membership of $80 a month which covers two fills and unlimited nail breaks and basic nail polish change. On top of that artwork is paid separately. I estimate my last year with them I’ve spent upward to $1200. Robert told me that I don’t have to come back and he was not going to allow me to get my nails fixed. This is not the way a business is supposed to be ran. Robert seemed to be bothered everytime I came in maybe he has a personal issue.****Update in response to RobertRobert is very unprofessional. I have brought my kids once in an emergency when my nail broke and I picked them up from school and had no choice, but to bring them. There was no issue at all. Let’s not add that your mother did my daughters nails on my last service in which I paid for her to do them. You are beyond unprofessional. You’re right if a service that I have paid for did not last I am going to let you know. Robert you act like you have a personal issue with me. Don’t even speak on kids being not being able to be in the salon cause I have seen other clients with their children. Tell me this work was solid and the discoloring of my nails did not warrant a half off nail polish change. The pictures speak for themselves. Then you had the audacity to tell you do not stand behind your products you use on your clients nails. This was not even two weeks of having my nails done. The discoloring of the nails were not minor, but drastic they were beautiful brightly colored and then the color changed to brown. I’m not going back and forth with you. Today is the third business day and I expect my full refund and membership refunded. If not I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Got a set of hard gels from May and it is the first time I have genuinely enjoyed having nail extensions. They look and feel great - not at all bulky or uncomfortable. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. A good experience overall. Ill definitely be back.

Yura did an amazing job! She took time to ensure everything was carefully and thoroughly done and had great explanations to all my concerns! She was amazing at nail art and hand painted beautiful roses. Ive never had a better experience at a nail salon.

Not friendly, bossy, tell you what you should get. Nails design 1, attitude 1, parking 0. And want me a member pay monthly fee to get 2 stars nails done. Girl did my nails didnt even soak them. Did dry cut and when I ask her cut them she said (their fine).

I have gel acrylic nails (not the shellac gel polish, acrylic thats liquid instead of powder) and Sense has the best application Ive ever had done. My nails arent super bulky anymore, and they still have the strength I need. Victoria is really great about making your set easily fillable if you want to keep the same color you chose. She also will sandwich gel polish between your gel acrylic so you have a TON of color options. Combined with her oodles of glitter choices you can be as colorful and sparkly as you want.I love that I can manage my account and appointments online. That is really really important to me. They also have a rewards program that you can sign up for to get discounts on products and services. Im also in their membership program which saves me a bit of money since I go there every two weeks for a fill.The salon itself is a little small, but super clean and doesnt have that horrible chemical smell. Everyone is really friendly and always willing to lend a hand to get you something to drink, or prep you for your appointment if theyre not helping another client.They just redid their pedicure area too and it looks gorgeous. I cant wait to try it out!The only downside to this place is that their parking lot can be a bit difficult to maneuver. Try to park in the front though and youll be just fine!

My first visit was great and the staff was awesome! But when they start taking money without my authorization...I have a problem with this!!! They refuse to credit my credit card. Will never set foot in this place again!!!

I have been coming to this place for a few years now and I have yet to be disappointed. From the minute you walk in till you leave you are pampered every step of the way. They have unique designs and use only the highest of quality of products.I have not found any other place that does all that they offer. This is truly a one of a kind nail spa.

I called them to book an appointment as my friend was talking highly about them. I went their and I didnt had to wait a lot for my turn. They did my nails with perfection and they did it beautifully. It was an amazing service.

Lacey is a very talented nail artist and I highly recommend her. The husband of the salon owner, however, would do well to hone his customer service skills. My personal experience with him was extremely unfortunate as I would have otherwise continued as a patron of the salon. He was abrupt, condescending, and belittling in our brief encounter. His attitude soured my experience. Note: Their building is not handicap accessible.

Do not sign up for Membership. You will be charged for services already paid for. I have filed a complaint with BBB. In addition, their quality of nails is terrible. They try to justify brand new nails popping off, lifted nails that were just filled in, and lumpy? Oh my word... lumpy is smooth in comparison to what I had received. Pay in cash or risk fraudulent charges like I experienced.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are really talented and professional. The price reflects their talent and you definitely get what you pay for! The only thing I dont like is how difficult it is to get an appointment. I just had to reschedule my appointment on July 16th and the next available wasnt until July 24th for the service I wanted. I want to get the membership, but Im nervous I wont actually get to use all the benefits due to limited booking availability. I guess if I book months in advance I can create a routine for my nails and get appointments that work with my schedule...

Worst acrylic nails I have ever had. They were all uneven lengths and she blamed my nail beds for that. It took 2 hours and she didnt even paint them because I told her nevermind Im going somewhere else so they can fix them. The next shop laughed so hard...DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLICS!!

They did an amazing job. I paid a little more than I usually do for a manicure but it was totally worth it. You get what you pay for.

Sense is always reliable for a great mani or pedi. Ive been getting gel manicures with nail art here for years! The ladies always do quality work and the owners really value their customers + staff. I love that they stay on top of nail trends and technology. Theyre always accommodating when I want to try something I may have seen on Instagram

What a beautiful space! Ive had several wonderful pedicures at Sense. The space is always very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Was the worst nail experience of my life. I got acrylics and the two women working the store got in fight while one was doing my nails and were yelling at each other. The person doing my nails did them totally wrong so they ended up looking horrible and all breaking within a week (this has never happened to me before). Also I brought my own nail polish and the lady tried to take it and I had to ask her to give it back. They ended up charging me $70 for a set of acrylics, even though I checked the website and it said $55 (already extremely overpriced). If I could give it no stars I would. Would definitely not recommend.

THEE VERY BEST and GREATEST Nail salon that I have ever been to in my life. The girls are just great, so professional and VERY talented. I feel welcome here, the place is ALWAYS clean, and the work is just stunning and SO BEAUTIFUL! They NEVER do a rush job, it is always absolutely perfect!I have and will continue to recommend/refer this amazing establishment for it truly is a hidden gem and therefore ANY ladies who appreciate nailart, enjoy getting their nails done and do it regulary and are not going here... You are Missing out most definitely at the best! This place IS THE BEST! Their gel nail monthly membership is SO WORTH IT TOO!
