Love this shop! Jamie is honest and wont sell you services/parts you dont need. Have had our BMW Z4, Toyota 4Runner and Honda CRV all serviced there and always a pleasant experience. Hard to find a trustworthy auto shop these days so I couldnt recommend this place higher.

Highly recommend I have 3 cars that I bring there for servicing. They are probably the most honest and reasonable auto repair place that I have ever used. After living in Sheboygan, I moved 25 miles away and still bring my cars there as i know they will not try to sell me unneeded service and the superior job servicing work.

This is the only shop me and my husband will take our vehicles. By far the best shop in Sheboygan. We have had a different vehicles and with each vehicle was a different issue and they were able to find the issue right away when other shops wouldnt look into the reason the problem was happening. I took one vehicle to 5 different shops before we found Martin and none of them found the problem and Martin found it right away.

My dad had Martins put in a battery in my vehicle last year. August of this year I was having issues with my battery dying & having to charge it often. So in August I went to get my battery checked. I was told to come at 7. I get there I had to wait until 7:30 for them to check my battery. At 8:00 it was done I can’t remember the person I dealt with said the battery was fine. Ok so I took his word for it and still had issues with my battery. Figured it might be a slow draw somewhere tried to troubleshoot it found nothing with a slow draw. So finally I just bought a new interstate battery from napa and my battery issues are gone. When my dad had Martin’s put in the battery in my vehicle he was told it was an interstate. Come to find out it was a ACDelco not an interstate when we replaced it. If they were dishonest about the type of battery they put in makes me wonder if they were dishonest about my battery that they installed was good.

Had my front headlamp replaced. They were upfront that it was an expensive part and would require about 1 1/2 hours of labor. The first part from the distributors was bad from stock so I had to wait an extra day, but good communication about the issue and the offer of a loaner (although I didnt need it ) is a sign of a good repair shop. This was my first experience with Martin Automotive but will not be the last.

Very trustworthy Mechanics, and can usually get a job in the schedule quickly.

They were able to figure out what was going on with my truck within two hours after I dropped it off, while others couldn’t figure out a single problem over the last year. It was a lot of work to fix the problems, but they managed to get it done in just a couple of days. It’s like driving a completely different truck now and it feels completely solid. I wish I took it to them in the first place. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

Great service, reasonable prices. Ive been driving for over 50 years and many times put 100,000 miles on a car in a year. So having a car that works well is a priority. This place is one of the best automotive repair shops Ive had work on my car. Ive had a lot of shops that do a mediocre job or make a mistake. My experience with them is that they are very knowledgeable and dont do unnecessary work. I would absolutely recommend them.

We got sent here when our regular mechanic decided they were not interested in repairing a car they sold us. That was frustrating since we had given that particular business years of work. But, it worked out because our experience with Martin Automotive has been nothing short of phenomenal. We actually look forward to opportunities to do business with them, because they have been honest, reasonable, unfailingly polite, and the work has been SOLID. Even my employees use them now. 10/10. We won’t go anywhere else again.

Very honest. More than once theyve saved me big $$ when they could have easily soaked me for repairs that had a simple fix. I once had a MAP sensor fault on the OBD and another shop wanted to replace the sensor. Martin found a small crack in the hose and fixed it in 2 minutes. When my catalytic converters went bad they saved me $2000 by informing me that the manufacturer had to replace them at no charge and sending me to the Mazda dealer.

Ive been bringing my car to Martin Automotive for years and Ive always been very pleased. They are always honest and quick to diagnose any problems with my vehicle. I recently had to replace a bearing and I called another place for a quote and found that Martin was $100 lower. I also like the fact that they do auto glass and auto body work right on site so that I can go there no matter what. I strongly recommend Martin Automotive to anyone in the Sheboygan area.

Very reasonable rates. They were recommended by a coworker as the place to take my car when I couldnt fix it myself.Honest, good folks who seemed to feel bad that it took them 2 hours to troubleshoot and get my car fixed (had a loose PCM ground that prevented my car from starting, when I did my own check, I accidentally disconnected it completely).Couldve easily upsold me on anything, but they didnt. I found my new mechanic!
