Use to be a well trusted quality auto service but not anymore. Had a loyal customer get her jeep back and continue to have problems then take to a different mechanic and find out what a terrible job Doug’s did. Had another friend I had recommend Doug’s to and she, too, later found out they didn’t do a good job. Do not recommend and don’t trust. Not professional, very disorganized and shoddy work.

Asked them if they could do a quick job for me they and they quoted me over the phone for $40 to get it done which I thought was very reasonable I drop off the part and when I go to pick it up I get a bill for $84. There response is well thats the hourly rate, so nice of them to round up there time and give themselves a $40 bonus.

We have been looking for a new mechanic that is reputable and honest. I brought in my Santa Fe for a dead alternator and needed to have it replaced. After they inspected it, they informed me that the alternator was damaged due to a leak that is a known issue with my make and model and year amd that it was ljkely I could have the repairs done at the dealer for free. They could have chosen to repair it and just charged us for it. It would be unlikely we would have ever known about the issue. Integrity and honesty is a difficult thimg to find but they are absolutely crucial in a good mechanic. A few days after this I brought in my wifes car to have brakes and a new battery installed. We will be using Dougs in the future. The only sort of negative comment I could make is kind of common sense. Because they are good, they can be busy so it may take a bit of time to get in and done. Its a small thing to deal with to be able to trust in having good quality work done honestly.

Always get my oil changes here, they always take a good look at my car and are always quick about it.

Ben always takes good care of me when I am in. I drive 1.5hr to have DAS work on my f350 6.7, and they are the only ones that work on my vehicle.

Overall a good experience here, if you take the time to ask, theyll answer all your questions.Prices are very competitive.Other than one mechanic that seems to treat anyone who comes here as less than knowledgeable, every one has gone above and beyond.Ok, so I have an update, my mother had taken her car in for a fairly major repair, that included a new head, gaskets etc.Fast forward a few months, I noticed that its idling really high. After replacing the common culprits to the tune of $170, I find that the intake gasket is damaged.Why, is a mystery... not so much. As Im working on this repair I find a water hose band clamp holding the exhaust together!! Turns out that they broke a bolt, and instead of replacing it with a new clamp, we go full blown McGuyver. Oh and because of the messed up clamp, which is also a hanger bracket, they cant hang it on the frame. Its just hanging in space attached to nothing.Not sure whats going on here, but color me unimpressed.
