260,000 mile Honda van was running rough and had a check engine light. Mark and the guys here are great. Had a check engine issue that was cleared after updating the computer. The next week the light came on again. Took the car back to them and wasnt charged for diagnostic a second time. In fact, they did the job for minimal labor, and diagnosed the correct sensor to be changed. They even did my emissions test for me because the issue was preventing me from previously getting a test done. Professional and honest. Thanks guys.

What an amazing place to have repairs done!We are from out of town when our radiator went out and overheated on the highway. Sheboygan Auto Helpers was very helpful to ensure it was repaired timely so we were not delayed!Mark and his team gave recommendations for repairs, but listened to our needs and repaired per our request and did a great job and thorough repair at a reasonable price!Thank you again...the only negative is that they did not have a loaner vehicle available, so we had to rent (Avis was a great option and Jenni was so helpful to find us the best price).

I have set up an appointment for my wheel alignment and so has my dad. He set his for a certain time and mines right after. We walked in and a young guy comes and says he doesnt know where he has written down my appointment like he is lost and then another man drinking his coffee doesnt apologize or anything. Just walks up like he doesnt know where the moon and the sky is at. I thought it will be more professional than that. My expectations of this place was highly but now I will not be doing any of my work here. I do not trust them.

First off Mark is very considerate I had a car towed there that my 16-year-old granddaughter bought.To have it inspected which they did with his technician Tim Elliot They sent me a 13 page diagnostics with pictures advising me that the car had major issues was not safe when all said and done . I called Mark back and talk to him about the issues with the car. And we decided the car was not safe for her to drive or even to fix ..I did not know About Auto helpers or Never had any work done there because I live in Milwaukee . So I went on Google and check for reviews for different garages in the Sheboygan area and his reviews were 99% all great so I decided to go with him . Glad I did he was honest more than fair if I lived in Sheboygan Area I would take my car to that shop any day he proved to do over and above what he had to do. This place was very effective. Got me in at my most preferred appointment, and was very efficient once I was in the door. Performed an oil change, however they also took the liberty of doing a once-over inspection of the entire car to let me know what I would need to have touched up in the coming months/year. The total cost was one of the lowest you’ll ever find, but this company performs above the quality of the more well known services. 9/10 will definitely be going back.

I just recently moved here from MN and having them do my work is like having my personal friend work on my vehicle. Service was quick. My commute is a little over an hour one way. As I entered Sheboygan I had heard a slight noise and the car felt different. I called auto helpers and they said they could give me a loaner while they figured out the issue and fixed it if I approved. They told me the cost and it was affordable. I dropped my car off about 7:30 in the morning. Received a report at around 10:30. Was able to pick up at about 12:30. Super easy. Thank you

My vehicle is up for emmision test and I called today one of the stuff answered the phone he was very nice and he talked to me with respect and professional, when I got there the young gentle man was very friendly and professionally asked me the quastion then I just told him that I just like to have my vehicle for an emmision test and then he immediately took my vehicle in since there was no other people before me. This place is not like other places that I went. I was very satisfied with them in my first time that why I rated thus place with five stars.

As usual- men trying to see how much they can get out of me. Ladies- have a man take it in for you or don’t bother. I was quoted $2,200 for a full break job + 1 extra small part. Got it all done somewhere else for $700. I tried this place because the reviews mentioned “fair prices.” I disagree and I don’t appreciate it.

I went here for the first time to get a bead sealed on a tire. I had a very nice experience. The staff was friendly and upfront with explaining what they were working to fix on my car. The prices were reasonable, and they do their best to get the work done efficiently so you’re not waiting for long. I’m happy with this place, and I would definitely take my vehicles here again!

Purchased new Falken WildPeak A/T3W tires on tirebuyer.com and selected SAH as the installer. As soon as tires arrived at SAH I received a call about setting up an install time. Dropped off truck, received a loaner. During install, received a call that they were running a bit behind on the alignment but would get it finished. Not thrilled with the delay, but he was honest and informed me of the delay before I arrived, which is appreciated.Tires installed, run smooth with no balance issues or air pressure issues. Very satisfied with the service received and will recommend to others.

1st time here got my oil change and tries rotated.. my check engine light came on and while they were doing the diagnostic tests they turned it of for free..Definitely will be back!!@

Ordered 4 tires and had them shipped to Auto Helpers. Only 3 tires had arrived on time, the 4th had gotten lost in transit. They were very patient and super helpful with my situation, even offering me a loaner car if I needed it. During the time my 4th tire was being shipped out my car began leaking coolant and the battery had died. Mark was very understanding and offered to work around my situation as best as they could. I came in from out of town with a mechanical emergency. The staff was very accommodating and fixed my vehicle in a respectable amount of time, especially given the fact that I had no appointmen . They even drove me to obtain a rental ca . Something they definitely did not have to do. My vehicle has been running fine since the repair.

Nothing short of exceptional service delivery. The customer experience is amazing.

Initially I was satisfied with the work done - new gas tank, fuel pump and some gas lines that were corroded. Thought the price quite high ($1200) and to check stopped at Autozone to see price for a fuel pump. A Z said $160, I paid $375.Now three months later when filling the tank gas gushes when near full. Turns out they didnt replace the fill spout that is also badly corroded. Poor judgment and expensive to boot. Im adding a follow up - spoke with Mark who fixed the leak issue. Turns out it wasnt the fill spout but the pump separated from the tank, so they fixed it for no additional charge.

While my scheduled oil change took longer than planned, Mark had a car for me to use. He found that my air filter was quite dirty (Took the time to show me a pic of it) and highly suggested it be changed, yet waited for my ok to do it. They took the time to check the state of my brakes (had a pic of that as well) and reported back that they’ll need to be addressed in the future, something we already had been told by another garage. He, and the staff, were apologetic for the extra time it took yet friendly overall and helpful.

Able to get an appointment quickly, great service, reasonable cost, great work, courteous professional staff, and a ride to and from work. What more could you ask for? Ill be back !

Went in for brakes....got quoted almost $1500.00 stating I needed new pads, rotors, calipers and other (whatever that’s suppose to mean). Sent me pics of everything rusted. Told them absolutely not!!! But asked them to still rotate my tires. Picked up my truck, got on the freeway-low tire pressure; convenient! I drove 45 miles to my reliable mechanic, just to be shown and told I definitely don’t need calipers and for everything else paid $730!!!! You need to change your name to Sheboygan Auto Scammers!!!! And here you thought you could pull one over on a woman!!

Probably one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I dropped my car off without an appointment in the afternoon and they were able to get me a diagnostic and quote before they closed. Next day, they got the repairs taken care of straight away.Their inspection report is a very cool idea. Not only do they provide you with a pass/fail rating, they actually include pictures of their findings (tire depth measurement, fluid colors next to fresh samples, etc.) So it is not just somebody standing by with a pen checking some boxes. They also email this to you before they call to say the car is ready, so if they have further recommendations, you can reference this while on the phone to see exactly what they are referring to so you do not have to waste a trip just to see what they see.They also offer to take you back to your place or a loaner at no cost, try to get that service from some of the chain shops.Mark, service advisory, was very low pressure, he provided the information, recommendations and answered all of my questions (dumb and not dumb) without sounding rushed or pushy. He is clearly in this to help the community and not to get a fast buck.I would say prices are also very comparable to the chain and mom & pop shops.Overall, great experience, highly recommended local shop. If my car has another bad day before I move away from Sheboygan, I will most certainly be bringing here.

Made an appointment for an oil change in Mid-December. About a week later, I noticed fluid leaking from my vehicle. I decided to bring in my car to the Nissan Dealership in Sheboygan to see if there was something wrong with my car. At Nissan, it was discovered that Auto Helpers Personnel did not completely tighten the oil filter, which resulted in the oil leak. The Nissan mechanic pulled away the lower engine cover and showed me the oil leakage. Thank goodness this was checked, as it could have resulted in major engine damage. I would not recommend Auto Helpers.In response to the Owner, I did indeed have the oil change at your Facility. I did have the date wrong, which was November 13th. If you leave me an email, I can forward the Nissan Managers narrative of the lose oil filter, along with the receipt from Auto Helpers.

Picked up a screw in my tire today and was losing air. I called Sheboygan Auto Helpers and they said to come on in and they would get at me right away. They were busy when I got there, but they got to me right away. The screw was in a repairable place on the tire...10 minutes later the screw was out, the hole was plugged and I was on my way! Excellent Service!
