My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at International Honda Sheboygan! We drove from Fond du Lac to look at a car we had seen online, and we were quickly greeted by one of the nicest salespeople I’ve ever met, Devlin. He took us through the entire buying process, showed us the vehicle we requested as well as a similar one, and stayed close by during the financial process, just in case we needed him. Devlin has a really upbeat yet calm demeanor, which helped us feel totally comfortable (our first time buying from a dealership). He didn’t try to push us to buy a different or more expensive vehicle, was fantastic when interacting with our toddler, and it genuinely felt like we were treated as friends instead of clients. Devlin is an exceptional asset to his team, and we look forward to working with him again!

Always pricey as to be expected with a dealership. They didnt tell me they needed to access back seat and trunk for a recall, so I had a lot of stuff in my car from shopping. It was all shuffled around. Not a big deal but I wouldve had it emptied had I known. Tires were mentioned to be getting close to replacement need. Theres only 25k miles and I bought the car brand new from International Honda 2019. I will be checking warranty information asap. Check the brand and warranty before buying a new car (I didnt). Friendly staff as usual. Parts dept printed off some options for some things but it did take forever (over 30min standing at counter).

Mark Marusich was great! Everything was well explained and he was very calm and patient with me since it was my first time at a dealership. The process went smooth. He was great at communicating every time I had a question he would always make sure to provide the best answer. He made us feel welcomed the moment we entered the door. Spoke with Angela at 9am about a 2007 Ford. She said she would get me the maintenance reports. I had to call back at 3pm just to find out the car was sold. My advice just go in. If you out of town like me, make sure you follow up quicker I guess.

I was really disappointed in the car we drove over 2 hours see.It was a budget car, so I wasnt expecting much and boy did International Honda deliver!I asked Salesperson if it was a smokers car and they said it wasnt, or no smellsWhen I opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke hit me like a wall.  Also, there were visable cigarette burns throughout the interior. Not credible.On top of this the car had major undisclosed hail damage visible to the naked eye from 15-20 feet away.I realize this was an as-is car and was well priced, but I wouldnt have wasted my time and gas if International Auto - Honda had been more forthcoming.I reported all of this to their Customer Care Manager and they assured me they would address the issues, and that was it.Beware International Honda in Sheboygan.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. We contacted them and got a quote, they said they had the vehicle we wanted on the lot. I get a phone call several hours later stating they didnt have the car, I would need to pay a delivery fee and the price of the car went up $1,000. Also, it is the last one in a 100 mile radius and no more would be available for 6-9 months because the manufacturing plant in England is closed. And I had to buy it that night before 6pm because someone else was interested.I tried to get a hold of the sales manager several times and he told me that the power went out and they lost all their voice mails for a day or so. That was a new one.Now that is just about every dirty car sales tactic bundled into one phone call. I said no thank you.And guess what? Found 6 of the exact cars we wanted in Milwaukee and even cheaper.Vote with your money and dont go here. Save yourself and others.

This was perhaps one of the worst car buying experiences we have ever had. The negotiation was absurdly lengthy, but you almost expect that. The actual purchase showed inept business practices that felt a little off. The application was mishandled, and they didnt make requested phone call regarding the interest rate. Every bit of the paperwork was incorrect in some way. After the sale, we needed information that should have been in our paperwork, but wasnt. It took two unanswered phone calls, a visit to the dealership and an email to finally get a simple name and address. We love our Honda, but will not be purchasing one from here again.

While purchasing last week, the person sending in the loan to the bank was rude, began interrupting consistently, and condescending once I told her I didnt want to get an unnecessary warranty. Took my 2018 Honda Civic in for a service issue. Chris from the service department was super helpful and got everything handled. Very satisfied with my experience.

Our Honda Odyssey was only starting with a jump and its a 2019 lease with 13,500 miles. Took the car in and they put it on a batter charger for 20 minutes. Wouldnt start a few days later.Took the car to my regular mechanic and the battery had a bad cell,.New battery now the car starts like a new car should start.Told me it was my fault because I didnt drive the car every day.Avoid this place like the plague.

Bought my car from them, and returned to their service department for 6 years. Best service I have ever had from a dealership. I would highly recommend them. Even though I moved to Madison, Im seriously consider driving there just to have them work on my car because I know it will be worth the money and time. The Madison dealerships so far arent even as close to being as good as the Sheboygan Honda dealership.

Devlin worked for us and gave his undivided attention to my wife an I. We stopped in on a Thursday evening and test drove a Honda Civic. We liked it but it did not meet our families needs and we were unhappy with the cost to get the lease going. Devlin said he would meet with his manager the next morning and get back to us with some better deals. Devlin called promptly the next morning with 3 yes 3 new better offers on some vehicles that better fit our needs. In the end we ended up leaving the lot Friday evening in a brand spanking new 2019 Honda CRV! 3 years 12000 miles per year for about 250 a month. We felt we got treated fairly. Devlin also mentioned how a lot of people have negative feelings on car salespeople. He said one of his goals are to try and change that negative perception to a positive one. All in all Devlin did a really nice job helping us get into our CRV. We are happy with the vehicle and happy with his persistent positive attitude! This is our second vehicle Devlin has helped us with and we will definitely give him first chance the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. International Auto, specifically, International Honda was good to work with. We found a car online that was of interest to us to add to our fleet. We sent an e-mail to the contact, Maggie. She then prepared us for arrival to potentially purchase the car.She connected us with the finance office and a salesman. When we arrived, Danny (our assigned salesman) was ready for us and had the car in the garage so we could look at it out from the cold. Although they did not have the answers to all of our questions, they tried the best they could to get the answer.The most difficult part and time consuming was the financing. We do not have excellent credit, but we do have good credit. I wish that this process would have started before our arrival. After four hours (start to finish), we drove home in our new car.Thank you all for helping us make our purchase.

The shop maintains 3 of my vechicles over the last 10 years and they do an exceptional job. Quite frankly, they are one of the few honest auto service shop for a 50 mile radius. I was apprehensive when buying my new car due to lack of knowledge in the matter, however this dealer worked hard to put those apprehensions to rest. We worked with Daniel Castillo. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed us to compare the trim packages on the Honda CRV. We checked many dealerships and International Honda was one of the few that had all the trim packages available in the 2016 CRV. We also like the fact that their used vehicles were local trades and not purchased at auction. Their pricing was also among the best of all the dealers we researched. Although International is two hours from our home, it was definitely worth the trip. Great experience.

Great experience. Only thing I was disappointed about was they didn’t give me a full tank of gas. Everything else was perfect.

My vehicles transmission went out. I have bad credit too. My fear was that I wouldnt be able to get a reliable vehicle. I was in communication with Gary at International Honda and he understood the time sensitivity of my situation. I was approved and had a vehicle picked out in 24 hours.My husband and I drove 5 hours to see 2 vehicles and were greeted like family. The crew at IH were amazing!! I worked with Gary on my Honda CR-V purchase. He walked me through the entire purchase and was very helpful. They made it so convenient to buy this car- I was able to text vs call while in meetings and Gary even called after the weekend to see if I had any questions about the car or anything came up . You aren’t a number here, they clearly still care even after you drive off the lot! I’ve recommended them to coworkers and will be back to buy my next crv.

Horrible unethical business practices. I inquired about a used 2007 Honda CR-V with 35000 miles on it listed on the internet for $9960. The saleswoman got back to me immediately and told me that the car was just received in, was a local trade-in and had an impeccable service record. It was available and I could look at it the next morning 02/27/20. I took a half a day of vacation drove 35 minutes to the dealership and arrived just as they opened. I told the salesman why I was there and was informed the the Crv wasn’t available but was being purchased by an employee and had a put deposit on it last week. Pretty unethical practice if you ask me. By the way it is still being advertised for sale as I write this. I guess the customers will never get a chance to buy the really good deals at International Toyota. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these unethical liars.

The sale personnel are rude. One told me not to even sit in the car. Telling me Its a 40 thousand car. I bought 2 brand new car from this dealer. Have my cars service there all the time. Will never buy another car from this place. I rather drive down to milwaukee then give this place my money again.

Inquired online and came in to test drive a Honda. Very friendly service and nice selection of cars. Ended up taking delivery that day so we did not have to come back.

I recently went to International Honda with my family to see if they had a car available that was posted on their website. I went inside after not being acknowledged for ten minutes while standing outside looking at the car. Test drove that car went back inside, discussed logistics, pricing etc. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours while they ran the numbers I still did not know what my final monthly payment was going to be... I specifically told them what I wanted; they just kept saying it was closer to what I wanted but still didn’t solidify a final price. Financial advisor (Fred) calls us back to his office. Finally shows me what the payment is (still way over my budget) plus he’s trying to up-sell gap insurance etc with an over-bearing attitude. We tell him that we’re about to walk out due to being strung along for 2 1/2 hours to find out that the numbers were not at all different from what I was originally quoted and said no to. (Also realize I have a 6 year old child with me!!)He tells us to get out of his office and he will see what he can do after some abrasion and attitude. He was very pushy. Calls us back after a min and magically the payment is way closer to what I wanted! I sign the papers and they tell me that they detailed the car. They drive it up and I see the inside was not detailed and they just washed it. There were still salt stains in the carpet and dust everywhere. The air pressure light was on ( simple fix/ just put air in the low tire(s) and less than half a tank of gas was provided. From previous experiences, when people spend THOUSANDS of dollars on a vehicle it should absolutely be pristine with a full tank of gas and the customer should leave excited that they just purchased a vehicle. There’s a lot more to this story that I left out but the overall etiquette of most of the salesmen/ financial advisors working there were totally unprofessional and their approach of taking care of customers just contributes to the mendacious persona of a typical car salesmen.

Thank you for the great car buying experience. Vehicle was staged and warmed up when we arrived. I was amazed at Terrance’s knowledge of the CR-V. There was no question he couldn’t answer, along with going out of his way to locate CR-Vs with the different interior trims for us to look at. The interior was a big thing for my wife and Terrance helped big time in her decision which way to go.
