This was my first time coming here. I asked the young lady how long of a wait and she acted as if I insulted her. got a pedicure with gel polish... the pedicure wasn’t done properly. My feet feel worse then what they were when I came in, and I chose white gel polish and you can obviously see where she didn’t cover the entire nail on several of my toes. I’m never one to ever leave a bad review but this place was just so messy with their work...CLEAR definition of $100 bucks down the tubes!!!

Wanted to get some eyelash extensions and the technician was hateful!! She wanted to have me wait while she took care of another customer and mine were halfway done. All she could talk about was how much glue and cotton pads she was using and how that costs money. I had never had this done before but I feel she should have been more patient, she kept getting mad when I would blink my eyes. I will not go back there or recommend them to anyone. I left crying!

Set an appoint for 11 on Friday morning for 6 to get both pedicures and manicures. Told them did not want gel Polish. They told us to go to the pedicure section which only 5 of us got seated. One person started on one and then left to go do someone elses nails. Another started on one of the other girls. Three of us sat over an hour with feet in water. Terrible service, used same tools without sanitizing. Kept trying to upsell us. According to their listed prices my bill should have been $258.00 but was charged $298.00 because they said we got gel. These people are crooked.

When to get Eye lash extensions the lady that did them was very very rude & not very understanding what so ever. I do not what so ever recommend this place to anyone an I definitely will not be returning

Horrible job on new set of nails... very thick and not shaped like I asked. I wish I could post a picture. Looked like I needed a fill at 2 days after I got them done! Uneven and so thick ! Cut my real nails off. When I asked for my money back they said the only way I could have my money back was if they removed the nails... I did not want them touching my nails after what they did so they refused to give me my money back because I refused to let them touch my nails... they said it was like returning something... so I took my 40$ loss and took my business elsewhere and got my nails fixed somewhere else. I would not recommend this place at all! Horrible experience! Sure wish there was a way to post the pics of the horrible nail job!

I got my eyelash extensions done here and they did absolutely terrible, they stabbed my eyes with the tweezers multiple times and when I said that was hurting me the person doing my lashes said she was “getting the glue out of my eye” I didn’t think that should have been there in the first place. They put such an immense amount of glue in my eyes that they felt like cement and they hurt my eyes so badly that I needed to have them removed, still with them being removed abound half of my lashes were ripped out.

Went here on a whim because I saw the good reviews and it was close to my work. The technician offered a great services with a smile to me and others! Theyre thorough and careful in a nail job. They do amazing work seriously their attention to detail is amazing. I was very happy with the result. GIVE them the five light stars.

Honestly this has been the best experience at a nail salon. I did have to wait around 30min but I didnt mind. I got a fill and cut down and the staff was so patient and nice didnt hurt me at all which I appreciate! I do plan on coming here from now on! (Pink is before and nude is after) Im loving it

You are paying for their service and they want you to leave happy. Watch what and how theyre doing to your nails. You see something you dont like, tell them immediately. Its so much easier to fix the issue before everything is done. Pictures of what you want are a plus! Point is, dont take anything personal or the wrong way because they always have good intentions and want to provide the best customer service the best way they can! You wont be disappointed!

Lisa at Natural Nails has been doing my nails for years, and she is the best! I’ve gone to other nail salons in Shawnee, but I finally realized I couldn’t get a better manicure or pedicure anywhere else. Lisa is a perfectionist in her work, and this means I always have a beautiful set of nails when I leave her. She’s very talented and always does a great job. I’m very happy with her!

I absolutely love Natural Nails. The people are sweet and the service is super efficient! However, I decided to get a gel, French manicure, and they did a great job. My nails were light, shape and beautiful. I really want to give them 7,8, or 10 stars but this rating doesn’t have enough lol. Try it guys!

Love this place!!! It smells amazing Everytime I walk in :) The store is clean and service was really nice. They pay attention to the little details so my gel can last long and doesnt chip or anything. I was amazed by the completed product, it is very detailed. I will be back every 3 weeks!

Very average service, and terrible paint job. It looks as if my little sister went loose on my feet. They are getting a star only because they had comfortable massage chairs.

Went in with 3 other ladys and it seem to be decent the last time me and my sister went . I enjoyed it .This last time I went I asked for a diffrwnt color and they literaly painted over the nails I already have and now the nail polish is coming off hasent even been 24 hours . Im not going back there . they were rude and obviously dont know how to do nails the right way .

This place is terrible ! Run dont walk away from them . I left there two weeks ago with nails that hurt and the worst looking dip nails I have ever seen. The color was inconsistent and looked like tie dye, they were thick and misshapen. The dip cracked and chipped badly within the first week. I called and spoke to the manager David . I live out of town he assured me he would issue a refund next time I was in town. This was a huge untruth! I went in today, showed him the nails and ask for the promised refund. He said no refund we will fix. The man that originally did my nails came over and was very rude . To make things worse they were all talking loudly in a language I dont understand pointing at me. This is the second incident with this shop. The first time my card was charged twice . I will not be back.

I use to think they was great but the last few times I was there the people made crude jokes and I ask for a French manicure and they put dark pink powder instead of light pink and 2 days later I had 2 nails come off. So not satisfied.

Have been found Natural Nails and love everything here! I selected the grand lux pedicure which is 45 minutes. Theyre very friendly with an easy smile! They are very careful to make it a pleasant experience. Plus, the tools is NEWWW! You know when you are happy with a service when you go out of town :). Its so hard to find a really nice place!

The person who worked on my nails didnt seem to care all that much, rushed through the shellac, missed the sides and it is bumpy, not smooth, when you brush over the nails. They seem to also try and push other things like pedicures. Not worth $35.

My family of 4 came in. Already they were impatient while my young and indecisive daughters were choosing their color. After picking up on their first rude gesture, we simply decided our kids 3, and 7 were getting the same color nails, we clearly stated that to them, even my 7 year old stated it. While my wife and I went to do our feet, we notice the man who is tending my 3 yr old has the posture like that of an impatient child, fist to his chin while my 3 yr sat there innocently waiting. A minute goes by and he finally turns his head and see us watching him. The man then shot up with his arms out and exclaimed “what color do you want?!!” We immediately left and called them rude and they told us not to come back. Never again will I even consider this rude disgusting attitude of a business.

Their prices state $15 for a manicure and when I asked how much for a manicure with shellac they said $20. As I went to sit in the chair, I was informed it was $20 for them to just apply it with NO manicure. I can get Shellac in Ada for just $5 on top of regular mani prices. I strongly suggest you not get your nails done here-- they saw my pearls and instantly thought Id pay extra. Nope. Walk away!

So, our girls day was not great. Got a gel manicure for my mom, $35, and her nails are JAGGED!!! They said on the phine gel polish for a pedicure was $10 more, then charged $15!!! And when my sister in law and I decided not to get a fill, they seriously started yelling at me!!! And, most places do small kids free, NOPE!!! They charged $15 to polish fingers and toes on my 5 year old niece, with a tiny, tiny flower accent nail!!!! No mani-pedi for her, just polish. WoW!!!!

Worst service! I made the mistake of coming here when my regular nail tech at another salon was busy. I specifically asked if they can do solar ombré and coffin shaped. When I asked him to file more he said no it’s fine and proceeded to tell me I was difficult. Will never be back!!

Worst service ever. Got pedicure and it was good. Then got full set and they look absolutely horrible. They are side ways, not filed, bumpy, etc. They look like a 5 year old did them.

They didnt get all the polish off. I felt like I was rushed through and when they repainted it was sloppy and not all the nail areas where polished completely. My polish chipped off within a few days and my full set not straight. They were poorly put on and I have rough build up around my cuticles. I wont go back

The lady who did my nails did not say a single word the entire besides saying things under her breath. The length of my nails was never discussed and she cut them where she wanted them. At the time of check out she pointed to the tip part on the receipt and then after it was signed she pointed to the door way as if she was telling us to get out. Terrible customer service.

I hate to even give it 1 star I changed my appt 3 days early when I went in apparently they hadnt told nail tech Cathy they got into a verbal conversation with one another and Cathy walked out of my appt twice charged me $10 to much and never even apologized Ill never go back walk away people walk away

Very rude service. My nails were not painted well and the acrylic was not fitted well. The paint chipped off right after I got them done and they did not look professionally done at all. The guy made my friend bleed and he MADE her pay him before he was even done with her nails. I will never go back.

I would not even give a star The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life my pedicure water was ice cold I asked them to add hot water they drained it put hot scalding water in it then the lady kicked a table that slammed into my chair and was mad because I said something about the water was cold then told my son he wasn’t allowed to sit in the chair next to me but my daughter was allowed to almost certain it’s because the color of his skin worst place I’ve ever been to in my life
