If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a pedicure on a weekend. They were a little busy but got me seated. I waited over an hour and a half before anyone even started by then the water was freezing cold and I had watched 4 people come in after me an leave. They would walk by and tell me I was next. That went on for an hour and a half. When I was finally helped it was rushed through and rough. They applied the polish sloppily and streaky and while picking up their stuff shoved my foot into my toe causing the polish to smear all over the bottom of my foot. Which they saw and ignored. I had to then wait 30 minutes for someone else to do a flower design and they just put the flower over the smeared polish which you could clearly see. I walked out with white polish on the bottom of my feet and a bill for $47 after 2 and a half hours. I was almost in tears over how bad they looked and a lady sitting next to me said they looked decent and she was sorry that they were treating me like that. I will never be going back.

They close at 8pm and i came in at about 7:25 i understand it takes time for quality work but if they werent able to do a good job in the time frame they should have told me to come back on a different day instead of rushin through it. The tips were glued on crooked, my cuticles were not clipped, my acrylic was barely filed after application and my gel polish is streaky. And they were rushing me to pay before they were even completely done. Not coming back, they are obviously more interested in the money they can make rather than the quality of their work.

Disappointed. Went for an express pedicure spa and it was all over in 20 minutes. Nails not trimmed much and not impressed with the polish application. She spent very little time with me, barely took any dead skin off the bottom of my feet. Also really pushing to sell the deluxe pedicure AND gel nails. Had to say no 5 or 6 times! Im used to a lot better for $26.

I have never left a bad review for a business; however, my experience at this nail salon was by far the WORST experience I have never had at a nail salon. I got my nails done for my bachelorette party and left the salon nearly in tears. The lady that did my nails was rough, hasty, and cut me four times. My nails are lumpy, sloppy, crooked, and not shaped well at all. I have never had my nails done by a professional and them look this bad. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone! Please so don’t waste your money or your time!

Pedi was great. Would not recommend for full set. Tracy is only one that cares and listensto customers. Needs to clean house and start over with staff.

I went in the other day with my friend to get acrylics. The lady who did my nails, i’m not sure of her name did a TERRIBLE job shaping and sizing them correctly. i paid $92 to get me and my friends nails done by a professional and they weren’t done correctly. every other time i’ve went and gotten my nails done there they’ve been absolutely gorgeous, what happened?

So I went to get my nails done they look completely horrible. I have a cricked thumb. he ignored me when I said anything. he made my cuticles bleed and burn. it hurt really bad. my nails are really thick. they aren’t covering my whole nail. they are ridged. over all I hate my nails. I honestly will never go back because of how bad of a experience it was.

Never had one of this definitely coming back

I have never left a bad review anywhere but this place is terrible I asked the man to cut my nails he told me no he just files he barely even filed my nails none of them looked the same at all and then he goes on to paint them with gel polish and doesn’t even paint my whole nail but somehow gets it all over my skin then he doesn’t even clean it off,, a pre-school kid could of done a better painting job

Me and my friend went there to get full set and pedicures and the lady my friend had was absolutely horrible! Which was bad for me considering it was for her birthday. The lady didn’t do what she wanted at all and both our nails were not even at all and just horrible also I asked for diamonds on two different fingers(one on each hand) and they were going to charge me 20 bucks! Ten per finger!!! That’s half a new set for some little jewels... just warning y’all I’ll never go back!Oh ps my friend didn’t even get her pedicure!! By the time she saw her nails she said F that!

Amazing nails!!! We did all the bachelorette party nails the day before my friends wedding!We were charged twice for one of the girls nails and then overcharged - most of our nails ended up costing 80$ a piece... they did a little extra but they should have mentioned the crazy prices it would be.

Saturday my step daughter and I had the worst experience here. I heard good things so we decided to check it out. We were both getting our nails done and a pedicure. My step daughter sat in the chair for an hour before anyone touched her yet there were multiple people walking around doing nothing. I advised multiple times i did NOT want fake nails and he put them on anyways. It only took one day for them to start peeling off. $155 and the worst manicure and pedicure I ever had. My daughter could of painted my toes better than they did. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Though the lady was nice I really couldnt hear her. I will have to go and pay some one else to fix these. My daughter actually had her cuticle split.

They are very deaf and don’t listen to what you ask for me and my ^2 friends went and they didn’t prime my nails when using gel and didn’t paint the whole nail only the middle my friends got acrylic and they messed up poorly

I just had the best pedicure ever! My daughter and I went today for pedicures and they were very well done and very moderately priced. They also came with a really great foot massage. There are some newer spas in Shawnee that have gotten great reviews and I was never thrilled with the finished product, but that is not the case here! I was very pleased and will definitely be a returning customer. My daughter also got a manicure and brow wax and both were done very well and again, moderately priced. This place is awesome!

Got a super simple easy square short acrylic nail and I was cut several times and on top of that they broke 2 days later and I paid 80 dollars definitely not worth it. HORRIBLE quality.

Im so impressed by this place! This place is clean, has a huge selection of colors and brands and they do an incredibly meticulous job on your hands and feet. Went in for a foot massage and pedicure and dont have a single complaint. They were really kind and accommodating, and the foot massage is INCREDIBLE. Great if you spend a lot of time hiking up and down OK, as they really massage the deep tissue in your lower legs. I can honestly say my feet have never looked or felt so good - and the pedicure? A lot of salons Ive been too feel rushed and dont always do a good job. The ladies at L A Nails took time to exfoliate my feet so well my heels feel like butterBest Ive ever had, completely flawless. I also forgot my flip flops and they gave me a pair to wear out. Ill be back!

The receptionist was very nice. But I wish I could say the same for the man who was doing my nails. After trying to upsell me gel nails, which I did not want as I was not the one paying for them, he very carelessly applied my acrylics and did not even let me get a chance to say what shape I wanted. I wanted to get coffin, ended up with square. My nails aren’t coated very evenly with the polish that I had chosen. There are spots where you can see the acrylic underneath. I’m not sure if this was a tactic to try and prove to me that “gel is better”, but either way, I chose there to get my nails done and they did not give me what I wanted at all. The man wasn’t rude, but he didn’t say a single word to me during the whole process and chose to ignore me when I did try to speak to him. Never again.P.S. what is the point in charging more for a different shape? Every other nail salon I have tried does not charge more for different shapes.

LA nails spa. Clean, great service, and kind employees. The manager is there often and always so friendly. They have a ton of color options as well. My nails always look great after I leave the salon. Would definitely recommend!

Ive had multiple services at La Nails and received excellent service each time. The technicians are attentive, friendly and always offer great suggestions when I am indecisive. I have recommended my friends to go and they have all had similar, positive experiences. I will continue to go to La Nails and recommend others to as well!

Ive been going there for the past 4 months. I love it! Very good atmosphere and theyre always playing K-Love on the radio! The lady who does my nails is Tina! She is great! I havent had to have a new set of nails put on in a month and a half!!! She cleans my cuticles very good too! If youre looking for a great nail salon I highly recommend this one!

2 stars is being nice my daughter cousin niece and I all had our nails done. The lady’s were fantastic my daughters nails look awesome. Mine however are horrible. I stressed to the man who did my nails that they were lumpy and uneven. If I can figure out how to post a picture.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING & DISAPOINTED. Went as a walk in to get a pedicure. Me & my husband got seated together and he got the express pedi-$25 and I got the deluxe-$35. They finished mine before his, and I noticed halfway through (because I was on my phone) they were using the same tools on us WITHOUT disinfecting and the pumice bar they scrub the bottom of your feet with they used on my husband and handed to the guy who did mine and scrubbed mine without even rinsing it off! The lady was so rough with my husbands toes they were sore, and the man kept using the grater on the backside of my heel to where it bled. Will never be back and definitely don’t recommend. The Oklahoma state department of health needs to visit this place. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gave everyone foot fungus from going there. So careless for a salon to run a business like that.

I got acrylic nails done there a couple days ago for prom. I was very unhappy with them. They werent smooth at all and all bumpy. And charged me an extra 7 dollars for just regular glitter on top. And please try to improve your people skills. No one hardly talked to me after trying to make conversation.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had an experience this bad. my mom and i love this place. not only did they have someone who’s never done designs before do my nails, but he was looking at the picture the entire time and was way off! the acrylic isn’t even all the way up to my cuticle, they look grown out and i just got them done yesterday. there are crooked nails, polish coming off (i thought gel polish lasted longer???) there’s an air bubble in the same nail, and the orange looks like tiger stripes. just really unhappy with my nails this go round.

I came in at 7:30pm and it is now 7:56pm and I have NOT been seated yet. There are two technicians sitting around talking too each other. One of the guys sitting told me he was going to help me but he told me to wait and has not talked to me since. If I ever get waited on I expect it to be a good manicure. Ive never had this problem at this establishment before and Im highly disappointed.

Such a wonderful and cozy salon, makes sense why they are so popular!! All of the ladies we spoke with today were friendly and kind. I got q classic mani and pedi and used glow in the dark polish (how cool is that!?)!! I made an appointment for a pretty good sized party (3 initially) and added one additional member when we arrived, we had a short wait as the salon was very full. The ladies and owner went above and beyond on service and we didnt even mind the wait. Thanks again, I know I will be back.

Once seated in a chair it was an hour before I was seen. The water in my pedicure was cold and when I asked for it to be hotter the attendant only added enough to make it like warm. Not trying to spend my money here anymore.

I was super overdue for a pedi, and after reading the reviews, I decided to pop in here after my afternoon commute! Im so glad that I did! This place was slammed, and its not a large salon, but they were able to seat me immediately. No pain, efficient, and they got it all! I will definitely return!

Ive been here several times and each time I go its a disaster. Its not very clean, no one talks to you as youre getting anything done, and if you say something about your nails, you get ignored. $97 for 2 kids to get their nails painted + a set of acrylics for myself. Every times I go I get charged a different price. Its not worth the damage to my nail beds for the shoddy work recieved.

I came here on a recommendation of a friend who raved about it and I def agree. I got a pedicure and eyebrows done and its def the best eyebrow waxing Ive ever gotten. Unlike other places Ive gone, my tech asked me detailed questions about what I wanted with both things, and did a great job.

Came in to get set of Acrylic nails. With a clear coat on them. Kim then charged me $35. I tipped her $5 on my card then $5 cash. Came back for my sister then noticed sign says $25 for Acrylic set and polish is $5 and up. Too bad she felt the need to over charge me. Ive used them before and now never again will I use them or recommend them.

SO UNIMPRESSED! You call this a professional nail salon? They’re not as good as they used to be PSA!!! Not the right length despite trying to correct the guy, loppy and all bumpy, and then missed spots for the Matte top coat??? Then tried to tell me mate nail polish takes 40+ minutes to dry (it doesn’t, I have some at home that I fixed them with) very very disappointing, and uncomfortable uninviting mood in the room.

I went in last week to get a full set, without knowing I got Solar nails, paying more than expected because of it, no big deal right? She came in and it felt as if everything was on a timer. She got my fingers a few times with that drill, ouch. Still I wasn’t making a deal about it. When she had finished I had NO structure they looked as thick as my press on glue nails, because of that within two days every single one of my nails were lifted off the back. I asked for matte and she left my $50 solar nails unpainted lol, the ring finger was supposed to be a gold chrome. It was silver and the were SO lumpy I was embarrassed to show anyone. It’s been a week not and they’ve been popping off left and right, so I just took them off. I haven’t had my nails done in 6 years and this was the experience I got. I’m mad I waisted my money and time. They will never get my business again, I’m telling you don’t waist yours. It’s like they’re afraid to use product on you to save them money. I didn’t snap any pics because I was THAT embarrassed about it, I would have said something, but heck I couldn’t understand what ANYONE in there was saying. I took the loss and am writing this review to hopefully save someone the trouble I had to endure.
