Great work done here, but fair warning just because it says open she often isn’t open. Even when I text her a heads up and we agree on a time I still end up waiting 10 or 15 mins. This has happened more than once, but I keep coming back because it’s very close to my house and she does very good work/affordable. If reliability is what you are looking for go to the brow arc instead!

Ive gone to this salon before with my eyebrows and had good experiences until now.I made an appointment for a couple days ago (Friday) at 5pm. I showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment, and she was still working with another client, explaining to me that they showed up late and she just needs 10-15 minutes for me to wait in my car. I sit in my car until 5:15, and I come back, only to hear her say she needs 5-10 more minutes. I sit in my car again until 5:25, and I come back, and she just looks at me through the door window, and continues with her client without telling me anything or gesturing me to come in. I wasnt just going to wait outside in the cold weather for her to tell me to wait in my car again, so I left. It was already over 25 minutes past my appointment time, and I didnt know when she was actually gonna be done with her previous client, so I started driving home. 2 minutes after I left (5:27), she calls me asking if I could come back right now or reschedule. I told her I couldnt make it the rest of the day, so I just wanted to reschedule. We agreed on Sunday at 10am so I would be her first client of the day, hoping that I wouldnt be delayed again.So its Sunday today, I show up at the salon 5 minutes early again, and all the lights were off and she wasnt there. I go back to my car for a couple more minutes, and check back on the salon at 10:02, and she still wasnt there! As I was knocking on the salon door to see if anyone would respond, she calls me and tells me that she was running late and would be here in 10 minutes. I sit in my car again for 10-15 minutes, and check on the salon at 10:15, and she still wasnt there. I ended up leaving again.I shouldnt have to wait over 15 minutes for an appointment. I understand it wasnt her fault that they showed up late, but usually (in all other salons I go to) if clients come late, she should explain to them that they may not be serviced because it causes a ripple effect on her appointments after. I wont be coming back to this salon any further.

Amazing!! I have very light and not the best of shape brows. And she made them look amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back every 2 weeks.

Late. Late. Late. Unprofessional and waste on my time. Do not come here!! Stay away! Legend has it she doesn’t wash her hands.

LOVE this place! I get my brows threaded and tinted here about every 6 weeks or so. The owner did a fabulous job helping me get my brows to a much better shape!

Save your time this place is a joke. I hope they shut down. Not professional at all!! The owner can’t keep simple promises.

Recently found this place and have been going back consistently. The ladies there are always so nice and do a wonderful job on my eyebrows. They take their time and listen to what you say. I also bring my 2 teenage girls and they never once left unhappy.

Highly recommended! Laksmi did my brows very well!! Price is reasonable and i will come back and def be a member :) looking forward to try their other service like hair treatment and waxing 😊

Great place!The last place I went to messed me up so I let my eyebrows grow out for 2 months. They had my eyebrows threaded in under 10min, full face in 15min more. Im very happy with the results and will definitely come back. And they have an unlimited 3 month membership for $150 which Ill definitely sign up for!

Amazing! So careful and precise. She took the time to show me and ask me questions as she was doing my brows. This was my first visit and Im so relieved to say Ive found my new brow place!

Ive been here twice for walk-in appointments. Both times the staff on hand have been friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back for future threading appointments.

I am so happy to find this treading salon in my area, they are professional, friendly, and best customer service. They have big parking lot on the back of the building and the price is reasonable compare to other places.
