Very courteous and helpful staff and the salon is following extra COVID safety precautions. They helped my son figure out what he wanted for his new haircut and he loves it! Thank you for doing his first haircut in over a year. Now it’s nice and short, just like he likes it!

This place may seem like a very good and experienced place to get your haircut but they dont listen to you and execute carefully. When I went there I specifically said to use 7 no. Size but he used much lesser size and I ended up getting a military hair cut.Usually they cut the hair very little and ask you to confirm if that is the right size but he just cut one big section in one shot and before I could stop him the mess was already done.I would not recommend going here.

I had a reservation that couldnt be honored on time because the stylists hadnt finished with their customers. Once they were done they informed me that they didnt have time to cut my hair before the next appointment in 20 minutes. This was not my problem and I asked them to cut my hair, the stylist proceeded to rush through my haircut as if starting the 70 year old womans cut 5 minutes late wouldnt be acceptable. The cut wasnt great which is typical for Supercuts and I wont be back to any of their locations.

I had a bad experience here. The lady who cut my hair wouldnt listen to my requests and basically does whatever she likes. She completely forgot to clean the back of my neck and I realized that when I came home.

Beth is probably the fastest and most accurate person Ive ever to cut my hair. She always remembers exactly how I like to have my hair cut and the length she never forgets.The salon is always clean and I think they currently schedule the appointments in a way to avoid too much overlap of clients which alleviates having customers waiting in the salon while were still adapting to social distancing during the Covid pandemic.Additionally when you arrive youre asked to use a special sink in the main area of the salon to wash your hands... and they provide really nice smelling soap too!✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️

Absolutely horrible!I showed them a picture for reference. The hair in the picture were about 2 to 3 inches long. I am blind without my glasses and trusted them to cut it somewhere not very far from the simple cut I had shown them. They almost cut it down to skin and made me look bald. The lady was rude, and was in a absolute rush. My hair ended up very uneven and almost to the skin small. This place is a disaster, please do not visit.

Absolutely horrendous. The guy didnt wash my hair...or even ask if I wanted a wash. He didnt even part my hair before he cut it. Really? Who does that? Im livid.

I went to get a simple trim because my hair was a little long. I explained to the person cutting my hair that I want my hair cut short, but not TOO short and provided a photo reference just in case. She ASSUMED that I want something called a #6 and I somewhat agreed to it because I thought that she knew what I wanted. HOWEVER, that was a major mistake because she ALMOST SHAVED ALL OF MY HAIR OFF. I stopped her and questioned why she is trying to make me bald and she nonchalantly replied that that is what I wanted. I wasnt sure if there was a miscommunication or that she wasnt paying attention to our conversation before she started cutting my hair HOWEVER SHE WANTED.

Ive been going to Supercuts for the last 20 years... I have been having Beth cut my hair and in the past color it! My hair journey with her started in the Ballard store, and has followed her to the Northgate store after the fire...You need to call ahead and make an appointment the day of when you want it done.

Horribly rude woman that works here. I tried and tried to call - no answer. So I stopped in to make an appointment and she YELLED at me for not calling.WILL NEVER GO HERE.

I barely leave a negative review, unless they really deserve it .The stylist who was a German lady did my hair well . Thanks her, but the Asian lady who was at reservation table was full of attitude . She didn’t even say hi, I said hi first though. They had arguments about some mistakes my stylist made on checks, right in front of customers. I thought when the manager come, things would get more professional, but not only everything got worse, she as A MANAGER was also so rude and talked to me and the lady who did my hair with attitude. Their Customer service was awful. At least I expected the manager handling the situation better .This two stars are only for the work the stylist did on my hair, she didn’t now how to treat customer very well either.

Very bad experience. I showed them the picture but the lady didn’t bother to look at the picture and did what she wants to do. She made my back hair near the neck almost 2-3 inches shorter in height.

My favorite stylist is Tina. Shes so sweet and takes her time with you . She always does what you want.

Ive been going here for the past 18 years and specifically request Phuong because she is so great. She listens to my requests and does exactly how I want my hair done. Ive moved away from Seattle, but will take the 45 minute drive to ensure that I get my hair done by her. She is my only go-to person for haircuts and does not disappoint. The service was great and the stylist did a great job on my haircut and eyebrow wax. However, the salon has a limited amount of hair color services and was not able to do the hair color I wanted.

The barber is of high quality and very skilled. Yet I deducted one star because the place get crowed very easily and you can expect him to be late. I was there with a friend since 8 am and the barber showed up at 9. Otherwise he knows what the customer needs. For instance I showed him a picture of what I wanted him to do and the results were much better than the picture I showed him. He cuts both men and women that is thumb up

There was some heavy disorganization and non communication with the staff and confusion and frustration with customers. One staff member who cut my hair and said she wanted to stick volume at the front of my hair. She cut my widows peak to about an inch (I already cut 8 inches from 2feet of hair, by her). I was shocked. But to go that far and have that happen was horrifying and I was embarrased. Needless to say ive been using bobby pins to hold my hair up so I dont look like alfalfa from The Little Rascals.The lady that cut my hair was already angry at her coworkers and the lack of disrespect and lack of focus showed. In my hair cut. She was screaming at her coworkers being extremely rude and I was already stuck in the chair and felt nervous. I called the manager and told her the situation but everytime I look in the mirror I am embarassed.

Walked in for haircuts on a Saturday afternoon for my kid and I. We were immediately seated and given very quick hair cuts. My kids cut was great and she got exactly what she wanted. I couldnt get the person cutting my hair to cut enough hair off. I asked for layers, sweeping bangs, and to clean up my side shave as short as possible. I kept asking her to layer my hair, but she barely trimmed the ends, I gave up the third time I explained what sweeping bangs were. She didnt even get all of my bangs, I showed her how much hair would be bangs and she sorta trimmed some of the hair in front. Also she used a 2 on my side shave, which is whatever, I was fed up and wanted to leave. I shouldnt have to convince my stylist to cut my hair the way I asked, I dont feel like I made a complicated request.

They are always very patient with my squirmy son and he always leaves very satisfied!

Didnt even get a haircut. Staff was busy, which I am sympathetic to, but they had told me that the wait time was about an hour.Cool, I said, so can I go do some errands and come back?Sure, She said, taking my phone number in case I was still out when they called my name.So I went and did some quick shopping, and was back within 35 to 40 minutes. The shop was still full, so once again, totally sympathetic to that. I took a seat, assuming they would call my name soon. After all, never got any text or phone call, so my turn was surely going to be coming up.Waited another hour and twenty, watching people come in, place theit names on the list, sit down, and be called up before me. I was completely ignored.I left, called them and told them to take me off the list entirely. No apologies, nothing.Terrible service. I gave a 2 star out of pity.

Last visit a super helpful person helped me figure out what haircut I wanted to get. Really great service.

Ive been going here for 5 years since before they moved location and Ive always been more than happy with my haircut every time. Yeah they charge a bit more than some places but you see better results.

I have had really good cuts here but today someone new named Stephanie messed up my hair she don’t listen to what you want her to do she’s does what you think is best everyone else there is fine expect her she does a very bad job so you don’t want your hair messed up don’t get Stephanie

Got the best haircut here today! My stylist was Phuong Tran. Even though the place got really busy with lots of people waiting, she didn’t rush my cut, and I am really pleased with the result. I come here because it’s cheap and nearby, but they also have really decent stylists, too! I highly recommend Phuong.

In N.E. Seattle visiting my baby sister. I live in Spokane and go to the same spot for my haircut for several years. A bit Leary of Super Cuts with all its negative comments over the years. This location was a short walk, hardly any wait. Friendly, courteous staff and I may still be old, tired & Ugly but I got a great haircut!

Its been 2.5 years to be Supercuts customer. Still I enjoy whenever i go there. There is no wait time because of good management. If, it gets crowded they manage it properly. They are good at their work. I would love to go there over and over again!!

I come here every 20 days and there is never more than a 10 min wait. Hair cuts vary from barber to barber but thats expected. Ive learned who i like to cut my hair here. Some times i get a free shampoo and styling which is much appreciated.

I have been here a few times and the haircut has been fast and sloppy. However today I decided to give them another chance as i was in a pinch and needed a nice cut for an interview. Gavin is a shinning star over there! He was quiet and courteous and gave me a phenomenal cut quickly! I reccomend gavin very highly and will be visiting him again.

I asked for a fade and got the worst haircut of my life. The Asian woman is the last person you want to get there, the others are pretty good but the Asian woman should be fired

$27 for a trim that didnt even take 5 min and didnt even cut off an inch. The male employee disappeared when we walked in, and the female employee was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. My boyfriend was trying to be friendly and she completely ignored his questions. No eye contact, curt. All of that made the bill harder and harder to swallow. I will never come back. Theres a reason theres never a wait.

Pricey for a quick mens haircut, but they are properly staffed and I can drop in without waiting longer than 15 minutes. Never disappointed.

Told them specifically that I wanted only the sides and back buzzed. They began cutting my dyed hair on top of my head, and I was not happy with how they didnt listen. As you know, buzzed hair grows back in a couple of weeks or so, and to get it touched up costs $21. Not worth my time and money. My haircuts have been repeatedly screwed up, with my sideburns being buzzed choppy and not even squared correctly. One of them was even longer than the other. Will definitely not recommend or come back.

I have been going here for years and have gotten crappy, half-assed haircuts every time. This last time the one who cut my hair left a whole clump right up front that is a whole inch and a half shorter than the rest. Never going back.
