They made me bleed! Cuticle cuts were too deep and a lack luster apology after. If they never wanted me to come back then they got their wish.

Although, the process of removing old nails were a little painful and my real nails were clipped in the process, without asking. The end result was perfect! Service was quick, and customer service was awesome. I was greeted immediately and was seated and worked on with no delays on a Friday night, with no appointment. The best work I have had in years by the young gentleman by the door. Thanks for fitting me in and doing an amazing job!

The nail technician expert recommended a dip for the ombre its OK; their skill is suberb I prefer acrylic and hand-painted polish. If they yell at you they know you omg! Just yell back!

I went to this salon for a second time after having a mixed result the first time. This time as before I had 3 different technicians work on me. 2 for nail and one for waxing. The first time the person that did the pedicure was great. The person working on my hands seemed to be the owner or manager. She did an awful job. I had a wax and I loved the result. This time the person that did my pedicure was kind of mean and did not like it when i asked to round off the sharp edges of my nails. The girl working on my hands did not seem to understand what I wanted with my nails either. I ended up showing her with the file which did not go over well with either of them. The end result was good but the experience getting it was not. I did not have any better luck with the waxing. She burned me with the wax on the area under my nose. I was leaving for vacation the next day and wanted to look nice. Instead I had a scab under my nose. I didnt realize it until I got home because sometimes bumps appear after waxing and can be a bit uncomfortable but usually go down pretty fast. I did not leave the tip on my credit card as I felt that the owners would keep it for themselves. The woman who did my pedicure stood there staring at me after my waxing as if looking for her tip. I am slow to review as this happened just prior to Memorial day weekend. I did tip them but I will not be returning for a 3rd time.

Nails not done well at all. Used so much glue that you can’t see the stones. My gem came off after 3 days. Polish is bubbling. The clear is bubbly. The whole nail wasn’t polished and I did NOT get what I asked for. I paid too much for what I got.

I’ve been going to time 4 nails for years and it’s always been a great experience. I love getting lashes for only 40 dollars & full set most to every time I go. I would say this place is definitely worth a try

I was in town and have an event to go to this weekend and needed to get a new set and a pedicure. I called in to see if I needed to set up an appointment or if walk ins were fine and they said both were fine. The pedicure I got was fine, nothing to spectacular about it. BUT when they started on my new set on the other hand, first off when the lady went through to cut my old tips off she didnt pay attention to the skin that grows underneath and cut not one, not two but THREE of my fingers. She proceeded to clean it up with alcohol but not very well. She apologized and then another woman, whom I assume was the owner finished up my nails. Now if I hadnt have an event coming up I wouldve left, but that wasnt the case. So Im sitting in the chair and three of my fingers are bleeding and everyone is acting like nothing happened. No one tried to Converse with me and everyone was to distracted with whatever show was playing on the TV or conversing amongst eachother. Unprofessional.

I had a shellac done on Saturday afternoon by Sunday one nail had chipped and polish was lifting off of several nails. Shellac nail polish was used for my pedicure with no curing so the integrity of the color was all messed up as well. I experienced this once before but decided to give them another shot which was not smart on my part. I will never go to this shop again they do not do good work.

Dropped by because I was near by. Needed either a fill and cut down or a removal and manicure because I have an interview tomorrow. This place charges for every little thing. For a fill with cut down $21 ($3 for cut down) while a whole full set is 28. $20 for a manicure bc they would need to remove the acrylic. Unheard of. I walked away, no thanks.

You know they know they messed up when they tell you to come back the next day and theyll fix it for you haha. Only let Mai or Lisa touch your nails!

LOOOOOOOOOOOVE THEM! Helen is absolutely amazing! Ive been going to Time for Nails since I was a freshman in high school (im now 25). From my by weekly fill to Prom these ladies (especially Helen) have always taken care of me. Ive had a few bad visits....but those were the times i let someone who doesnt know my likes and dislikes work on my nails, and even then they still did a great job...jus wasnt what I like. I cant remember the name of the woman that hooks up my feet but shes dope too! This is literally the only place outside of the CD ill let touch my nails...and Helen is the only woman...person in the city i will let hook up my eyebrows. They even do my daughters hands and feet for free when I do have to bring her. Yall trippin this place is everything!
