Ive only been at this place twice now. Im actually overdue for my 3rd Pedicure. We had a little snow so that held me up a bit. Haha. I fell in love with this place after getting the royal treatment with the heat rocks massage which I prefer rubbed on my feet. My birthday today and I will be up there getting my feet done again. Love it Love it.

The only negative is that the wait is always really long. They dont have enough people working. But the service itself is always excellent. Worth the wait, I think.

Got an acrylic fill today by patty and it was fantastic. She took a lot of time and attention to detail filing and the result is absolute perfection. She even got the length just right, would reccomend her 100% will definitely return thanks patty!

Majorly overpriced, but Patty is VERY detail oriented and knows how to do her job well. Me & my stepdaughter went to the shop on 23rd n Madison by Safeway, n theres 1 woman working. She told us to go to the shop on 27th so we did. Only 1 worker there too, Patty, but Im super happy w my nails and normally I ALWAYS find things wrong w them once I get home, any other time. Not one complaint other than 2 full sets costing $113....itd normally be maybe $70-$80 any other place.

They desperately need to update their polish selection. i’ve gone there 3 times, all 3 times i’ve picked a color that was too old to use. they proceeded to do an entire pedicure with an alternate nail polish which was too old as well. the polish actually never dried it just got mushy and i had to take it off the next day.they also need to update their payment system - their machine doesn’t process odd change numbers so they round up to the nearest dollar whenever they run your card.

The staff is so friendly, careful, clean and professional. I got Shallac on my fingers and a French pedicure and will definitely be coming back. They are so nice!

The staff is wonderful but the services are incredibly over priced and they don’t have prices list anywhere in the salon.

The Owner works hard for you to have a nice experience. I appreciate they use plastic bags inside the pedicure bowl for a healthier pedicure.

Very unprofessional I came in for a removal of my acrylic and a manicure she insisted on leaving part of my acrylic on even after I told her it needed to be removed completely for work. She got very hostile started yelling and kicked me out of her shop with the comment that she would never help me again. I never not once raised my voice and even decided to still leave a tip. Patty will NEVER get the chance to kick me out again.

Patty usually closes at 7pm, but because I have been sick for 3 weeks and had several broken nails she took me at 7 and she just finished at 9pm. Patty does the best manicure that Ive ever had. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
