I’ve been here 3 times now and really like it. All the ladies are very nice. The pricing is great. Note, they get a little busy after 4/5pm. Recommend getting an apt earlier in the day.

What a great experience. Julie and her team are truly amazing. Julie did such a great job with my nails. On top of getting my nails done, I received a shoulders, back and arm massage as well as a hand made mask to take home. Prices are more than fair. They are super clean. The store hours have changed during Covid, they are closed Sunday and Monday. I will definitely be back. They deserve more than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fast, friendly and professional. Great location. Very busy!! I love my mask that was gifted to me by the owner. She made them when her shop was closed due to covid and gifts to her customers. Thank you kind lady.. i will definitely be back.

Very friendly and extremely nice!! Got a full set with my best friend who also got a fill. We got masks given to us an even a back massage and hand massage! Amazing service would definitely recommend if youre looking for a place to get your nails done!!

I went to nail shop thinking it’s a good one. Wondering why no one there. Because they do horrible nail work. Then when you tell them to fix it they have attitude. I will not recommend to know one.

Appoints are not respected . They overbook and then payout have to wait a long time. Hope they change the way they function. They are nice ppl.

Everyone is very nice, excellent customer service. I had issues with my first set of dip nails cracking within a few days and when I called they said no problem, come in and let us fix it. I asked if they could dip 3 instead of 2 times and they look great and are holding up very well! I will be back.

All the employees work so hard and go out of their way to give you the best experience! Since COVID the business has taken a significant hit please help support Julie! They were so friendly and did an amazing job on the foot massage during my pedicure and it wasnt packed on a Saturday which is lovely, id definitely go again next week for my nails next! One of the workers gave me a beautiful handmade mask for it being my first time there, i love it thank you NT nails !!! Ill see you ladys soon

Got a gel mani & pedi which turned out super cute... only complaint is the lady was being too extra... random neck and back massage ?? ( i have spinal probs) you cant be touching people without asking... lots of convo... Also, i was charged for a spa deluxe pedicure when i only got a reg pedicure...anyway, theyre too small and talkative for my liking..dont think ill be returning

The best manicure and pedicure Ive had. I moved from this area but still drive twice as far to get there. They still have great prices on all their services. I also get my upper lip waxed. Really nice people too.

Our family and friends travel from Redmond, Kenmore, and Seattle to see Julie and her staff. The service is amazing, the care and time they take is above any other nail salon. I cant say enough good things about this place. They treat all of us like family and never turn us away. As a cosmetologist, I really appreciate the extra steps they take to make sure everything is sanitized and clean before you sit in their chair. They get busy fast so book a appointment, all the staff is amazing.

Great prices and even better service! They take there time and really made sure I was 100% happy before I left!

I brought my wife here to get her nails done and it was a pretty horrifying experience. First, the workers nails are super dirty and not well-taken care of. Big red flag. The water basin for cleaning feet was not cleaned before her. They used a super rough polisher that made my wifes nails crooked. At the time of actually putting on polish, they didnt even clean my wifes nails. They kept applying too much polish and it wasnt even or well done at all, so my wife had to repeatedly request for them to do it again. Also, she went in for a manicure and pedicure, but they were putting oil and cream on her arms and legs, and doing a massage. The time could have been better spent with them paying more attention to the nails.We dont want our money back, we just want the workers to have better experience to do a good job and avoid further complaints from clients.

Its always wonderful here! Beautiful work, and full of extra perks like mini massages and steaming scented towels. Julie and her staff are friendly and always make me feel spoiled.

WOW ! Great service and care. I was a walk in while waiting for my truck at safelite. Sao was very sweet and accommodating even while tending to other clients and answering phones. She was friendly and talked of family. She respected my needs and wishes and did not pressure me to get services I did not want. Even though its a 30 min drive I will be back.

I liked the service..however taking away a star for the really long wait time..i had not booked ahead and while they said a 20 min wait I was there for 2 hours total for a pedicure on a weekday...i would definitely recommend to call first as they have very few staff and seem to be popular

OMG!!!!! Best pedi I have ever had!!!!!! I live in Kent (about 40 mins away from this salon) and was in the area getting my car serviced and stopped in to get a nail fixed and decided to get a pedi.These women really took care of me and did it with a smile. I have been looking for a new salon home since the lady who did my nails before closed her shop and I think I found it!Julie was so accommodating and got up from a service she was doing to make sure my pedi was right (the other woman was doing a good job too BTW but Julie finished me up rand made sure my feet were perfect )All in all great experience and I will be back!!
