I love this place. I love getting my nails done here - they are very skilled, give amazing hand massages, & very thorough & prompt.

I came in to get an acrylic removal and a gel polish over it. I asked when do they have time on their agenda to do so and the woman at the counter said anytime after 3:30. When I suggested 3:45 or 4pm, she suddenly switched up and said they no longer have slots. Like, lady, you dont know your own business schedule?

They were very nice, but three stars is being generous. Theyre fine if you are looking for the most basic pedicure. Really all it was was a foot soak, lotion on my legs and painted nails. They barely exfoliated my heels or cuticles (I had to do it when I got home), and what they did was a bit rough/painful and very fast. Nails were just a base coat and one coat of polish. For $34 I have received a lot more care and quality. Ill look for another salon.

Absolutely fantastic. My nails look incredible, they did a great job! I have extremely high standards and they surpassed them. Very friendly customer service with fun conversation throughout. Will return for sure!!

Jo is very sweet but lately the quality of service has gone down. It all feels very hurried, in and done in 20 minutes? Not the way it used to be.

A fantastic manicure from friendly staff for a very good price

HORRIBLE. I got a GEL MANICURE here YESTERDAY which by the way is very expensive, and it has already chipped. It haven’t even been 24 hours when I noticed it has chipped. It’s GEL. that should not happen. On top of that the colors they used seemed dry so when on my nail you could see the discoloration from the brush strokes because the color wasn’t opaque enough. Nice people but horrible horrible job done. Also the lady demanded I give her coworker a tip (I was obviously going to anyway??? I’m a college student and I look young so her telling me to tip felt terrible like she expected I wouldn’t tip.) overall completely underwhelmed by the experience and honestly very dissapoknted.

I didnt check this place out after seeing some of the negative comments but Im really sorry now - this place was great! Fit me in with 15 minutes notice, did a great mani/pedi and provided terrific service. Clean, bright - in fact maybe the only negative I can say is that its a little too bright to take a nap during the fantastic message time! Will be my new regular spot

Very unprofessional staff. Took an appointment, waited 35 minutes, but then when finally my turn came, they took a customer in who came after me. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was very disrespectful.

Worst nails I ever got done. Jo took my tips off with drill and didnt even buff off all acrylic and did no shaping, or even smoothing nail. Then thru clean over top. Im at another getting fixed right.
