Lisa is absolutely wonderful!! Im like 2 months late posting this review (so sorry) but anyway she is my go to! I told her it was my bday, and she came up with yet another cute design for me!! (Pic will be attached) Ive been going to her for awhile so she generally knows what I like. I also love that fact that she remembers how I like my nails and that Im active with my hands a lot so she makes my nails slightly thicker, but not too thick to where its obvious (yall know what I mean). She always knows how I want them shaped and she makes the coffin sharp and thin the way it should be. The last time she did my nails (in March for my bday) i swear they lasted the whole month of March!!! My birthday is in the beginning of the month and the gems never fell off til I went in and got them done again in April. My natural nail bed didnt start showing til the end of the month as well. I let someone else do my nails last time I went and I definitely notice a difference. If you come here, I promise youll leave happy, theyre all very nice and friendly in there.

Lisa is the best nail tech I have ever had! She does my nails perfectly! I get the dip and they last for 3 weeks no problem! She really takes her time but is also efficient and I’m in and out quickly.

I made a last minute appointment and they exceeded my expectations. I have been in Seattle only for a few months and have tried several nail shops. I am happy to finally called this one home! Lisa did a great job on my nails and my pedicure was also good. I recommend them to anyone!

Busy place but they double team to keep people moving. Did a good job on my DIP nails. Previous place I tried in my new area made my nails way to thick.

Lisa is always on point! Always has my nails looking good for several weeks on end. Great prices! Always clean! My mom refered me, after that Ive been referring! Always hard to find a good nail spot. Happy to always call this one!!

May not have been a terrible manicure if I had stuck to just one color, but I asked for a black line down each nail... The result was that some were off-center, and some have trailing bits of black that make it look like I have small hairs stuck to the nail because of trailing brush fibers leaving behind bits of black that were not cleaned up. Some of the lines even have small unfilled spots in them... I paid an extra ten dollars for this nail art, and in all honesty it would have looked better and been cheaper if I had just skipped it.If you dont want anything other than just a solid color, I think you could get a decent manicure here. Unfortunately, ask for anything more and youll pay more to look worse. :(

First time going there. Parking was easy and they were very friendly. They gave me exactly what I asked for and were so fast. It only took 35mins for a full acrylic set with shellac color. Very fairly priced. Will definitely come again!

They rush to get to the next customer, which can have an annoyance factor. But, most places are like that these pandemic days.

I really like this nail salon. They do trendy designs, I showed them a picture of coffin style and they replicated it pretty much to a T! They also file the acrylic down near the nail bed so it looks like a naturally shaped nail! None of that old chunky-looking style. The only thing I find is that the nail polish comes off after about a week, so I find I have to get them redone sooner. But Im happy to return and support their business!

BFF and I visiting Seattle for a Girls weekend and decided on getting our nails done. We went here and were not disappointed in any way! The place is clean, not super crowded, the staff is friendly and cheery and our nails look amazing! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Dont go here for dip powder nails! I came here to get dip powder nails for the first time and my nails were awful. They were outrageously thick, uneven and lumpy, the nail tech cut my cuticles several times and burned me w/ the drill, and the hardened powder was over flowing into my cuticles and over my finger tips. I understand that dip powder is thicker and lasts longer, but this was too much. I told the nail tech that my nails were way too thick and she said thats how theyre supposed to be. Um no theyre not. Also not sanitary at all. The nail tech pulled all her tools out of a random cosmetics bag. My nails were so thick and painful that the next day I went to another nail salon to get them fixed. It took the other salon 45 mins and 3 soaks in acetone to remove it all. The other salon was in shock at how poorly done my nails were.

Everyone is always so warm and friendly. Love getting my nails done here.

I made an appointment to get gel nails and when it was done it looked great. Lisa and her staff do a really good job with your nails but after about a week the polish starts to peel right off. So it doesnt last at all. Needs better products.

I love this place!I have been coming here for over a year and Ive never left unhappy. Michelle does a fabulous job with French manicures.The staff is very thorough and detail oriented and will go above and beyond to make sure youre happy.They have a large selection of regular polish & gel colors to choose from, too.I tell everyone about this place and they deserve their five star rating! Amazing place.

I went in for a full set the lady who was doing my nails already had a attitude with me because I was mistaken about the price thinking it was 25 but she said 27 then during my filing process she cut me a lil trying to rush then while painting she was still rushing put me under the dryer with only one coat on some nails and missing spots on the side of my nails and when I told somebody and they told her to fix it she got loud like she didn’t wanna do it then snatched my hand trying to fix it I would definitely no be coming back and would recommend you go somewhere else cause this is not the place for good service

This place is HORRIBLE. The original owners of Couture Nails are gone and the owner of Beverly nails from Jackson moved there. She is HORRIBLE. Beyond unprofessional and a scammer. I got a full set done and the nails were as short as possible and square which should’ve been $25. Just like every nail salon. I decided to get gel polish which is $5 ANYWHERE AND EVERY WHERE. She charged my card $40 for a short regular full set with gel polish. When I called her to ask why my card was charged $40 she said it was because of the gel that it totaled to $40. I asked her how much the gel was and she said $15!!! She did not say this in person, gel has always been $5 more. I should’ve paid $30 at the most. She lies ALL THE TIME. They change the price depending on who the customer is. Their work is absolute trash. The worst of the worst. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. On top of all that the shape of the nails which was supposed to be square was curved in and everytime I asked her to fix it she ignored me and kept going. When I asked her to make the shorter she refused to. When I asked her to file it some more she refused to. My nails are still curved and becaus she didn’t file it enough they scratch and are extremely sharp. I absolutely hate this place. They should’ve been out of business a long time ago. The most unsanitary and unprofessional nail shop in Washington state.

Ive been to the snail shop several times but it seems like since theyve moved their service is just not the same my nails look fat when all I did was going for a feel and the Polish which was schlack is thick not happy at all. Will never return

Horrible! Ann tore off 1/4 of my natural nail off the side (OUCH).. Drilled down 1/3 of my length on my middle finger for no good damn reason.. This was all before even shaping and priming to start the fill. Walked out then and tgere!

This shop is horrible Lisa customer service is disgusting I really dont know why she is still in business. The only reason I gave this shop a star is because it was the only thing I could put never will come here again.
