Super clean space and work areas. The ladies are all very welcoming. The lady who worked on my nails checked to make sure I happy with every step of the process. They are very detail oriented and produce consistent and high quality outcomes.

I love Blue Harbor and was so happy when they finally reopened. I am frankly appalled to see negative reviews. I have been here at least 25 times over the past 5 years and have always had an amazing experience.

I went in for a pedicure and fill. The lady didn’t even spend 15 mins doing my feet. She yanked my ingrown toenail out and then dig it. The lady who did my nails did them as I was getting my feet done. All the dust from the nails all over my pants. She didn’t even take off all my old acrylic before trying to apply the new acrylic. It was just a bad experience. Super expensive for no reason. Quality over quantity

Got done Manicure and pedicure today. Their price chart is misleading. Ask for it several times and clarify! She cut my toe nail way too much! It was bleeding. Then she trimmed my hand nail cuticles way too much🙄 glitter nail polish job was bad.But, she did give a decent massage! Which is why the two star.

This is the second time coming here and I really enjoyed the experience. The salon is clean and as a former esthetician, Im pretty meticulous at looking at the mandated sanitation practices. A+!The technicians are very kind and thorough. Definitely coming back again!

The staff is always more than willing to do all they can to meet your expectations. My husband, brother and I go every three weeks for wonderful pedicures from Kelly. Shes the best.

Despite all the reviews of people saying that they dont communicate the prices properly and that there could be a miscommunication due to language barrier I went for the place prepared and checked with them the prices for mani and pedi not once but thrice.But soon after the started with the service they quoted different prices and said that we misunderstood and that the service we wanted will be charged extra.Though the staff did a okay job they were very rude to me and my friend and we left very disappointed.

The ladys that help me are so nice. I hope they get more customers.

The ladies were very nice. We did have to wait an hour longer even with out appointment scheduled. They are short staffed so I understand that. Not happy with how sloppy they cut my nails and surrounding skin of my nails. Also the painting of polish wasnt good at all.

Been getting pedicures at their Northgate mall location since 2014. The owner and employees have always been great. They were temporarily located near the now defunct food court area. I believe theyre relocating to the north end of the mall, but Im not certain yet. Ill continue going to Blue Harbor regardless of where they wind up. Highest recommendation.

Charged 70 dollars for a simple full set of acrylic nails. The nails do not look worth 70 dollars, 50 dollars at most.

I find that many negative reviews for all nail salons arise from the lack of coherent communication between the staff and the client. For example, a common critique is that the staff dont understand what the customer wants or that the staff doesnt converse enough with the customer.Although this may be true for many salons, I personally believe that this is not the case for Blue Harbor. Although I do acknowledge that some of the staff can speak a limited amount of English, they make sure that their effort and genuine care makes up for it. I find it so sweet and heartwarming that they try to start a conversation with me by asking how my day was. They are always interested in what I have to say and I felt truly cared for, physically and spiritually! They are kindest people!After this enlightening experience, I realized that it is important to consider that miscommunication at any nail salon is inevitable. A lot of these nail technicians are immigrants and have barely had the chance to learn English. Therefore, I suggest that when one is not happy with their nails to take a step back and consider the language barrier because everyone wants to do their jobs perfectly.

This salon is the sister shop of another location in Shoreline and I just love how convenient that is. Both shops provide the same quality customer service and amazing quality work.Although they are a very well-rounded salon, I find that their specialty is waxing and gel manicures! Their waxers are so careful and pay attention to even the tiniest details. Their gel manicures are so good, considering that many of them last me an entire month!

I adore this place. They are always doing an amazing job, that’s why I keep coming back. I used to live in Northgate area, right across Blue Harbor.That’s the way I found them first time.For more than two years I do live in Capital Hill area but I still come back to get my nails done here. They all know me very well by name, and we often laugh about the fact that I’m so picky.They are professional, nice and it is a pleasure to spend some time here.I also remember some of the old team and I can tell, they were great as well.I’m very picky so, I have no words to thank them for making me really happy.If you want to have the best results, communicate your needs.Keep telling them what you don’t like right away.Once in a while I stop by, just to get them some pizza or some chocolate.They are the best.

This is kind of my fault because I should have looked at the reviews before, but I gave them 2 stars because at least they were conversational, but I paid $55 for my manicure just for most of them to chip the next day. If you use your hands a lot, I wouldn’t recommend getting their acrylic and shellac. So literally the day after I got it my nail chipped on the top doing things I usually do with my hands, and so I went back and they fixed it for free. Then the next day, the shellac came off my thumb, and the day after that the shellac came off my other thumb nail.

Very pleasant experience here. They took such good care of my toes, and nails. This was the VERY BEST place I have gone for my pedi and mani. They were gentle and extra careful. My boyfriend recommended I come here when I was not treated well at other places. So glad he did!

Been coming here for 21 years now this was where my mom would go! Kim is amazing at acrylic nails Ive never had anyone else do them! Kelly is amazing at pedicures I had my first one with her. Hellen is good at gel made my nails sparkle. Five star always

Kim took her time to fix my acrylic set that was done wrong at another salon. She was detailed and thorough. A quick and painless job with my underarm waxing as well. I recommend this place to anyone.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to in the area. Its clean and bright with plenty of room for a busy salon. My favorite is Amy but all the girls are great. Be sure to call for appointments but if not the wait is never long.

I am not a nail savvy girl, but I have been to a few places, and the ladies here are amazing. Everyone was very kind and sweet, and they were very thorough. I would happily recommend this place

They give a decent pedi for the price but they cut my toe and continued the service. Which seemed very unsanitary. My blood is now in that bowl and on the towels they used. And im not sure how well they clean their stuff. Acording to state board rules if you cause the client to bleed you are to stop the service and clean everything with the appropriate cleaner.

This place needs to put more effort into sterilization. I will not be surprised if I a fungus since she used a bunch of previously used tools on my feet.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 10+ years, through several changes in ownership. Location is convenient, prices are competitive and the staff members have always treated me well and done a good job.

The worst customer service, I was not happy I came in and they were being rude, disrespectful talking about me and was making up fake prices on things, trying to charge extra. Don’t recommend coming.

The quality of products, range of colors and long-lasting manis and pedis are unparalleled compared to other local nail parlors. From the giant chandeliers on the inside of this location to the convenience of being in the mall, Blue Harbor Nails Northgate is by far one of my favorite nail salons that I frequent with my friend. The staff are overly-scrupulous to detail yet incredibly efficient. I can get a full French tip with pink and white detail done in under an hour. I highly recommend this spot!

You can always have you’re service done here, if you a looking for a very artistic look this is not the right place. The staff is great attentive and very helpful, they will sometimes make you wait even if you have an appointment.

I showed them a photo of the nails I wanted and asked if they could do it. They said it would be 55, up front. My nails were absolutely awful. Crooked, lumpy, misshapen. The woman who did my daughters paint was rude and acted like it was a chore to help her, her nails werent even fully coated. Save your money.

The worse place I’ve been to have my nails done. They don’t understand what you are asking for. Terrible! And the women there are not polite at all.Definitely I don’t recommend.

Bro.... never again. This place is absolute garbage. I got a full set of gels with white tips. The tips are uneven, the gel is thicker in some places and non existent in others. They didnt even go down to my cuticle. I wish Google would let me post pictures of these horrendous things. I got them done 2 hours ago and theyre already snagging my hair like theyve been on for two weeks. My husband got a mani and pedi and they didnt even scrub his feet. Do not go here. Just because they rebranded does not mean their work got any better.

I would never come back here again. I came in with my sisters and they were rude and kept us waiting after already holding an appointment. Also they did not clean my cuticle and that was one of the main reason why I came in. Paint is not clean as well. They do not know how to treat customers. Never again

Ive been coming here for three years, but on my most recent visit, the esthetician was in a hurry and completely burned and ripped off the skin under both my eyebrows as I was getting them waxed. Avoid this place if possible.
