Excellent hair cuts for men and kids that I bring with me. Fair prices! Some late afternoons towards the weekend they are busy. Plan ahead. Ive tried making reservations for our cuts, but it doesnt seem to work out so well.

I walked in for an eyebrow wax today and I’m so glad I did! The salon was clean, the service was friendly and professional, and my eyebrows look fantastic. I usually go to the Benefit Brow Bar, but I’ll definitely be going to Tina’s from now on.

Not only was the father loving of his child the staff were doting as well. They braided her hair and let her stay on dads lap while getting his hair cut. Tina and her sisters are long time small business owners who provide good haircuts for a family affordable price. I still go out of my way to go to their salon even though I now live over an hour away. Their kind customer service is so much more inviting than more upscale salons Ive tried since moving away. We discovered Tinas a couple years ago even though theyve been there for several years. We love this place for getting our hair cut. They are so friendly and affordable. During Covid we pay more than what they charge for a haircut because of the extra expenses that they have for PPE.

I went in here yesterday for a pedicure. It has been a while since Ive gotten one. I was in a car accident on 10/24 and was overdue at that time for a pedicure. When I got into the accident both my hands were fractured so by the time I was able to get a ride to get my toes done, I was way overdue. My feet are always dry anyways because I do hair and stand in my shoes for 8 to 10 hours a day plus I inherited thick toenails. I was recommended this place because people had said they had good experiences having similar feet issues. I saw Cindy who I was referred to but was disappointed in her attitude towards my feet. She started off nice but quickly started to laugh and make fun of my cuticles and dry skin. She even cut my cuticle and made it bleed and told me it was because my cuticle was too thick. She used the grater on my calluses and dry heels and laughed and made fun of it and how gross it was in front of my kid. I told her that was really embarrassing to me and I cant believe she was acting that way. I didnt speak to her much after that. She did not massage my feet at all even though she cleaned them. I wont go back because she acted very unprofessional. I wish my experience was better. The other staff members seemed friendly. Very disappointed otherwise.

Discovered this place about a year ago. I get better haircuts here, for less, than anywhere else Ive ever gone. Mens haircut just recently went up from $10 to $12. Very reasonable! And they are very friendly. Highly recommend them.

I went for a pedicure. They have spa chairs, complete with massage and heated foot tubs. My mom got her hair cut here. Bibi is excellent. Th get are quick and proficient. The salon is cute and clean. Id say they specialize more in hair than nails. Also, they dont do acrylic nails here.

Bibi is a great hair stylist. I often receive a complement with my hair color that Bibi takes care of. They always have many customers especially on the weekend. So, I recommend to make a reservation even though they take walk in customers too.

Its an okay experience, reasonable price the only thing is they made me feel very uncomfortable when the lady cutting my hair commented that I had a thick hair, then she would speak in their language. One of the other hairdresser said my new haircut looks nice now, but they continued to speak in their language again. 😳😕😒

Love this place been going here for 11 years and my husband has been going here for 16 years. Every time we go in they are so welcoming!! Tina usually cuts my hair sometimes Beebe I get so many complements on my hair even my daughters school nurse ended up going here. Love this place highly recommended!!!

When my friend and hairstylist sold her business on Queen Ann, I searched for someone closer to where I live in the Columbia City / Seward Park neighborhoods. After reading the reviews for Tinas, and seeing the more than reasonable prices, I decided to give them a try. The three sisters, Tina, Bibi and Quin are very friendly and all three always greet me warmly every time I come in. Bibi has my cut down perfectly and as my hair is receding big time now, she cuts it in a way that is complimentary to the shorter style I wear these days, not to mention, she throws in a quick little scalp massage at the end that is intoxicating. I go to see them ever two weeks and they keep my tightened up. So glad I found them.

Ive gotten a bunch of beard and hair trims here. theyre always good and the staff is always friendly and quick.Its convenient too that they have parking, and are in the same street as a bar and a brewery.

First of all, if I could rate this dive of a salon with no stars, I would.I was getting a pedicure. I pointed out, in a very nice way, that there was a spot that needed polish. The operator got mad and walked away. I was surprised and did not know what happened or why. Then the owner came over and scolded me. Then another lady was assigned to finish the job. I gave the lady that finished the job a nice tip. Nevertheless, in hindsight, I should have gotten off of the chair and left. They are extremely rude and need to learn customer service. I will never go there, under any circumstances, again.It is tacky, dirty and low class. I only went there because it was in close proximity to my home. I will drive further to be treated with kindness, respect and as a valued customer.

So my sister who is 7 got her hair cut here about a week ago and the hair dressers didn’t know how to address her hair because she does have ethnic hair and lots of it when she got home and took her hair out of the style they gave her her mother noticed her hair was not cut evenly and that there were chunks of hair that was completely missed. The women were also speaking in a foreign language most of the time and you could tell that they did not want to deal with my sisters hair at all. The original hair dresser eventually just gave up and made a younger hair dresser who thankfully did most of the work do it. I wasn’t satisfied with this establishment and there attitude towards diversity at all.

I have been getting my hair done at Tinas hair salon for over 10 years. They listen and really take care of your hair. They are all amazing especially knowing how they balance their family life and work life is a lesson to all. They used to work 7 days/week until recently💇💆. Working with your sisters & family is a blessing but everyday?.. I dont know, if most of us are capable 😁. They discuss everything with eachother in respectful manner, help eachother, guide eachother etc. They work so hard, but, no matter what time of the day you go; their energy & smile dont change and they make every person who walks-in feel special. It took 3 lollipops and me holding him, but I was finally able to get my always reluctant three year old to willingly have his hair cut. Id say the hair cut was good enough but very inexpensive and their patience and jovial kindness toward my son was what really mattered.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I wanted an early appt (they didnt open until 10 am that day) but they accommodated my friends and me 30 mins early. Only complaint is that they only have two pedi chairs. Not great for large parties unless you dont mind waiting. Otherwise its a great salon.
